Went in with my wife to get a pedicure while she got a couple of her nails repaired and I was asked to take a seat in the pedicure area so I could get some service. I sat there and waited the whole time, over an hour, to get a pedicure while she got her nails repaired and she also got a fill-in and do you know NO ONE CAME AND CHECKED ON ME TO GET A PEDICURE. So, to make a long story short, I walked out when she got finished and I will never go back.

When I did go, Tony did an amazing job. I drove 45 min to go again on Sunday (6/9), walked up at 422pm exactly, and the doors were locked, but there were people inside. I can only assume they closed early to finish the people they had, but there was only a few people and they were already being worked on. Disappointing.

Got my nails done the next day which was my wedding day two nails broke they didn't do a good job ..4 yrs later .going to try them again not pleased I'll just stick with whom I've had ..

Heard about this shop through word of mouth and heard it a good place to go..I'm not big on pedicures but it's well needed right now. Tried twice to get service first time it was 30 mins to close which I understandable so i tried again second time I'm there a hour before close, told they could do it, walk next door to the publix atm to get tip money come back.. sit down.. wait..just to told to come back another time again. I hate to feel like im begging for anything so they won't recieve a penny of my money.

Lady was not friendly. Lady made it seem like I was taking too long to pick a color, very impatient and unfriendly. I am normally not a complainer. I paid my bill and left got home and looked at my nails. They’re terrible rough in feel and texture. They do not have good form or shape. They are not even shiny. I know that prices have rien on everything but for over 100 bucks to get your nails and toes done. I do not feel it is the quality of service that warrants that type of money… They find a new reason to charge you $10 more for every service they provide even removing existing

So first Off- I don’t leave reviews ever- but I had to- just back from Seattle after years and desperately needed my nails done, I could not be more pleased, I was treated with kindness and care and got exactly what I asked for in 45 minutes, I’ll so particular and always nik picky- it was perfect- 5 stars, this is my new spot- I’m good Pradesh Jolie nails didn’t open on time.

Just got ignored. I’m 100% sure they saw me but just didn’t say anything… I work in customer service and I know you get busy but literally no reason to ignore a customer when you see them. Really wished I got my nails done here but unfortunately I didn’t.

Asked for soak off…they grabbed a nail tip and ripped the acrylics nails I previously had. After I told them to not do It ..they said the acrylics were too thick and it was gonna take long if we did the soak off…. They said I should have done it at home. I was paying them for a soak off….

I have never been more disappointed in the service this place provides. They will tell you 1 hr wait then 3 hours later a few more minutes. They will cut you and say it’s your fault. Terrible customer service! I would advise you find a different nail salon.

Literally the most unprofessional set of employees. Went in to do my eyebrows and waited ten minutes. Still, no one came in to assist me, even though I was sent to the back with the impression that someone was coming in to assist me right away. Do better. You cannot expect a five star rating with such poor service.

The first time I went to this place they did my nails, so beautiful but a couple of days later, I realized, I got nail fungus. I didn’t go back for months. I I tried giving them a second chance, because I know things do happen sometimes. Unfortunately my second experience was horrible. I didn’t even do my nails. I explained to the manager what happened the first time, I came and expected a better service. As soon as I sat down to do my nails, I realize the nails clippers and the tray was full of dust, which means that it hadn’t been sterilized, I went back and spoke to the manager again and she did not have them clean the tray again only to try to explain to me that it had already been cleaned when you can clearly see the amount of dust in the tray. What a pity they obviously know how to do and style nails well but the service is horrible and they’re obviously not cleaning there tools. Do your nails at your own risk this place is definitely not clean!

This was the worst experience I have ever had. They ripped my nails off me instead of using the proper tools because she said it was faster and she had other people waiting. It was horrible and everytime I yelled she would pat my finger and say oh sorry and then pull some more. I wouldn't take my enemy to get nails done their.

They have unqualified people who are interning and playing on your face but have no experience yet they are still charging full price. This person was inexperienced and had no clue what she was doing. They stated the person who normally does it was there and when I got there she wasn’t so they told another person to come help. It took two people to do this and then when the actual person got there she allowed her to finish verses taking over. Afterwards I said it was ugly and I did not like them. I will not let anyone “fix” aka okay over my face to fix it. Yet they charged full price and I left. Very disgusting.

Went today for the first time with my little sister in law, and was very pleasantly surprised by the service! The ladies were very nice and took their time in making sure our manicures were perfect!! Will definitely be back!
