I pre-purchased a package with this business and got a full lash set, which I liked, but the technician took over 2 hours. I also bought a refill package, but they are now refusing to honor it or credit the amount toward another set.

This was by far the worst facial I have ever received! I have tried everything from hand and stone to generic spots to center city spas. They did nothing but put a mask on and that’s it! Usually any facial, from generic $60 to high end center city $150, allows u to see even a slight or wonderful improved difference. This was nothing! Do not ever go here for a facial!

Just money hungry I asked was a foot rub included with massage multiple times even wrote it on the paper for them to still not do it and after the service they said it was another fee after they stated multiple times it was included. If this was explained before the massage i would have paid for the add on. Anyways they were nonchalant about the situation and still was bold enough to ask for a tip. Never again

I have been here 3 times for facials and massages. Both services were EXCELLENT! I did not wait, the facility is clean, the prices are reasonable, but most importantly, the massages and facials were really great!

Full body massage deep tissue, the guy was too soft I asked specifically for deep tissue, they weren't welcoming or friendly and the massage was weak I do not recommend a massage here I was so disappointed

My gift was a body massage and facial hydration, for $180 Groupon promotion and they gave me a back massage, so it is already an incomplete service, I think the facial hydration was good, I have no other comparison! An additionally the tip is 10-30$ minimum!!!

Came here for a 90 minute massage, with 30 minutes for my feet. The massage therapist found and worked on all of my problem areas . The space was very relaxing and clean. Callie was very gentle Coming back again for sure.

I come here every 2 weeks and a lady named Kiki does my eyelashes and every time they come out amazing. she does a really good job and makes you feel comfortable ! 10/10!!

I received a massage and facial. When I was about to undress I noticed the therapist left the door ajar so I closed it before unclothing thinking that it was an accident. I laid on my stomach for my back massage and when I went to turn around to get my facial I found the door again was open. When leaving I saw another customer laying on a table receiving a service with the door open. If you want your privacy while receiving any service this is not the place for you. I would also like to add there was communication issues as I kept on saying I needed more pressure, deeper pressure, harder not until the last few minutes did I receive what I kept asking for. Prior to receiving more pressure it felt more like a common back rub. I was disappointed with the facial. It was more of a moisturizing face massage with steam then the 4 basic facial steps. The face massage felt wonderful and I'm sure promoted great circulation but I was anticipating more. Unfortunately I will not be returning and do not recommend.

I went in to get my lashes done. Ended up getting that & my eyebrows done. The ladies did an amazing job! Only issue I had though was the lash glue was burning my eyes since the tape had my lids slightly open. Other than that, I’m definitely returning!

Nice place but I purchased a gift for a birthday present and the massage was horrible. She order a deep tissue massage and received just a rub. My friend had wanted a deep tissue massage due to a stressful job atmosphere something to relax. Stated it was just rubbing not even an elbow or anything to help.

One of the best massages I have had in awhile. She hit every spot from shoulder to neck to lower back to the hip/ butt area. Every spot that hurt feels so good. Can't wait to go back. Nothing but positive vibes.
