I had a wonderful experience. I’m a mom and I recently suffered a late term stillbirth. I have been having a rough go at it, needless to say, with trauma built up in my body. I decided to get out of my cave of sadness and treat myself to the vital facial & massage package. It was far above my expectations- and I’d heard great things about Viva Day Spa already. As someone who does not pamper herself often, it was worth every penny. Everyone was so kind, the ambiance warm and inviting. My skin is now amazing, it de-stressed me so much, she educated me on best skincare practices, AND the massage I received was abundantly meditative and healing for me. It was the first time I’d felt peace since I was happily pregnant and waddling everywhere just 7 short (yet long) weeks ago.. life is crazy hard and lovely and beautiful and you never know who will fill your cup. I’m thankful and grateful to have come here and will recommend it to everyone I know. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Melanie is amazing! I came in with a headache I couldn’t shake, and she worked her magic to make it disappear. She’s my go-to for any body aches, and after over a year of seeing her, I can confidently say she’s the BEST massage therapist in Austin!

I had one of the best massages, if not the best, by massage therapist David at Viva on 35th in Austin. I have had a lot of massage over the years but this one was done right! A deep tissue massage that this old body needed.

I never do these reviews but I have to say my massage with Mungu was the best I have ever experienced EVER after many many years and many many massages. It is clear that he has a deeply intuitive understanding of the body and I am so grateful for my time with him.

I booked the Viva Signature 75 minute massage with Mario while I was in town on vacation. He was incredible! I am a dental hygienist and have massages often. I am happy to say Mario gave me the best massage I have had in some time. Highly recommend!

Initially made an appointment for a facial. Had my appointment moved to Friday for an additional service after speaking with them about the best course to take. Called again to confirm that the additional service would be able happen. After having my facial was then told that the second service could not be done. Was told that maybe someone one else could do it but would have to waste time and gas to maybe get the service. Took off work for this when my initial appointment was for Saturday. Had the audacity to then ask for tip. Did not leave happy, ruined the whole experience and still paid full price.

My 75min deep tissue, swedish massage with Katelyn yesterday was amazing! Katelyn was able to release my stress and tension points with the appropriate pressure with long and slow strokes. She was very kind, knowledgeable and my massage was so rejuvenating!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Folks who did my massage and facial were very good. But managements attitude is an issue. I got anniversary special for massage and facial. And they said compared to $155 which is for one hour and the anniversary special is 45 minutes. So it’s was $119 per service for 45 minutes which they claim on website equivalent to $156 which is not true. So based on $119 service I paid $23.5 tip which is 20percent. But I could twill that person at the counter was judging and not happy. It’s my wish. I still paid 20 percent even though they lie it’s matching to $155 which it was not. Where is customer service home on this country. People are rude. It’s not just this place. Post Covid all service oriented business just focus in making more ones without the right attitude and. I went to Natalie recently for the second time to get a PRP facial, and it was the best treatment I ever received. Natalie was gentle and efficient, and my skin has never looked better. The staff is also very friendly. Will be coming back for sure - great value.

I booked the Delicious Duet Couples massage for a mini getaway right after our wedding. It could not have been any more perfect! I had Mundo as my massage therapist. He did an amazing job explaining the process and making sure I was comfortable. He was very polite and respectful. My wife and I will definitely come back for our anniversary, it was well worth it.

I could not wait to get home and leave this review! My wife booked us the Delicious Duo for our honeymoon and Liz was everything you could ask for in a massage therapist, adjusting where I had pain and even changing whole package criteria to fit my ability. We felt welcomed, taken care of, and genuinely valued not just as customers but as people. They even gave us little goodie bags as wedding gifts which I couldn’t appreciate more. I can’t wait to return.

My husband gifted me a couples massage for my bday and I’m 35 weeks pregnant and Katelyn was amazingggggg. It was hands down the BEST massage I’ve ever had. She worked out my lower back at the perfect pressure. I feel so good. My husband got his massage by Amy and he said it was amazing as well. It was his first time getting a massage and he’s been hesitant to try. He’s excited to go back as well. I 10/10 recommend this place and I can’t wait to go back!

This was my second time visiting this spa for a massage and both therapists exceeded my expectations for deep tissue. Prior I had Mundo and this most recent visit was with Amy. Amy was great and reading my body and what areas needed more attention than others. She made sure to ask if pressure was to my liking as well as any areas of concern or to avoid. Loved her style and technique along with her calming presence. 😊

My in laws gave me a gift card to viva as a xmas gift and It was my first time getting a massage. Liz, my masseuse, made me feel so comfortable and relaxed durring my swedish massage. She recommended great music for me to listen to and made some delicious tea for me afterwords. Def recommend for healthcare workers working long hours. Treat yourself guys! This place is great!

I booked my fiance for a MANdatory facial with Savy F. At first, the outcome looked pretty good with my fiance being satisfied for his first time doing a facial. However, a few days to a week in post facial, my fiancé developed dark spots on his nose, which was concerning. After getting a second opinion from an esthetician, she said that Savy “must have gone too hard with extractions leading to the spots appearing on his nose.” This is unacceptable for someone who is getting their facials done for the first time before wedding events. Now we are scrambling to find solutions to reduce the appearance of the spots on my fiancés nose by the time our events take place. I say this for Savy and anyone in the practice to exercise caution in the future.

Went to see Julia for lip filler for the very first time and she made the experience so wonderful and more importantly, absolutely pain free!! For years, I was back and forth about trying out fillers and after seeing Julia for several sessions of Botox prior and seeing her incredible skills and knowledge first hand - I made the decision to try it out and will never look back. I was so afraid of being in pain but Julia was so patient, great attention to detail, clearly knowledge and ready to address all my fears with a smile. Thanks again!
