This is a long-overdue review. I went to this salon for many years, and even flew from abroad to have my hair done there. It is a very nice, clean and cozy place. I was a very loyal client for many years. Unfortunately, the service of my hairdresser deteriorated little by little, and at some point I stopped going. This was one of the reasons. The other reason was that in the same salon room, there was another hair stylist who would talk constantly and this was not at all relaxing, to say the least. But, overall, this is a very nice place.

This upscale salon is conveniently located in an adorable historic home. Everyone is so nice and the stylists are all fantastic. Michelle is the best stylist I’ve ever had and she will listen to you before she cuts and colors. They offer refreshments too. I highly recommend going here. It’s the best!

Ronnie has been cutting my hair for years and I am always happy with it. The folks that work their are always friendly. They have been taking the extra steps to keep the shop sanitized and safe. I highly recommend going to see Ronnie or another stylist there to update your locks!!

Alane needs to fix her attitude and take responsibility when she messes up people’s hair. My friend spent a lot of money getting her hair done just for it to turn orange days later and when she asked for them to fix it Alane refused to work with her and was going to charge her to fix it. They couldn’t even put a gloss over it or anything to try to rectify the situation. They offered her no kind of solution except to pay more money and then refused to work with her and the owner basically told her too bad. That’s how a five star luxury salon treats paying customers?(update: what a great business practice to put your clients full names in a google review, great customer/stylist confidentiality 👌🏼)

I love this salon! They have quality products, friendly staff, a relaxed and very comfortable atmosphere (not stuffy like some salons) and there is a small parking lot in the back so you don't have to worry about looking for street parking. I followed my stylist, Carol Brown, from another salon and really like this one better even though it's a little farther from where I live - well worth the extra few minutes drive. And Carol is a phenomenal stylist, in my opinion. She is very precise when it comes to the cut, always listens to what I want, and is great at making suggestions if I'm not quite sure (i.e. should I keep growing my hair out or cut it short again, style differently, etc.). The same is true for color - she is a true artist and expert in that area! I'm fairly boring and tend to do a single color or occasional highlights, but if you like bold fashion colors, definitely book an appointment with her - she's amazing!

John did a fantastic job on my hair! I had long hair to donate and he did an amazing job sculpting it into a sharp Bob. The style is now very classy and sassy, I love it! He did such a wonderful job, by the precision of the haircut you can tell he is well seasoned at his craft. Thank you!
