I received a text 5 hours before my appointment saying that it had been cancelled. I had to call in and the front desk staff offered another time a slot, 8pm for a 30 minute facial… even though my original reservation was for 75 minutes. These appointments are not cheap, and I scheduled it for a time I had available. I think it’s unfair that we are charged a service fee if we cancel within 24 hours but the spa can cancel your appointment only hours before you’re supposed to arrive.

I booked a couple of massages for myself and a friend here, and the staff were amazing! Our masseuses both named Tim were experienced, friendly, and accommodating. Front office staff was prompt and courteous and the place was LUXE! Hard recommend!

I just want to start by saying everyone here was nice and polite they do not lack in that department. It was my first time coming here and I got this pedicure package now when I read what it includes it’s what I expected yet I did not receive nor was I asked if I wanted a warm neck pillow or wine. I did get two little chocolates even tho the ladies next to me seem to have had a lot more. For the price, I expected more the fact that I’ve gone other places for the same price and have gotten a longer foot massage, better cuticle care WITH hot stone massage which this place charged extra for so I didn’t even bother it was very disappointing considering this seemed to be a more high end place. The scrub that was applied following the lotion for the massage lasted all of about 6 minutes together which was not relaxing at all. I also felt bad for the lady next me after the worker asked if she could take her coat for her just to be placed on the floor in the corner? And lack of color options too. They say you get what you pay for but sometimes places are too expensive for no reason

Incredible experience as always at Viva Day Spa. From the moment you walk in, the VIP treatment begins. The facilites are pristine, and every staff member is so kind and welcoming. Every one I met with was amazing, but a special call out to Elizabeth. Best facial I’ve ever had. So good, I’m going to buy a series and become a regular.

I went in 2 days after getting a horrible nail job from another salon. Andy, immediately took care of me. Saw that I spent a ridiculous amount on horrible nails and didn’t end up charging me for a full set. He did an incredible job. His attention to detail is astounding and note worthy. I HIGHLY recommend this saline based on techs, cleanliness and service.

At 9 months pregnant, the mama diva spa package was amazing! My reasoning for the average star rating is having had to change in the bathroom stalls. I felt out of place and it was very uncomfortable.

Both Gaylynn and Carmen were amazing! I left with so much new knowledge of skin care and feeling refreshed and so relaxed. The Viva Signature Massage is a perfect combo of Swedish and deep tissue. Everyone worked to make me feel comfortable and welcomed. I always love my visits to Viva!

I have seen Brittany K. At Viva Domain 3 times now and will continue to book maintenance facials with her as she’s an excellent esthetician helping me deal with my overall acne issues. She’s helped me to solidify a steady and easy to maintain daily routine to ensure I’m on the right path to my acne clear skin goals. She has great attention to detail and I already see a huge improvement in my skin! I highly recommend Viva and Brittany in general for your facial treatment needs. The staff are so kind and the environment is relaxing and cozy.

I went in for the Vivafy Spa treatment that includes a 90 minute massage and 90 minute custom facial. Both Carly and Carrie were superbly professional and did everything to ensure that my visit was comfortable and memorable. The entire staff, from check in to check out, are focused on making you feel pampered and relaxed. The atmosphere, with the dim quietness and overall comforting vibe is designed to make you forget about the outside world and for a while, just focus on you and your well being. I adore Viva Day Spa and will be a patron for life.

On December 27, 2024, I visited the spa and experienced a generally satisfactory check-in process. The staff members were courteous and attentive. However, I encountered a couple of areas where the experience could have been improved. Firstly, the massage session commenced 20 minutes late. I had been advised to arrive 15 minutes early, resulting in an unnecessary wait. Punctuality is a critical aspect of the service, and efforts should be made to ensure timely arrivals. Secondly, the massage therapist, despite possessing knowledge of the subject matter, neglected to address several areas of focus that I had indicated in the intake form and during the therapy session. These areas included the head and the back of the palm. The therapist’s focus shifted towards conversation, which diverted attention from the intended massage. Striking a better equilibrium between conversation and massage would enhance the overall experience. Despite these shortcomings, the massage therapist did effectively address the areas that were successfully targeted. Consequently, I experienced a satisfactory level of sleep, which is a positive outcome. The total cost of the 90-minute massage, including taxes and a 18% tip, amounted to $230. However, I question whether this value was commensurate with the quality of service provided. For my next visit, I would prefer a more tranquil massage that prioritizes the areas specified in the intake form. This would significantly enhance my overall experience.

A seamless experience -- from online scheduling, to ease of available parking and proximity to Viva Day Spa @ Domain was a great start. Once inside, the staff was attentive, the mood and design gave a spa vibe. There was a light aromatherapeutic scent in the air which added to the spa feel. Megan provided my treatment. She was great - knows her stuff, patient, well spoken, made you feel welcomed and made sure she had a good grasp of my goal for the treatment, keeping it subtle. I am very pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend Viva Day Spa and Megan.
