Ben is great! He takes care of my wife’s mannis & pedis all the time and this is my first manicure. He did a great job and i will be having more manis in the future.

I am so happy every time I visit VIP Nail Salon. Kim is so great at her job! She’s very gentle, pays attention to detail and person’s comfort. I would totally recommend her any time!

I just love Kim! Been going to her for several years. She is the one who turned me on to hard gel and I love it. No more splitting nails or rough toenails getting caught on the sheets.

I’ve been a loyal customer to this establishment for the past 3 years (since they opened) any other day before today I would have rated this salon 5 stars the reason for the 1 star rating today was for my experience this morning with the owner. I walked in checked-in like every appointment I’ve had there, I greeted as I walked in and mentioned I had an appointment with my usual nail tech. Owner said he was on vacation ( I didn’t even receive a courtesy call or text saying my tech was on vacation). I asked if another tech could do my manicure he asked if I could come back at 10 I told him I don’t mind waiting and as I’m patiently waiting he kept tell me to go to another salon down the street. I mentioned since I’ve been loyal for 3 years there I wasn’t trying to go to a new salon. A couple minutes passed and again he mentioned about the other salon. So I got up and said if he didn’t want to service me to not worry about it and left. First time I’ve had an experience like that here and it really has me reconsidering if I should even be loyal to a business who doesn’t care to take care of their customer. Very disappointed.
