I will never come here again for two reasons. I came in for a Mani-Pedi. I looked at the prices on the wall. A Mani-Pedi cost $60. I wanted my nails buff and they couldn't do it because they did have the machine. I have never gone to a nail salon that needed a machine to buff polish nails before. I was forced to get clear nail polish on my nails. To my surprise, vip salon charges for clear polish, $10 extra. I believe they charge this and other special extra prices because it Nail Salon desert in this area. I went to wash my hands and that when I noticed the DINGY white hand towels to dry the clients hands. 1. - $10 for clear polish apply for a Mani-Pedi. 2. - Dingy White Hand Towels

This place is terrible. Just terrible they get mad when you tell them they messed up your nails .. the lady didn’t wanna even out the nail up under wanted to leave it stick to my skin now my nails chipped off it’s only been a week ! I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt the first time … this was the 2nd time and still just terrible nothing about this place gives vip

My experience was not good at all. The pedicure tools were in a dirty plastic container. The nail tech scrubbed my skin off with the brush and then sprayed my feet with a solution that had alcohol in it and it burned my foot when I told her that it was burning she continued to spray, I had to yell at her to stop. The spa was not clean at all and neither were the people who runs it. The prices they charge are nowhere reasonable for that unkept facility that they refer to as a spa. Not to mention the name is VIP Spa. Instead of a polish change how about a name change because there was nothing VIP about this spa. Terrible experience I can’t see myself ever going back there.

The young guy with the glass does not take his time. It’s doesn’t ask you if you want gel or no gel. Just charge you the highest price. OMG the bathe toilet is nasty. If you are going to work for the public At lease no what you customer want. They Absolutely do not take your time.

Came here with my boyfriend and got pink & white full set...it would've been nice if the service wasn't so rushed. Both techs cut me and my boyfriend's finger while clipping, my shaping was awful and the acrylic wasn't filed properly so the nails are bumpy and rough around the edges and just not at all what it should be. Coffin shape was pointier on one side. Then kept trying to offer more services after we said we were good. If there's nowhere else available then maybe i'd go here again.

Do NOT go here they don’t care about quality services just our money. Horrible nail shop! They’re lazy and can’t do nail’s correctly my sister nails were done so horribly it’s crooked uneven and she was even bleeding her eyebrows and my toes were also done bad.

I will never go back here again. I went in for a full set, eyebrows and lashes. My full set and lashes are fine but when it comes to my eyebrows they are butchered. I had full, thick, beautiful brows and now the left is shorter then my right and they are thinner then a cheap hotel thread count sheet

Unnecessarily used a cheese grater on my feet. No dryer for a regular pedicure. Not that clean.

HORRIBLE!!!! My Nails messed up same day they are extremely rude and up charge for everything after telling you a final cost. DO NOT GO HERE AT ALL!!!! 💯💯💯💯

I went to get a soak off which was fine, before I got up ti sit in the eyebrow chair I tipped the guy who soaked my nails off $5 and the eyebrow tech $5 as well (before she even had me in her chair) to give her a little motivation to slay my brows. I asked for a natural ombré look. I got up from the chair with HUGE eyebrows no where near the length or width of my natural brows. She cut me underneath both my eyebrows and this was Tuesday June/ 14. My eyebrows now have ugly scars under them. I wiped the brows off IN THE SALON and still had to PAY $25 when I was told it was $10 and I didn’t ask for TINT she used it herself and messed me up. The coworkers were hovered around and laughing also so I’m sure she was new and had no experience. She also was working on my eyebrows for 10+ minutes. I will never spend my money here again and I suggest if you get your eyebrows done there wait to see how it comes out first on someone ahead of you. I’m uploading a picture of the cuts and these are my NATURAL brows. Terrible service

The nails and service were good but they really need to do a better job on the appearance of the place. It looks unclean and unsanitary. Yes I proceeded to get my nails done this one day out of pure despair but I wouldn't go back. I definitely wouldn't get a pedicure which is much easier to breed and contract bacteria and disease. What I went in for was a simple polish change. The guy did a very nice job. No chipping yet. I'm sad it's not a place I can return. 5 stars for the nails. 2 stars for shop appearance. So I have it a 3 to be fair.

They want your money but don’t clean your feet the way they suppose to . If I’m paying you $45 for my feet why not do a good job.. they especially rush when it’s getting close to closing time.. I wouldn’t recommend this place

Wait time is ridiculous. Hardly any workers, only two nail techs who really knows what they are doing. They let people cut and get in front of you. They definitely need to do better with customer service. On top of that they will lie to you in your face like as if we don't pay attention to the time or the people walking in. You better off going else where. They rush on people. I saw 3 women get pedicures by the same person and they was all out in 35 minutes.
