The whole walk in set up, doesn’t work. Used the kiosk and waited over an hour for response, got an initial response that someone would be helping me shortly then got immediately a second one that the provider was with a client and would make me aware of the next available. After that, waited over an hour, never received a response.

I absolutely loved the vibes of the place, I got my hair cut, washed, and styled for a really good price and @hair.by.vwoods did an amazing job with my curly hair!! definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a curly hair stylist. her vibes are immaculate and you get a personal one on one session with her 🥰

I’ve been in this Salon Suits for almost 3 yrs. I’ve been very happy with the way things run here, I would definitely recommend for friends and family to come here if they need a suit to rent.

**GORGEOUS DESIGNS BY CRISTINA** If I could give zero stars I would b/c the final result was not even close to my inspirational picture. I asked the owner if she could do an updo or formal hairstyle for my upcoming wedding and she said yes & I mentioned I had a few greys around my edges that I wanted her to touch up as well. She insisted I color my whole head b/c I also had a few strands of grey throughout my head and although I was hesitant I trusted her judgement. My hair color naturally is a dark blackish brown but she dyed my hair jet black like Morticia from The Adams Family tv show. Afterwards I told her I was upset that I didn’t like the color or hairstyle and that I wanted a refund. She then told me that she was “practicing” on my hair and before I left her salon after she did my hair she mentioned didn’t have a lot of experience doing updos and that there was nothing that she could do for me even though she originally told me that we were practicing to see if I liked the style before the wedding and that it wasn’t her fault that I was a color. Take my advice a don’t let this hairdresser “practice” on your hair to build up her skill set b/c she is inexperienced and uninformed about different hair textures and types. Her reaction and lack of empathy and her racist remarks were both hurtful and inappropriate, and she should not be in business. *I am currently a tenant. So this is a review for people interested in leasing here. Cosmos, barbers, esthetician, exc. * In all honesty I love it here and I’m in my 3rd year. The property mangers are so sweet, responsive to issues right away, and supportive. Very fair pricing and promos for everything they provide. Friendly neighbors and environment. I feel like everyone is good at recommending other professionals in the building to support other small businesses. Love the modern look. Only thing I’d say isn’t too great, its a low walk-in traffic salon, but I think it’s getting better with the iPad system for easy check in. This was my first time ever venturing off on my own in a mini salon and it was so scary and nerve racking, but Stephanie make it a breeze! Best decision I ever made was coming here and starting my business adventure.

I have been with Vista for 2 years now. I love my studio and everyone who works for them. The owners are awesome and take care of us! Stephanie and Samantha are the best love these ladies! Whenever I need something done they r on top of it! Definitely made the right choice moving into the Vista Salon Suites on Culebra!

I had my haircut done by Yuliana Johnson! I made a mistake on what I wanted the first time I went. She had no problem fitting me in her schedule to help me! She does a wonderful job and I recommend her work to anyone!

I go to Virginia there for all my hair cuts. She's great! Friendly, professional and has a great sense for hair styles! She cuts my hair as I ask and understands what I'm asking for! She doesn't say she does and then cuts it totally different as with other stylists. Fast also! Just a wonderful stylist!! ❣️

I have been here twice. It was required that I interact with a tablet even though there is a “receptionist “ sitting there. After checking in I waited for at least 30 minutes. Not one person contacted me. Instead I received a text, after waiting all that time, informing me no one was available to provide a service. I can let such a poor lack of service once but not twice. This is highly ironic considering this is supposed to be a service industry.

**CUT CREATIONS** A++ Amazing Barber and Hair Stylist!!! Jessica has been cutting my hair for awhile. Once you find someone that cuts your hair great, you stay with them. Clean cut, hot towel, and excellent service. Her studio is inviting, decorated with art, and she offers her clients refreshments. P.S. She also is a gifted artist and can be commissioned upon request.

Review is for Elegancia Brow Studios by Esmeralda and can be contacted on FB or IG. She is the second artist that did my eyebrows. The first artist did good but wasn’t the outcome I expected. When I tried to bring my concerns to the first artist she tried to fix it but still wasn’t corrected BUT Esmeralda immediately seen and mentioned what needed to be done before she even examined my eyebrows thoroughly. At that point we were on the same level of understanding on what needed to be done. She thoroughly measured and designed my eyebrows before doing the work. The first artist didn’t go as detailed as Esmeralda did. Before finishing she looked at her work in various directions that made me very confident. I’ve received better compliments with her work than I did before. Her healing process differed from the first artist and it can be part of the reason for the results. It’s been 3 weeks and the results are better than before. I do recommend her. She’s nice, sweet, and makes you feel comfortable. The place is very clean!
