Bridget is always a blast to talk to. She has cut my hair for the past 15 years. Always does a great job, even tho my haircuts probably aren't all that profitable for her. There is also a small barbershop in the back which most men prefer. But they have all bases covered

My mother had a PERM by Amber. Her hair was straight the next day. She paid $80 and a tip.My mother hs gotten perms 2to 3 ttimes a year. We have just moved to Ohio and need a salon. My mother has had a regular hair stylist for years. never had a bad perm. $80 is a lot of money for her.

Terry is very nasty and intimidates customers. Go anywhere else, very unprofessional. If you have a bad experience i don't recommend going back for a solution, they think they're perfect and make no mistakes.

Terry was verbally harassing this poor girl when she asked for her money back because he said there was nothing wrong with her hair that it looked good. Said her highlights weren’t chunky either. NEVER get your hair done her unless you’re willing to work with someone who is so rude, and you’d like your hair ruined.

They told me the highlights weren't chunky and when I asked for a refund they refused and said you liked it before. Terry was so disrespectful to me and said call the police do it. NEVER go here

URGENT If you’re reading this review you’re already too close to getting your hair done here. The work produced from this salon is BY FAR the worst I’ve ever seen (I’ve worked behind the chair for many years) if you want to be disrespected and have your hair ruined- this is the salon for you. Staff cannot hold themselves accountable for their mistakes.

Visions is a great and affordable place for a haircut, highlight, color, massage, etc. The staff is very friendly, kind, and personable! Terry is excellent with both my kids and husband. My 5 year old has sensory disorder and Terry is patient, loving, and kind with him. Holly did a fantastic job on highlights and color and haircut. I needed a change and asked for an autumn red to be mixed in with my highlights. She mixed up a fantastic red for the fall season!! And Yvette has great rates for a massage to relax and de-stress!! I love going here and highly recommend!!!

So they are not good people. I had to call and cancel an appt bc my unemployment was frozen and I didn't even have money to pay my rent. So I rescheduled two days before my wedding. I called and confirmed the day of the appt and within an hour they called and left a message saying they couldn't do it because I had had too many cancellations before! I cancelled ONE TIME and now it's THE DAY BEFORE MY WEDDING and I have to do my own hair. If they weren't going to do my hair they could have told me that when I called to reschedule. I am literally in tears right now and I will never support them or their business.
