I have been going to Kiara for several years and each time she has made my hair look absolutely amazing. This time I was very indecisive on what I wanted, she walked me through some ideas and brought out swatches and ended up giving me something I absolutely loved! Best stylist ever! She keeps her area clean and organized. Highly recommend going to her!

Molly was wonderful! She's so sweet and, with just a simple trim and style, made me feel like a completely different person. I don't think I recognized myself and haven't felt that beautiful in a VERY long time. She goes above and beyond. 😁

New customer. My stylist,Rachael, was very professional and skilled. I was a bit concerned as I was the oldest customer there. She explained her work experience and had a lot of senior customers in the past. She was easy to talk to and not intimidating. I was somewhat surprised by the price of the service but aside from that I was very satisfied.

If I ever moved out of town, I wouldn’t hesitate to fly back just to see her! Melissa is always open to trying new colors with me for different seasons, and she consistently keeps my hair looking incredible and healthy. I absolutely love the live-in blonde she created for me—it’s stunning, easy to maintain, and as long as you follow her advice for at-home care, it stays perfect. Her talent is unmatched! From hair extensions to color transformations, precision haircuts, and so much more, Melissa truly does it all. She works so hard, and her passion for her craft shines through in every detail. I also love the salon itself—it’s full of amazing products and has such a welcoming, friendly vibe. Viva salon’s service is amazing. Upon walking in they offer you coffee tea or water! The front girls are super sweet. Of course I love my stylist Brooke- she’s amazing at what she does and is so sweet. Finally found the best salon in Las Vegas!

3 years ago moved to LV. After 6 months of trial and error with other SUMMERLIN salons, Viva has been the best. Raquel and Mateya fixed my extensions and coloring. Been coming here ever since ( 2.5 years). All the girls are great and super friendly. Owner is awesome too! Salon has a team vibe and very comfortable. Extremely clean and has all the high quality hair products.

On November 8th at 4pm I had an appointment for a haircut and a treatment with Mateya. I don’t get my hair done often so I was really looking forward to this appointment. As soon I was greeted by Mateya I sensed she was in a bit of a mood. She sat me down at her station and we talked about what I wanted and she was all good with it. She then took my over to the wash station where she half assed washed my hair with cold water. She then brushed my hair, that is down to my tail bone and super thick, with a comb! When I tell you that I have never seen anyone ever rip through hair like she did mine. I am not a tender headed person by any means but she was hurting me and ripping my hair out. She then spent very little time cutting my hair which was really just a trim and very quickly blow dried my hair and asked me what i thought. She took longer to comb my hair out then the actually cut it. Not a single other word was spoken besides what needed to be said about my haircut. There was no other conversation at all. I let her know that I felt my hair looked identical to when I walked in and let her know what I wanted. She said if she added more “layers” to my hair then it would look choppy.. I had her add more face framing laters and one more in back and it looked fine. She then told me I was done and she walked me to the front. The front girl then celebrated with Mateya because she finally go to go home. So my treatment was never done, never spoken about and Mateya told her to remove the cost for the treatment off of my bill. So with all of this being said, I truly felt like I was a complete inconvenience for her and she could care less to do what I was there for. I left the salon with frizzy hair, a tender head, and mistreated. After all of this, I tipped her well over 20%.

I’ve been coming here for over 3 years and Berry has been my stylist the entire time. She knows exactly what I need every visit and does it quickly. Berry makes my hair look great and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I had such a horrible experience here. I reached out to the owner for resolution and they completely ignored me. Its been almost a month snd they dsill haven't responded so I figured time to leave a review and protect my neighbors from the same sad hair fate. I had made an appointment with a specific stylist who was referred to by a friend, and when I went there, I called the stylist that was working on my hair the name of the person that I intended to have the appointment with never once been corrected and they did a horrible job come to find out I had wanted an appointment with Mattea and Lucia did my hair never correcting me when I called her Mattea and acted like she knew who the person was that I said, referred me. She knew that she had messed up my highlights, but it was late in the day and said I know these are too late. You can come back and I will re-return them so I made a phone call the following day to please have them fixed and since then I have been completely ghosted and found out Again that the Requested was not the person that had worked on my hair so I paid about $400 to have my hair messed up and be ghosted.

Aloha nui! As a Polynesian, we’re very picky on who touches our crown (hair); not only because we have mix hair, but also dark and long. I needed something been feelin’ some 80s vibes lately and Vee executed it perfectly! I trusted him to trim &’ recreate my crown goal and it’s magnificent!!! One month later, my hair is flourishing but also beautifully growing into the style I wanted. Mahalo nui Bestie Vee!
