I was searching for a new hair stylist for months. I wanted to find a stylist that was great with color and haircuts. I finally found her!! Her name is Amanda and she is phenomenal in every way. She listened very closely to what I was hoping for in a cut and color and she delivered. My haircut was the best I’ve ever had and my color is absolutely beautiful. She’s very friendly and patient as well as extremely professional. I’m looking so forward to my upcoming appointments with her. If you’re looking for a fantastic hair stylist you won’t be disappointed with Amanda.

Geri is the best! Total pro, knows what she’s doing, and really listens to what I like to do with my hair and makes really good suggestions. She’s also a great hang and conversational while she’s cutting and styling my hair.

Was looking for a stylist who could handle wavy/curly hair. Amanda did a great color touch up and “finger styled” my chin length hair as she lightly dried it. Days later my hair still looks terrific! She listened to my concerns and desires for my hair and I’m so happy to have finally found someone who I can both like and trust with my hair care.

I’ve been going to Brooke at The Lakes for my cut and color for about a year now and she is just incredible. She’s an incredibly fun stylist who has amazing recommendations suited to you. After my appointment without fail I get compliments left and right about my hair. I almost can’t believe it. I have platinum (almost white) hair, which can be a hard color to nail, but Brooke does everything in her power to make sure it comes out perfect every time.

I booked an all over hair color and a woman’s cut with Vee. Online price said $110 for overall color & $70 for haircut. I have brown hair slightly past my shoulder and asked for an all over darker brown with some long layers and curtain bangs. Vee ran through some color options with me and said nothing else. Although Vee was very sweet during the appointment, I was very unsatisfied at the results as my bangs were butchered. The photographs show I clearly did not receive curtain bangs with layers. I wanted the shortest part of the bangs to hit at my eyebrows and he gave me literal micro bangs. To add insult to injury, he did not style them or explain that they had not turned out as expected which I would’ve respected and appreciated as I told him that I had em event that night. Instead he said nothing, did not attempt to style the bangs at all, hair sprayed them, and I only realized once I had left the salon. Further, I was charged an EXTRA $60 for “extra product fee” which was NOT discussed with me at all. It was an all over dark color with no other processing needed which begs the question as to why that charge was necessary. For transparency, the stylist should have told me to expect an extra charge prior to commencing my Service so that I could’ve decided whether or not I wanted to proceed. I have been going to VIVA’s other location for over a year, but it is safe to say I will not be returning. Luckily, I spoke with the stylist who informed me he would grant me a partial refund of $45. Although I appreciate the sentiment, it does not fix the disappointment in getting your hair butchered after spending $283 on a truly bad hair cut on the day of an important event. ***UPDATE: the stylist has now backtracked on the partial refund and Zelled me $20 after I respectfully asked for a supervisors contact information. I had to reach out to their other location to obtain it.

She was able to listen to what I wanted and create a cut and color that caters to my lifestyle, the time of year, and a look that makes my hair look great even as it grows out. I was in desperate need of a hair style. I had long hair was looking for a bob cut. I was very weary about cutting my hair since it was so long. I was referred to the hairstylist Vee. Upon meeting him, he was so welcoming and warm. He listened to what I wanted and assured me. My hair is very course and strait. In the past I struggled with percision cuts. Vee was very professional. He made sure I was comfortable, as cutting your hair so drastically can induce some anxiety. He gave me the precision cut I needed! I’m so happy with my hairstyle!

Tayjah was amazing and totally transformed my hair, while keeping it super healthy. This was THE best and only positive salon experience I have had in my life and I'm 44! She took the time to discuss options and was sweet and nice and professional. I'm glad that my sister referred me to her and I'll be a client for life! Getting so Manu compliments on my hair!

Just had a balayage done at viva salon with Molly and she was so sweet and knowledgeable about hair. She checked my hair often to make sure it wasn’t getting damaged when lightening it. I wanted something subtle and natural and she did an even better job than the expected !! So happy with the results. Def recommend Molly at viva 😍🤩
