Downgrade from my previous experience a few years ago :( In town visiting my parents and Mom had a gift card, from mother's day. On arrival for our appointments (mani/pedi for each), the one nail tech was almost combative in trying to upgrade our service to gels or dip (neither of us prefer, as it seems to ruin our natural nails, which are quite lovely). No posted pricing anywhere-makes me crazy!!! I didn't have a gift card, how do I know the cost?!?. I usually upgrade to a "spa" pedi (or something close to in nomenclature, at my local place), nothing offered. Pedi station seemed clean, not so sure about manicure table.

I am so pleased with VIP Nails. I feel like I am at a spa with the lovely decor, the calm music and the great work they do. Jimmy is very good and I highly recommend him.

I have used them several times. Their polish lasts 3x as long as other places ! And I don't use gel.

Such a nice place. Every pedicure has been great. The staff takes their time, nice massage and personable! Highly suggest.

Booked an appointment for 1:30. When I got there I mentioned I had an appointment and they made it seem as though I was just a walk in. The owner seemed like she didn’t want to do my eyebrows and started on them w/out even asking what I wanted. I had to stop her and let her what I wanted done. When she finished she didn’t even ask if I liked them or to look at them , she just said “finished” and walked out of the room. Then I was told to look at the nail color book and have a seat at the chair. Not even 30 seconds later he asked me if I picked a color yet bc he has an appointment soon. He was rushing me and told me to bring the book with me so he could start my nails. He didn’t turn on the light above to see my nails and he was very rough and scolded me several times. I ended up just paying and leaving no tip. I will not be going back there and they did not deserve my business. I don’t ever write reviews and I don’t care to have my name on here but the service and lack of professionalism really bothered me

Such an amazing environment. People were extremely friendly, attentive, and the nails and toes were done beautifully. Will definitely be returning. ❤️

I’ve been going to VIP Nails for a little over a year! I get gel nails because it seems to be the best for my nails. Jimmie is that guy!!! I’ve never broken a nail…and the never lift! I typically go every three weeks to get a fill. I tell him the color I want and he never disappoints with the design! If you decide to go to VIP get Jimmie! But make sure you make an appointment!

Lovely place! Very clean and calm spa-like atmosphere! The nail techs were very friendly and did an excellent job, even with my short nails.

So the techs were AMAZING very attentive to detail and design made sure everything was perfect! HOWEVER THE OWNER the only man in the place told our techs to rush our pedicures even though we paid for the VIP treatment he was very rude and nasty it’s a shame because the techs did amazing!

Waited 30 mins for my appointment, no one said anything to me about my service or when I would be sat, got up and left. I understand running behind or being overbooked, but I was blatantly ignored & watched others who came in after get worked on.

I have been coming here for a while now and will continue coming back. Jimmy is the best, as he always says. He even convinced me to get one ombré nail which I love. Love them and love the atmosphere.
