I approached Dr Deepam for second time, but this time it was for my skin (last time it was for my 3 yr old son’s birth eczema issue and he is now 100% free of eczema, am so so grateful to Dr Deepam for that). He helped diagnose me over a video call since am based overseas and his meds were like a blessing to my hormonal acne on my face. It was so wild and painful, but his 3 mo course relieved me of this acne while making sure my skin was getting good nourishment. My facial skin has never felt so nourished and healthy honestly!! I would really recommend Dr Deepam for any skin problems.

I have been here for doing glacier six times. It is super good and I can feel effect on my face. I can see my face turn to bright and clean after doing glacier. Like it very much. They are professional and nice. Recommend!

The facility is modern , pleasant/relaxing atmosphere, and they have the latest equipments and they offer different types of esthetic treatments. The result was excellent and beyond my expectations. they have been open for approximately one year.

I thought the Fotona laser treatment for acne was effective. I got 3 sessions of the treatment, mainly to treat the acne scars in the area between my eyebrows, and I felt like the scars were completely erased afterwards.

Great staff and very effective treatments! They do everything from facials to Botox and laser treatments. I came in for an acne treatment and was recommended a skin regime call Glacial that I follow to this day and my skin has never been better. Definitely will be back!

I had Lutronic Ultra treatment for 3 times, I see an obvious result, spots on my face faded. My face looks brighter, and younger too. I don’t need foundation anymore. Staffs at VIVA clinic are very friendly; I feel the providers are taking care clients well. The facility is very nice and clean. I highly recommend this Medical Spa

I have only been here twice, but the service and attention to detail is awesome! Everything is communicated clearly and they are extremely thorough when addressing concerns and problem areas and options.By the way, the FOTONA 4D lip augmentation are very natural and I love it.

I tried both Fotona 4D and Lutronic MD Laser treatment at VIVA, and I like them both. Apparently my skin is way better now with those treatments . Staff are friendly and patient. Price reasonable. Strongly recommended!

I went in for my first "Plexr Shower "facial, Lily took care of me in the most clean and comforting experience ever. As soon as I entered the suite, It brought my nerves down. The staff is very nice and accommodating. I HAD A PERFECT EXPERIENCE! 5 Stars!!!

I've been coming for two times and it is still just as amazing...  wonderful staff and beautiful office!!!   I come to VIVA mostly for laser hair removal and they are the best!! The laser machine is practically pain free; I was shocked!!!!!!!   I'm already looking forward to my next treatment.

Viva is amazing! The office is new and clean and the location is central and convenient. I have been to VIVA since 2023 for FOTONA 4D face treatment three times. The stuff there is very friendly and professional, especially Rachel. She is gentle, talented, kind to explain everything and experienced. I feel my skin brighter and tighter significantly. Decided to try out this new aesthetic clinic in Elk Grove, and I'm glad I did. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was very inviting. The staff were incredibly professional and friendly, making me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire process. The glacial gloss treatment itself was a game-changer! The application process was meticulous, but the results were so worth it. Not only did my skin feel revitalized, but the immediate glow and hydration were remarkable. The cooling sensation was incredibly soothing, and I could notice the difference in my skin's texture right away. The post-treatment care advice provided by the knowledgeable staff was very in depth and they even provided two free serum and cream tubes! I highly recommend this place and I'll definitely be returning for more treatments in the future.

Glacial Rx is my favorite, the cold treatment is very comfortable and relaxing. I can see a difference after one treatment, my skin feels soothed and the brightness increases. It delivered radiant, glowing skin. I would 5-out-of-5 recommend Viva

I had the pleasure of visiting Viva Aesthetics and Wellness a couple of times recently for 4D laser treatment, botox, and Glacial Rx treatments. The Fotona 4D noninvasive face lift was my first experience with this clinic. The staff guided me through the process with expertise and care, ensuring I was comfortable every step of the way. The laser equipment was cutting-edge and delivered noticeable results after just a few sessions. I loved how it helped redefine my contours and tighten problem areas without any discomfort or downtime. The botox was administered by a licensed professional who listened attentively to my concerns and desired outcomes. The results were natural-looking and precisely what I had imagined! Lastly, I decided to try out the Glacial Rx treatment after finding out that Viva offered it. The calming/cooling sensation of the treatment was nice but what made it stand out was the visible improvement in my skin's texture. I can confidently say that Viva exceeded my expectations. Went there because my friend recommended me to go. Everything looks new and clean. Staffs are friendly. Parking was easy. They keep getting new devices and has good deals. No complaints. Will go again.
