This place is great! Always satisfied. When I'm in the area and can get a pedicure, this is my place of choice. The staff is friendly and the establishment is clean.

I love this nail place my friend and I can go and pay together and spend under $200 when I used to go to this other nail place for a mani-pedi it would be like $130 for one person not including designs or wax or anything out of the ordinary at this place for mani pedi plus designs is like $85

My first two experiences here were good unfortunately this last time was horrible! I arrived at 3:20. I asked for Chuck Lee who did my nails very nicely last time he was with another client so they asked if I would come back at 4:30. I came back at 4:20, I waited until 4:45 and I asked if he would be done soon or should I come back another day, they said no, he would be done in 10 min. 25 min later, he finally stood up and was just talking to other people when I finally stood up and asked if he was going to start my nails or if he didn’t want to should I just leave, At the end of all this he charged me $54! For a fill! I asked why so much he said $3 for a broken nail, $3 to file them down, $2 for visa payment and $2 for the WATER! I will never go back! My nails don’t even look good! They are rude and incompetent! After receiving an apology and request to call the nail bar to discuss what happened, supposedly from the owner, I was told twice that manger and owner won’t be in for 2 to 3 weeks. Sounds like all the other lies and inconsistency.

Went to get my toes done 3 weeks ago OMG SO RUDE😠 the lady who did them They should be nicer in their customer service SUCH ATTITUDE 😠 Smile😊while you take my money💰 Management please have a talk with the lady's not very nice👎I'm gonna look for another place I DONT LIKE GETTING TREATED LIKE THAT👎👎👎👎👎

Everyone there was very very sweet! My first time and I felt super welcomed. Tammy did my pedicure and I will be back for pedicures with her and to get acrylic. Very clean!

I can't come back here. I witnessed with my own eyes them not sanitizing the nail tools between customers. I've seen it more then once, but gave them a another chance. They do a nice job, but what horrible practices.

EDIT: I called them in regards to their response to my review and their request that I called. They man I spoke to told me that he didn’t know what I was talking about and hung up on me. So I definitely would recommend staying away from this place. I went here on Monday and got a regular polish manicure and pedicure. The tech that did both completely ruined my cuticles and the skin surrounding my nails. Now my fingers and toes are extremely sore and raw. On Tuesday I noticed that the polish was already chipping and coming off and that was due to the fact that he didn’t put the top coat on the whole nail. I called the salon today to ask for a refund and the lady I spoke with told me that they won’t refund me but they will fix the polish and that I should have gotten gel if I wanted it to last longer. I declined because I didn’t want to revisit this salon especially with how messed up my cuticles and skin is. I’ve always gotten regular polish at every salon I go to and it always lasts much longer than 24 hours! To make it worse, when I paid ($55!) the tech wouldn’t take my card and made me use their ATM in the corner of the store. Because of this, I can’t even try to dispute the charge with my bank.

I just moved to Yucaipa and gave this place a try . I eill Never come back here again . The man who did my toes did a rushed horrible job and i got An allergic reaction to the chemicals they used on my feet . I had To go to the Dr to get a steroid for my feet because i broke Out in a chemical reaction rash .

My nails may look nice but the VIP Nail Bar’s atmosphere is less than likable. It is clean so that’s a win. The staff are a different culture and I understand that but cold, hard to understand and not real friendly. So if you want just nails done maybe okay, but if you want a calming fun experience this may not be for you

Not the friendliest of places. The lady that sits right up front behind the sign in sheet is very rude and ugly personality. I accidentally sat at the wrong booth and she scolded me for doing so. Very cold unprofessional atmosphere. I like my nail tech, but it's not worth tolerating ugly people.

Owner is rude. When I went to pay I needed to break a 20 dollar bill to get change for tip and he wasn’t going to give me my change he said I needed to give to the girl. I told him I am going to tip her I needed to get change I wasn’t going to give her $20 for my wax that I wasn’t even happy with. Then they charged me way more than what I was originally told at first. So never again will I come here worst experience . Jenny is the best! But she doesn’t act greedy like the owner .

This was my first time here. I have to say I would never come here again I heard one lady be rude to a client!! and my nail lady seemed like she barely knew what she was doing didn’t even have me wash my hands it wasn’t normal I wanted a design and after seeing her try and figure it out I said nvm I just want one color I have been getting my nails done for over 7 years from luxury nails in San Bernardino never been disappointed. My fiancé told me to go here and has been doing his brows here for years and told me to just try it and yea was disappointed sorry but I would never go there.

Got my nails done and paid for gel tell me why my nails are chipping. Never had that happen with gel at other nail places. not just mine but my daughters and cousins. they are over priced and rip you off and also act snobby won't go back.

My first experience was excellent. I unfortunately the last two times were terrible. The employees were rude and they are way over priced and my nails only lasted a week and a half. Acrylics have always lasted me no less than 3-4 weeks at times. Also when I called in to schedule an appt the gentleman that answered the phone was very rude and rushed me then hung up while I was still talking. I’m taking my business elsewhere!

The rating is based on the only good thing this place was to me and that's that they are located fairly close to my house. NOTHING V.I.P. about it. Beauty tools were not sanitized, doubtful they even cleaned them. The towel used over the hand rest smelled like mildew. I was charged almost $100 just for a basic french tip set and a basic all black set (which turned out to be a an uneven mess). I'll NEVER step foot in this AGAIN. Hands down, the WORST nail salon I've ever been to.

They were VERY rough. They actually ripped my nail bed off. Also did VERY bad on the design asked for a blood splatter and looks like a middle age woman got her crusty dusty period blood on my nails. All of the workers seem to be on something and my nail tech took a smoke break in the middle of my mani. Never going back.

They're always busy, I feel they rush you in and out and although they do an ok job, they can do better if there wasn't so much pressure on getting people in and out.

This is my second time at VIP first time I had to come back because of bubbling up my paint I tried not to complain I went in there today and I spend good money almost $200 for the service to be horrible to be poked out by their technician when I said all I wanted to do was enjoy my pedicure and manicure saw the technician dip a dirty brush into clean product I was done it’s a shame service is not what it used to be in Yucaipa very sad

Went to get my nails done and they turned out okay. My only issues is that when my nail tech was finished there was some black dots on my nails and quite a few air bubbles in most of them. I wanted my nails nice for my birthday but now they look like a mess.
