I went to this place since I personally don't like going to people houses to get my nails done even tho at home techs are way better than these nails salons. Instead of greeting & being nice, they just ask me what color & what I want. Once I sit done & showing the lady the design I want, she's talking to someone else (co worker) in their native language but they're talking loudly & back & forth. Lady taps my hand & points to another lady (co worker) to sit at her table. So she switches me with the other lady. So the Second Lady is filing my nail and finger since she was rushing & hurting me 3 times! While I show her my inspo pic , I wanted a French design with a pink outline & cherry blossoms. I will post my inspo pic & the results. Before she ever did the design , she said my nails were done. I said no it's missing the cherry blossom & she's like oh& finished my nails. I clearly told the lady that I was not happy with the result. She tried to fix but I said no. I should've known better once the lady switch us seats. My problem is; if you couldn't do the design , just tell me & I would've let you free style. But these nails salons just care about making money & not the customer. I won't come back. If you see my nails, you can't see a pink outline unless you zoom, I got 2 long stems for the 2 cherry blossoms she put. Fyi she charged me $75.

I've given this salon more passes then they deserve. I want to love them but they do not care. I waited over an hour for a basic mani/pedi. Everything was rushed and not a care given. A week later I have 2 nails broken so far I can't clip them. I have natural nails not tips. I paid $105 for nothing but the tech looking up everytime the door opened worrying who was coming in. This salon sucks and I can honestly say, going back to my 'Rona DIY nails is better

Ivy is great and the spa is clean and relaxing! I enjoyed the massage chair and she did a great job on my pedicure and even fit me in last minute.

I went in today as a walk in and I had a good experience with the people working. Very nice people. The lady I had was a bit older and seemed newer to doing nails but i'm just going off of that because her showing my nails to other workers. If she is new, this is a good job. The only problem I had was when I told her my index finger nail looked crooked she ignored me and brushed it off. The nails seem very bulky and I asked for square. I also got my eyebrows done and she did a Fantastic job, the only problem I had was with my nails.

Horrible experience and I never leave reviews!! 210 dollars later - horrible mail tech extremely rude and rushed through. Manicure which wasn’t a manicure never even cleaned up cuticles. 45 pedicure done in 20 minutes. I will never go back here!

I don't think I got the full pedicure that I asked for which wasn't the basic one. There was no filing and shaping of the nails. I like them cut down as far as they can go I don't think she understood what I meant by that. I've had it done many times so I don't know why it was so hard for her to do it. Then with my color choice, it had chunky silver flakes in it and it was the prettiest blue. After she got done it was just a blue nail polish that shimmered I said that's not the color that I picked and she was like "oh you done", I said "uh no! "That's not the color". And then I'm not sure if it was the owner or manager or whoever she was told me that it doesn't always look the same. Well if it doesn't look the same then why have it as a choice for me to pick from your samples, you got it right on that. With that said I've gone here more than a few times as a matter of fact the last time before this time I went, they had someone who did an amazing job. So can't knock the whole place because of one walking disappointment in there. I guess just beware of who you might get.

I hope I don't get bad karma for this. But I went in the other day needing a fill in. I asked one lady's advice on whether I shoukd get gel or do the fill in. She shrugged and gave me a snotty "idk." Ljke uhm okay ? I decided on the fill in and she took off my old polish and filed stuff down and sent me to another lady who didn't speak a link of English. She had bo idea what I wanted. I had to show her a picture and even with the picture she struggled. My lines are uneven for what I wanted and it just looks. A mess. I miss my normal nail tech :(

The young lady doing my nails was so busy chatting with her cowork did not pay attention to my nails at all. Very poor job I had places with no nail polish did not take the time to file my nails, sharp edged left me under the warmer over 20 minutes never came back. Shame on you for your piss poor service.

I can believe I wasted my time here not once, but twice. Both times I made an appointment ahead of time as I was on a tight schedule and BOTH times my appointment time was ignored and customers were taken in the order they arrived. The first time I waited the 45 minutes because I was there with a friend, second time I waited over half an hour and walked out. They respectfully shouldn’t make appointments if they don’t plan to honor them.

I got a regular polish acrylic set and i’m not impressed at all. I wanted my index fingers to have another color but to add that the price would go from 35 to 60. Also to get them another length it cost money. So I told the lady I wanted to pay 35 and just one color. After that she gave me an attitude and did not put much effort into my nails. She just filed them and didn’t do all the steps other places do. When I was done and letting them dry she didn’t even check them to tell me they were done so i wasn’t sure and sat there a while. This place is overpriced and does not provide a good service. The younger lady did a better job on my friend but they are still overpriced for what you get.

Made an appointment for 2:30. Showed up early at 2:15. Was told to wait outside which was fine for 30 mins to only be brought back to wait in the pedicure chair for another 45 mins. Then got moved again to a different pedicure chair not even cleaned. Why take appointments if your not going to even acknowledge it? I don’t even think they write them down just say “come in”. My advice find somewhere cleaner and better.

They were rough with my hands made me bleed. And they told me to get a pedicure when I didn't have the money I told them and they said to take money from my friend. They made my friend pay for more then she should have plus a tip. And a the next day she had an allergic reaction to the stuff they put on her legs. They didn't even ask her If she had any allergies

Unprofessional!! This salon willl take walk ins before appointments!!I was told the reason they made me wait the longest is because I wanted a fill in so my nails were "different"..smh..I thought it was a nail salon where anyone could get their nails done?!
