The person at the front desk went above and beyond. My husband's blood sugar dropped, and she took care to make sure he got something to eat. It touched my heart. Services were great, respectful and very relaxing.

I went to this Spa 4-5 times last year. I got a facial like 3 weeks ago, the lady who did it was super nice but unfortunetaly the extraction was not the best ones and I got marks in my face now I need a dermatologist visit to fix this. So I called to front desk to gave my feedback about that facialbecause honestly the person who attendes was really nice and I didnt wsnt to post here until they called me today they ofered a facil which not involve extractions I was glad that they at least care about me as current customer my surprise is they offer a “discount” for other facial instead of offer something from themselves. That is not the way to treat a customer of course Im not going back

The staff at Viva went above and beyond to help us plan a perfect day following a marriage proposal. Over the phone, they made it incredibly easy to set everything up and handle payment in advance, which was a huge convenience. The option to purchase a gift card and receive $100 back was an added bonus. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service on our special day. Both massage therapists were amazing—kind, professional, and respectful—making the experience not only relaxing but also unforgettable. The thoughtful gift bags were a lovely touch and added to the overall sentiment of the day. Thank you, Viva, for helping make our celebration even more memorable. Love is love, and we will most definitely be back!

Where to start... My scheduled time was 7:30pm. I did get there early to fill out paperwork. My problem started when my massage therapist didn't come get me until 7:33pm. She seemed very rushed and not very calm. Not very relaxing at all. Not sure if appointments were scheduled too close together or what. I had to remind her that I had paid for an additional service. Next... I am not a small lady and the table felt very unstable and small. There was no cover on the face rest (yuck) and the arm rest below the face rest was not attached very well and gave away pretty soon after we started. Therapist said that happened frequently. Face rest adjustment felt old or cheap or something...in fact the equipment was not very good in my opinion. As therapist was working on one of my legs my toes got caught on the wooden frame on the table because the padding was so thin. When warm towels were raken out of the cabinet the hinges/door squeaked. Therapist worked my neck more than I have ever had my neck worked... not the most pleasant experience. Overall massage was just ok. Additional foot reflexology was not worth added $20. During my treatment someone in the room next to us started talking loud enough for me to hear them... not sure if walls are thin or if this person was just talking too loud. In my opinion the cost was equivalent to many massages I have gotten but the experience as a whole was not worth it. I didn't complain because I feel that some of this was not the therapists fault and that the scheduling and equipment were at fault for some of my experience. I paid almost $250 after tip and I can say I would not go back.

Fantastic services and staff. Ambience is wonderful and relaxing. You won’t regret going here! Edited to add: Skyler, Alexa, Tiffany, and Nicey as well as all the front desk staff are absolutely wonderful! I may have found my new Austin Spa, even though it requires driving and parking ☺️

Every interaction felt thoughtful and therapeutic. Casey C. truly has a gift. He intuitively understood what my body needed and left me feeling incredible. His pressure was perfectly balanced—providing both relaxation and effective relief for deeper tension. I walked away feeling completely rejuvenated and stress-free. Casey’s passion for his craft, combined with his professionalism and expertise, made this an unforgettable experience. I also want to highlight the way the staff managed the rescheduling of my appointment due to a call in by one of their massage therapists. Offering 30 minutes of sauna time beforehand as a gesture of goodwill was incredibly thoughtful and left a lasting impression. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction are truly impressive! I have visited over thirty different massage studios and spas across various cities nationwide, and none have come close to the experience I had at Viva Day Spa today!

A Relaxing Retreat at Viva Day Spa I recently visited Viva Day Spa on South Lamar and had a wonderful Swedish massage with Taryn. The spa’s atmosphere was peaceful and inviting. Taryn was very professional and focused on my problem areas, especially my upper back and neck. Her massage technique was skilled and effective, leaving me feeling relaxed and refreshed. I highly recommend Viva Day Spa for spa treatments near downtown!

I went to Viva spa on October 11th and was gifted the VIVA DIVA SPA PACKAGE! I had never experienced anything like that in my life. WOW!!! Starting off with the greetings from the warm and welcoming staff! The seating area is so beautiful and the staff is so nice offering beverages. I had went in the sauna first, then the most relaxing massage by Sam! I also got a lovely gift to take home with candles, some soft chapstick (regular and tinted) I’m obsessed with both, it also had a massage brush, hand balm, and chocolates! After that I got to get a facial by Kirsten and she was so nice offering me tips and wrote down a skin care routine for me to try at home. I also bought some Kombucha cleanser that she used. I love how hydrated me fave was. Then I got to get my nails done by Nissa! What a lovely time! We had a great conversation and she painted my nails to perfection. What an amazing day! This package is exactly 6 and a half hours to the dot. I don’t know how they did all of that without feeling rushed or anything the whole day was a dream. The front staff was amazing as well I thank you all for making my day so magical truly.

My wife and I's visit was because of our 10yr wedding anniversary. The entire staff truly took care of us and really made of us feel special. I couldn't asked for a better massage and spa treatment. Best SPA I've ever been too. Love this place!

Trey did an amazing job with my massage. I received the holiday special and the entire experience was relaxing. Especially if you enjoy deep meditation. They also valet parking up to two hours.

When I went there, I had the most incredible experience at VIVA at Lamar with the Organic Fire & Ice Facial and Emollient Organic Eye Treatment. I can honestly say I look 10 years younger—my skin is glowing, smooth, and refreshed! Bri Leslie was absolutely amazing; her skill and professionalism made the entire experience so relaxing and enjoyable. I left feeling pampered and confident. If you’re looking for transformative skincare, I highly recommend these treatments and Bri’s expert care. I’ll definitely be back for more!
