I had an appointment scheduled with Kobe, he messaged me 9 minutes before the appointment and stated he was stuck in traffic but clearly that was false. I waited for an hour on him and he never showed. He stopped responding to messages and did not answer when I tried to call him. The owner of Vitality wellness was a sweetheart, extremely nice and helpful, she sat with me, contacted him multiple times through text, tried calling and he stopped responding to her also. Highly unprofessional. I live 30 minutes away and I am in pain. Furious and aggravated! He could have simply pushed the time back if he had a prior engagement and that would have been fine because I get it things happen. But to NOT show for a waiting customer, lie and stop communicating is horrible and terrible for business. I surely could have not done the same thing as the customer. I strongly recommend when you book choose the owner or one of the other members of the Vitality Wellness team.

Each time that I come my body and spirit are cleansed. The waxing experience is the less painful and my skin feels silky smooth—like hair has never been there. The yoni steams are amazing, Hilary is very professional and she makes sure you get the best service possible to meet your needs. I love her products that she makes herself they are great! The massages are very good I felt so much better after I left. I love how she uses only herbs and natural products only.

I have been coming to Vitality Wellness Spa for almost a year now to have my Customized Facials and waxing services done by Hillary. I am so glad I found her because my face has come a loonnnnnnnng way thanks to Hillary's care, patience, professionalism and her SOAPs. She is AMAZING!!! She knows what she is doing. I trust my face in her hands. I no longer have to use my hair to hide my acne or hyperpigmentation anymore, because my face looking flawless now and hers soaps they work. We had a spectacular time at this Spa. Hillary the owner was wonderful. My cousin is getting married on Saturday and I wanted to treat her to a massage and the services were awesome omg. I’m trying to find a way to make it out to see them every other month for a massage. No they are not paying me to write this review. We had a glass of Mimosa while waiting our turn for a Great body rub down😂 . The atmosphere was awesome. Mrs. Hillary offer other services as well. I have chronic back pain and when I got off that table I want to dance the night away. I can not remember the person name that provided my services and I’m truly sorry. But that was the best services I have received in a long time. They were all very kind and helpful. She also offer Jaja services to the Ladies. How services are very afford and you will not be disappointed. Tell them Tracy sent you. 😂 It was awesome and I live on the coastline of Georgia I will be back for another body rub aka massage and some V-Jaja services. Thank you Mrs. Hillary for all of your kindness. 😊

THIS PLACE CHANGED MY LIFE! I had one of the most amazing birthdays because of the owner, she had no idea how much I was struggling mentally and from the moment I stepped in I felt so cared for and special. I left out of there feeling more beautiful, relaxed and more myself than I have been feeling for months. For that I am forever grateful! I got several services and 10/10 for ALL OF THEM, trust me ladies your partner will thank you later once your finished here. I've been going to Vitality Wellness Spa for almost half of a year now. Throughout all of that time the service and the kindness has stayed consistent. Hilary has one of the most infectious smiles you'll ever see even if she doesn't know you. When I first started going to her, she said she started the business due to the lack of quality and sanitary services she's received in the past, so instead of just complaining about it, it became the change she wanted to see. There has been times when Hilary is booked solid and I've needed an emergency session, this amazing woman never hesitates to accommodate me, even if it's out of office hours. She is really a diamond in the rough.
