This is an amazing nail salon!!!! They give the BEST pedicures hands down!!! Most nail shops don’t take the time to really rub & massage my feet but they do!! My gel polish always looks wonderful!! Everyone is extremely friendly & it’s a really great environment!!

Every month I go and see Kenny for my nails and he does such a phenomenal job and so easy to get appointments with. Communication on appointment scheduling while there us great. Im always a challenge with designs but Kenny always comes through. 10/10 highly recommend 👌

This was the worst nail experience ever. Very rude service, rough treatment (cut my skin and my daughters skin because he filed SO aggressively) He was cursing under his breath the whole time AND if that's not enough, my daughter's DIPPED nails are chipping on day 2!!!! DO NOT GO HERE- go anywhere else. Waste of money- I'd post negative stars if I could- so awful

The salon is clean, people are friendly, And they worked well with my disabled sister. (Thus the 3 stars.) However, I would not recommend getting dip done here. They did not clean them up afterwards and put gel on as a top coat in such a way that it ended up tearing the skin under my thumb nail. It's only been a week and a half and my nails look terrible - they're dry and chipped. I hate to say it as the people were very kind, but we won't be going back.

Today was my 2nd visit at VIP Nails & Spa By Pansy. The service was excellent! My 1st visit included a nail fill, pedicure, and eyebrow wax. My eyebrows never looked better! My Nail French Tips looked awesome. Today's visit was more of the same... excellent customer service, clean and friendly environment, and professional courtesy. A very impressive establishment. Thank you, Pansy, for a job well done!

got a pedicure for Mother's Day. my feet feel brand new. they were gentle clipping my toes which I appreciate and the leg/foot massage was wonderful

Had a wonderful experience at VIP today. The young guy did my nails and he absolutely slayed them! Halloween is my favorite time of year and he captured that perfectly. Definitely check them out on wards road in Lynchburg!

I was burned, cut, the tech caused a crack in my phone screen, he bent my thumb back so far during the manicure I thought he was trying to dislocate it, he used the wrong color polish after I told him three times it was the wrong color and had to paint over it. They sent me outta there while my finger nail polish was still wet. It has been one day since my manicure and the polish is cracked and chipped already. The only thing I did was go home read a book and sleep. My boyfriend will be so disappInted this evening. After all that, they charged me 50.00. I will never go back!

It was horrible :( I went with a friend to go get my prom nails done and it just started out bad. They trimmed my cuticles really short and then put a super acidic like thing all over my open cuticles and it burned horribly. I had a reference and just asked for a darker shade (royal dark blue) and they picked out a sky blue and I asked for darker then told me it would get darker when reapplied when I was hesitant and went ahead with doing them. They applied no undercoat to a french like style so you can see my uneven nails straight through them. Towards the end the man asked if I wanted a heart on my nails and I said no then he replied with “It’s free, get heart” then went ahead and put really uneven hearts on my middle finger. Overall my cuticles are still burning and they look nothing like I had original wanted.

I’ve been going to Kenny for the past couple months. He is very kind, patient, and takes his time to do it right. I am very particular in how I like my nails done and he always exceeds my expectations. I am at a point where when I schedule my appointment, I know I’m going to get exactly what I want. I absolutely love my nails that I got this last time and I can’t wait to go back for more! Thank you so much for everything!

Just finished here! Super sweet staff. She did my shellac mani and it came out great! I'll have to come back to try a pedi! Really nicely decorated and clean. Make an appointment because they seemed to get really busy after work.

My first time coming here I did not have the best experience but I gave them another chance and Pansy did not disappoint me. She is the only person that I will allow to do my eyebrows.. I do feel like they're always talking about the customers in their language but that's pretty much every salon 🤷🤷
