I am ashamed to say that it was my first time having a facial but I am proud to say I tried it here! Extremely customized and relaxing experience. I have a very stressful job and have a tendency to forget to care for myself and I made sure to share it with Gale and I feel as though she really incorporated pampering and caring for my skin. Gale is knowledgeable and I loved her checking in with my comfort levels as the facial went on. I am confident that I’ll be back in a month and a half and this will be a routine. I feel like a new person!

I came to Gale with little to no idea of what I wanted. But she helped me pick the perfect style of lashes for my eyes, and new exactly what would look the most flattering. She was extremely welcoming and well versed on the topic. I walked out with my dream eye lash extensions!!!! Amazing work

I recently researched spas specifically with lash extension services and came across this one. Gale had excellent reviews and I had my first appointment with her last weekend. It’s safe to say that I’ve already booked a fill in with her. She’s amazing, professional, extremely neat and informative in the entire process. I’ve got my lash tech now! Book her immediately!

Customer service was not great. Huge red flag. I was pretty excited to get eyelash extensions done for the first time. It took a while to find available locations and open times. As my appointment got closer, I spoke with a friend who had a bad experience somewhere else (completely different salon in a different state) where she had an allergic reaction to the glue. I started googling about this and saw that sometimes people can have allergic reactions. This friend also has very sensitive skin to cosmetics, and I do not. Formaldehyde can cause some people to have an allergic reaction and it is in most glue adhesives for professional lash extensions. Because I started asking questions about the ingredients in their glue which likely has formaldehyde and that this was my first time so I wouldn't know if I was allergic, they would not service me. They said that "likely" their glue has this ingredient (because apparently they didn't know and professional supplies don't list ingredients according to them??) and it's in a lot of professional glues so they could not give me the service. I said that I do not have an allergy, I was just asking questions about the ingredients and trying to get a better understanding about the process since it is my first time. But they claimed since I stated I could have an allergic reaction, they could not take the liability even though I clearly stated that I am aware of the risks but am making the decision myself to try it with them and that I would put it in writing. They just said there was nothing they could do and could not keep the appointment and would not service me. I don't understand why they wouldn't take me when I said I do not know if I would be allergic since I have never had it before. I asked if they did this to all of their first time customers who have never had lash extensions since they wouldn't know if they were allergic either, but they said no, they just have people fill out an allergies list and sign a consent form, but could not do that for me. I guess it is probably for the best as I read several other bad reviews about Vitality Spa, and I would prefer to have a salon that cares about my concerns, willing to answer questions, wants to service me and help through the whole process--not say they cannot service me as soon as I ask questions about the service and ingredients they use. Huge red flag.

Gale is amazing! I highly suggest the detox facial it was literally the best experience and facial that I have ever had! I have been to so many different places and paid so much at other places still seeing no results but the results in this facial were instant!

I recently booked Gale for my wedding, she was very nice and welcoming. The first time was a quick classic set. She accommodated me at my 2 week refill with a volume set. She has great customer service, clean work space, and relaxing environment. I have received many compliments and even have people interested in booking with her. Will most definitely be going back!

I went to VitalitySpaClub by recommendation and I couldn’t be happier. If I could rate this place 10 of 10 , this place would be 10. Great atmosphere, very welcoming staff! Galina was my eyelash tech , she did an amazing job , I enjoy my eyelashes very much. First thing we had a consultation, measured my natural eyelashes then decided the length and the volume , I liked both classic and volume set done by Galina but went to back to classic set again due to my work. I also want to mention Al as the manager of the Spa. He’s very nice and professional.

If I could rate this place zero star I would, but I have to be fair. The place is clean , nice and fancy. However, if you are looking to get eyelash extension stay away from the this place. It’s going to be a waste of money. Never go and let Galina do your eyelash. It was a mess. I think she did a horrible job compare to the one I’ve been before. The poor quality of her really cheap work , might as well buy a quality mascara. It will be better. I woke up this morning and 20 percent of the not very nice extension already fell off and I didn’t even wet my eyes cause I know you have to wait 48 hours. I wasted my money and time. I would rather pay more for quality job if i will get out of the salon a happy costumer. My extension was out of wack. Total waste!! Never go to Galina very experience eyelash tech.. Unfortunate she is the only one doing the eyelash extension there.Even my friends and family were not happy when they saw my extension. it looks cheap. So beware. Always look at good reviews before anyone decides. If I was a business owner, If I want to make sure client will keep coming back, I will make sure to get good workers. if the management wants to improve their service tho.

Me and my wife love this location, every time we come to Chicago we go visit this gorgeous Spa studio. It’s got an impeccable taste. Very welcoming always smiling faces , friendly and professional. Great results, always something new to try and experience. My wife loves her eyelashes and I love my skin care treatments. Most definitely 5 stars! We always get some gifts and appreciated the care and attention we received.

Never come to this salon to do eyelash extension. It's not worth gonna be worth ot and will just be a waste of money!! Galina doesn't know what she's doing. Very cheap job and poor quality.

Owner Galina is very friendly professional and caring ,she always takes precautions and makes sure people are not allergic to certain ingredients she takes pride in her work ,and she is very knowledgeable about ingredients in the products she uses ,and she only uses one of the best products on the market ,that is why i love her services .I highly recommend Galina she is truly the best at what she does.

The Spa is super cute. People are very professional and provide excellent customer service. I felt very welcoming and taken care of. Gale is nice and when I said I wanted from her more to create more individual eyelashes she did it. I didn’t mind to pay additional fee it came out the way I wanted and more then I expected, so thank you. Will definitely return and bring my girlfriends. Vitalityspaclub is one of my favorite Spa boutiques. Very friendly , caring staff! Due to my busy schedule they provide the best experience for me. I love Gale, she customize and listens to my concerns. I started with detox clear facial then moved to second appointment I was recommend alternative to chemical peel oxy trio treatment. Recently I tried eyelash extensions. Definitely will be back. Great deals, very customizable experience! Also I thought I’d give Mink eyelashes a shot and I love how they look! And they do not irritate my eyes (what I was worried about all this time)

I recently visited Vitality Spa Club for eyelash extensions. The eyelash technician was great. Very polite and friendly. The spa is clean and taken care of. Not to mention my eyelashes turned out great! Also, there was minor problem with scheduling. I initially was scheduled for 10:30 am appointment. We ended up rescheduling and fit me in the same day just later in the afternoon. Staff is helpful. I will be back again. 🙂

What a relaxing, informative, and results-filled experience!! Gala, as other reviewers have said, is an incredibly amazing esthetician. She truly listens to concerns and your skin background, and explains the science behind the techniques and products she uses. My custom facial with PCA Skin products was just great!! It truly helped with fine lines, hyperpigmentation, and texture. Thank you Gala!
