I brought my 7 year old son in for his first haircut ever. Brigitte was so sweet and patient with him (and with me). After 7 years of having thoughts and concerns about what his first haircut might be like, I left so happy. He was thrilled, I was thrilled. He looks amazing. His haircut turned out so beautiful. This place doesn’t even deserve one star. I had an appointment with Sandra, i came in on time and she told me my appointment passed. I showed her the text messages but didn’t want to look at it and didn’t even apologize.

I wish I would've walked out the second I sat in the chair. I started off by letting them know my hair has been the same for way to long and I want a big change. They were very quick to shoot down any idea for my hair I had. The fact that I had bought a Groupon for some reason meant I wasn't willing to spend more money(even though I planned on spending well over the Groupon price). They continued to tell me they can do any of the ideas I brought pictures of and then I sat there for about 10 minutes just waiting for my hair stylist to tell me something I could have. So I asked for suggestions on what I should do. Eventually we made a plan that changed every 20 minutes into the process of highlighting my hair. At first it was a "chunky" highlight, then an all over highlight, then high and low highlight. If you look at the pictures you can see the majority of my hair is not highlighted or colored in any way. The hard lines of blonde in my hair show up clearly every time I want to wear my hair down. My hair looks pretty much exactly the same as before except for the "chunky" light pieces up front. I 100% liked my hair before I visited this location more than after I left. The blonde is more of a yellow color than a blonde color in my hair, I've never been more self conscious in my life. I went home crying that night and at work it's not much better. I try to hide it but the terrible job that was done is not hard to see with any hair style. The quality of my hair is bad but the experience of getting it done was equally as disappointing. I had to lay my head on the uncomfortable sink for an hour while another guest was helped. Luckily she gave me a nice deep conditioner while I was there but my neck cracked and hurt for three days after. While she washed the conditioner out of my hair she banged my head on the sink repeatedly. I've never wanted to walk out of a business more than that day. Now I've waisted my time and money and I have to wait till it's healthy enough to get it fixed by someone who is passionate and excited to see my hair transform.

Stay away from Joseph. I made an appointment with another hairdresser but she called in sick so Joseph took my appointment. I made a big mistake by not rescheduling. My "new" highlights look like they have grown out for 4 months since he did the highlights up to two inches from the hairline. One side is a different shade of red since he didnt give it enough time or heat. Almost all the red has washed out from the bottom half and now it looks like hell.
