Phenomenal first experience here. Did a deep tissue massage with Mike and I’m pretty sure all my problems are gone now. For real though, he was so professional, knowledgeable, and just good at what he does. Will be coming back and sending all my friends here.

This was my first time experiencing a professional massage ever & let me tell you, Mike did the damn thing. A fulfilling & comforting experience. I loved it. And the Esthetician was such a sweetheart. 10/10

Hands down, the best services I have ever experienced. The atmosphere was 10/10. Mike was my massage therapist, very knowledgeable, great personality and he made me so comfortable. I believe Sarah was my aesthetician, she was so sweet. I will be back.

Crazy place- 😂😂😂 Difficult to get connected and difficult to find a parking lot . And, just wasted the time since been there several times that the door was closed 🫣

Had a great experience at this spa. I had a facial which was perfect, leaving my skin feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. The massage was even better. As someone who gets massages frequently, I can confidently say that this was one of the best I've ever had. I went in with some shoulder pain, and after the massage, it was completely gone. I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed.

All I can say is … Cobi is a miracle worker. I came in barely able to turn my head, but I’m walking out with more mobility and ready to seize the rest of my day!! Thank you, Cobi and Vis a Vis!!

I haven’t had a male massage therapist before and was a bit nervous. But then I met Mike, so amazing, so professional. Made me feel very comfortable from the first introduction and throughout the whole experience. Definitely a 5 star experience and I think I just became a regular :)

I saw Mike today for the first time for a clinical massage. I have a lot of problems with my back and many massage therapists cannot give an effective massage for my specific conditions. He listened carefully, asked lots of questions and was very skilled in his technique in approaching my body and issues. I am excited to continue working with him.

I recommend no other spa than Vis a Vis!! I only went there because I just moved to Dallas & it was close to my house. They over-delivered on all of my expectations. Their services are great & priced really well. Not only is the staff amazing, but they are extremely knowledgeable. I have not been anywhere else since I started there.

I went to this SPA yesterday for the first time and want to shout out Massage Therapist Cobi! Besides just a good massage, she addressed my sciatica pain, stretched my hips and I feel so much better today! Highly recommend 🩵

NO FACIALS!! Great massage by Cobi tho. Facials = Zero privacy zero space. 3 of us - not together not friends just seated like an airplane. Discussing allergies and medical needs for all to hear. And literally right in the waiting room. Zero percent relaxing. This is not a spa it is a storefront. Was then asked to stand in lobby between services - too little seating so I just hovered by the door in the way. That’s not what a “spa” is for.

FLOAT TANK IS BROKEN!!! I went today for my first time ever float tank experience, which I have been wanting to do for a long time and I wished I had saved the money for something else. I wanted to get the experience of sensory deprivation with being enclosed in complete darkness. When I tried to close the lid, it wouldn’t budge, so I got out of the tub calling several times through the door for help and was THEN informed that the lid wouldn’t shut. Being totally enclosed in the dark for me is the whole point of the float tank! On top of it I was borderline cold, because my body was partially under (not so warm) water and there was an air current going for about half an hour that left me uncomfortable. The current finally stopped, but I was still cool for the remainder of the time. Had the lid been closed that wouldn’t have happened. Once you get dry the room feels really nice and warm, but not when you are wet. Apparently the lid hasn’t worked in 2 YEARS, as I found out afterwards on the reviews!! How can you still book people without disclosing this?? I had booked online, but the girl that took me in the room never mentioned that before I started. A discount doesn’t make up for this. I told my sister afterwards what happened and she said I should’ve gotten out and requested not being charged, but I don’t like making a fuzz. In hindsight I should’ve done just that. There was a choice between ‘meditation’ music and ‘ocean’ and I had picked the meditation music, which was piano music that just wasn’t conducive to relaxation at all. Unfortunately I would have had to climb out of the tub again to call for help, but decided to leave it. I had booked for 2 hours expecting the ultimate floating experience, but instead was waiting for it to be over. The small shower heads could use cleaning, because they are partially clogged with calcium from the water and the temperature display up top wasn’t working. A part of the wall of the room close to the bottom is ripped open…..you don’t expect that in a place like that. You really need to disclose that the tank isn’t functioning as it should. I read in that review from 2 years ago, that not mentioning the malfunction was ‘just a little slip up’. Covid is over and the repair man should come from England a long time ago. Maybe this is why I got a slight discount at the end, but $126 was still too much to pay. I hadn’t expected that from such an upscale business, but lesson learned……read reviews BEFORE going. UPDATE I just talked to the manager (Amber) and asked why the tank hasn’t been fixed yet and was told that the company in Europe is out of business. I hope that they will disclose the malfunction finally on their website.

Float tank was broken. Lid wouldn’t close. Unclean. Nothing was as described on the website. Still had to pay full price after such an uncomfortable experience. Couldn’t control lighting or music. Cold the whole time. NOT AS DESCRIBED.

They were so accommodating and professional! We were planning a very soon bridal spa day and couldn’t find a spa that would accommodate us three together. Vis a vis went above and beyond to accommodate us. The bride was so happy! From the massages to the facials, everything was great! Definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for massages and facials. It’s reasonably priced and everyone is so professional and so kind! Thank you again!

Amazing on all accounts - the service, the massage and the ambience. My masseuse was Mike (also known as Magic Mike - presumably due to the supernatural level of how good his massages are), he is very talented and specifically tailors the massage to fit your needs. I play tennis and he was knew exactly which areas to target to help relieve a lot of tension. Left feeling great. 10/10

First time at this spa. Won’t be returning. I did the sensory deprivation tank and did not have a good experience. The water in the tank smelled like mildew and I never saw the water get changed out prior to me using, not sure if it did or not but it did smell like mildew which I had never had happen before. The water never warmed up in the tank so I was in cold water the full hour. The foam earplugs they provide are cheap. Went through 3 packs of ear plugs during my hour session due to ear plugs becoming loose after soaking in the water. The two front desk receptionists were nice and apologetic

I had an excellent Pure de Jour service in October, which is why I booked the same service with them today, but my experience was very disappointing. 1) The 80 min service was wrapped up in 60 mins 2) I have sensitive skin, and she was not at all gentle, even when I told her the pressure was too high. 3) The staff kept chitchatting right behind me so it was impossible to relax. To add onto it, the massage chair kept punching me in my back bcz she couldn’t tune the intensity at first 4) The routine was totally different from the last time with no explanation - I dont even know if she gave me the right service, because it now suddenly includes a jelly mask and no oxygen infusion?? 5) The staff was so courteous back in October, but this time they just didn’t seem to care enough - They didnt even offer me water or ask if the service was okay, total 180 from the last time I went there. I thought I had found the perfect place for regular facials, but now I wonder if I will ever go there again, since I dont feel value for money spent.
