I can say if you’re going to get your first facial done go to hazel! She does such an amazing job! My face is so clear and smooth it glows like the sun! No seriously though. Also not to mention hazel is such a sweet person as well she makes you feel comfortable for a first timer !

I started coming to this location last year and plan on carrying the tradition to the new year. The staff is incredibly professional, and I highly recommend Raina. She's very knowledgeable and it's clear how much she loves her practice by how in tune she is to each individuals' skin care needs. I know I can trust her to tailor our session in accordance to my skin's reactivity that day, and I can just sit back and relax knowing my skin is in good hands.

I came in for a complex consultation with Meagan. She had me bring all my skincare products. After a thorough skin examination and regimen over haul we decided to start with a dermaplane and deep pore hydra facial. I've purchased a series of peels and BBL/Moxis and then we'll do a series of SkinPen in the summer. My skin has literally transformed and we've only just begun. They way Meagan makes it all make sense is truly special. I've never been so excited to invest in myself. 2025 is all about self-care and loving the skin I'm in!

Meagan spent time helping me find the best products for my skin. Her professional and consultative approach was so nice! If you’re looking for a great facial or laser skin treatment provider, I highly recommend Meagan Rodriguez at VIV Wellness in Dallas at Victory Park. The spa is beautiful and chic and the service is amazing. Meagan takes her time and really pays attention to the small details and personalizes her approach based on your specific needs. Unlike other places I’ve been to, where it’s more of a one-size-fits-all approach. I go to Meagan for all of my facials and laser treatments. Definitely try her, you will love her and your results!

I gotta be so honest, the minute I walked in the vibes of the entire staff were amazing. It can be a little intimidating and vulnerable going some place new when your skin isn’t at its best but everyone on staff was genuinely so warm and welcoming. It felt like walking in and meeting friends who were there to help. Raina did my facial and was a) so kind and considerate and b) SO knowledgeable and patient. She listened to all of my concerns, asked questions to really understand my lifestyle and what I needed, and was sooooo detailed, both in the consultation and in my service. Nothing felt rushed or “copy and paste”. If you’ve had a lot of beauty treatments/procedures you KNOW when it’s the run-of-the-mill questions (nothing wrong with that), vs when someone is really taking their time. Raina really took her time! Plus the facility is SO cute and clean. They gave me a tour and I even noticed small touches like towels folded into little animals for clients. It feels like everyone there goes the extra mile at every step which I love. I came in after a huge event where I’d been on-camera for a week straight with tons of makeup, little sleep, congested pores, and just generally beat up skin. I walked out looking like a different person just from a custom facial. Girl I was gloooooowwwwwwwing! I also tend to have EXTREMELY sensitive skin and this was the first time someone has been so thorough in a facial, and yet I walked out with no usual redness/swelling. A dream. I’ve been lucky enough to have had treatments at facilities across the globe from Japan to LA and NYC, my facial at VIV absolutely rivaled some of the top facilities I’ve been to 🙏 cannot wait for my next one.

I had passed VIV Wellness a few times but had been curious about the quality of care. I was long overdue for a facial and decided to pop in and give them a try. I am SO happy that I did because I met Raina who is not only a joy to be around but she was so knowledgeable and caring throughout the whole process. After giving birth last December, I wanted to improve the dark spots and pigmentation that developed during my pregnancy. When I first visited this place, my facial skin had various problems that had been neglected for a long time. I have received two BBL+Moxi and one Keravive Scalp treatment with Raina in the past two months. I felt that dark spots and pigmentation were improving with BBL+Moxi, and at her recommendation, I added Anteage MD's Brightening (for the first session) and Exosome (for the second session). This expensive add-on helps quick recovery and Maximizes the results of treatment. It's costly, but since I've experienced the effects, I think I'll keep adding more in the future (which makes me a little annoyed, it’s soooo good but a bit expensive 😂) Keravive Scalp treatment is a Hydra facial applied to the scalp. I have suffered from severe postpartum hair loss now, and my scalp has had irritations and flakes recently, possibly due to hormonal changes. After the first session, I could see how much oil, dead skin cells, and gunks bothered my scalp. Raina walked us through her entire process thoroughly and explained it in an easy-to-understand way. The best thing was that she provided good follow-up care by calling me regularly after treatment and asking about my recovery status. She always recommends products and treatment plans that suit my skin condition and is available for the best advice when I have questions or need help. Raina is the best! In addition to skincare, I also receive IV therapy regularly with my husband, and I plan to receive treatments such as xeomin, morpheus8, and microneedling in the future. My Morpheus8 experience at VIV Wellness Med Spa took about 90 minutes. My skin had a nice glow right after the treatment, but I didn't notice any smoothing or tightening effects until about 20 days later. For me, the biggest benefit is my eye and neck area with a tightness and firmer look. I’m looking forward to my next treatment.

I spend a lot of time in LA and the spa reminded me of an upscale spa I would visit all the time in Beverly Hills. My experience at VIV Wellness has been amazing! Clean and well organized. All of the ladies are so warm and welcoming, especially Audi. Audi is an amazing Aesthetician! She truly cares about helping with your skin care needs and gives great advice! In just a short amount of time of going to her I have seen the results I have been wanting for hyperpigmentation and acne.
