I love Nikki!!! She’s been the gal I go to for a few years now, and she always remembers our conversation details from the previous visit a few months prior. ALWAYS makes you feel the most comfortable. I’ll be sad when I move out of Morgantown and lose her as my go to hair QUEEN. (Both ladies that work here are incredible, Nikki is just my regular, but seriously cannot say it enough 10/10 recommend)

I went there for a big cut, and it worked out wonderfully. Kerri was patient with me (and my lack of hair knowledge) and gave me exactly what I wanted! She worked closely with me, which was awesome! I never had to guess what she was up to. It was also very quick and affordable.

I love Niki and Kerri. They are the sweetest. Everyone in my family has used them for hair services. I have also done pedicures with Kerri and makeup with Niki. I've always loved how I looked and felt after being at their salon. Honestly the prettiest I've ever felt is when Niki does my hair and makeup. You can see how she styled my hair and makeup for my headshots. She naturally enhanced all of my features.

I love this place. They're great at what they do. I love the haircuts we get here, and such a kind atmosphere. I have wild thick curly hair and its hard to find a haircut that I like but this place has always been perfect. I've been back for my last 3 haircuts. Take the time to get an appointment.

They are always wonderful. Prices are affordable, text reminders about appointments, tidy shop with salon products for purchase.... I've been going to them for years after trying 2 or 3 other salons in town. I highly recommend checking them out.

Niki and Kerri are both awesome! Cut and color services they provide are perfection and probably the most reasonable in Morgantown. They are great with both old and young, and men and women’s styles. So happy I found this place! Love these girls❤️

Great cut, reasonable price, very friendly and polite service, both in person and on the phone when i made my appointment. Also, didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need! And she even cut my hair dry, which is the best way to cut hair anyway, so you can see how it lays. Great job! Will definitely be back. Thank you!

I have been coming to Virtuosity for several years. Kerri has been doing my hair since I started going, and she is fabulous! She is able to tame my hair, which is a feat because I have enough hair for two people and it's super thick. She also has dyed my hair ombre and it was beautiful - she blended the new color into my natural color seamlessly, so the ombre was romantic and not jarring. Not to mention that she is a lovely and fun person to talk to. Prices are fair for the amount of time she spends on my hair, and the salon is very clean and well-maintained. Kerri will be doing my hair and makeup for my wedding, and I trust that she will make me beautiful on my special day just like she has every other time I've gone to her. I jumped hairstylists all the time before I came to Virtuosity, but I don't plan on going anywhere else as long as they're open.

My daughter and I BOTH love Nikki. She did a great job on my hair - but did an even better job with my highly reluctant daughter. She talked to her the whole time and made her feel better about a big cut. Highly recommend Nikki - will definitely be back!

Niki is phenomenal! In all of my years of going to sporadic places to get my hair cut, I've finally found somewhere that I'll keep going to because I know what to expect each time. it has been years since I last had bangs, but on a whim, I wanted to get my hair cut before my vacation at the beginning of April. Niki fit me right in and asked me questions I've never been asked before regarding bangs. "how thick, how high up, how wide" were just a few. Usually, my past hairdressers just snipped away until THEY were satisfied and I was mortified. Niki started small and was patient with me as I oohed and ahhed and asked for more. She is extremely knowledgeable and will make sure you leave her salon happy and confident. I highly recommend Virtuosity!

Nikki and Virtuosity Salon were recommended to me by my wedding planner and what a happy thing that was! I'm a perfectionist and bad with hair (a sad combination!) , so I knew that doing my own hair was out of the question. When Nikki asked me what I wanted, all I knew was "up," so I put myself entirely in her hands. It was such a smart move! She gave me a style that suited my personality, dress, and wish to look good on my big day. My hair looked better than I ever hoped it could. She even anchored a comb with flowers that stayed put all day. She also did my sister's hair, and it looked fabulous all day too! Not only did Nikki make our hair look terrific, she let us have our make-up done at Virtuosity and even change into our wedding finery upstairs. Everyone in the shop was warm, friendly, and supportive, and they gave my wedding day such a positive and happy start. I recommend Nikki to any and all brides in the Morgantown area. She and Virtuosity Salon are fantastic!!

Wasn’t sure about where to get my hair done around here, so I looked up local salons and asked my friends for suggestions. After searching the places they recommended and continuously being disappointed by the horror stories of the poor staff with bad attitudes, I finally found a place with wonderful reviews about the service they had done and the person they received the work from. 11/10 for this salon, the haircut was beautiful, economically priced, and enjoyable. But above all, my stylist Kerri was fantastic, courteous, and entertaining. Will definitely be coming back.
