My sister went in the other day to get a haircut. She wanted THIN, wispy bangs with her face framing pieces trimmed. This hair dresser gave her thick, straight across bangs and chopped off the face framing pieces she had. My sister explained to her what she wanted and even showed her reference pictures of what she wanted, and this hairdresser didn’t listen at all to what she wanted. On top of that she said she held the hair dryer so close to her scalp it hurt her. I cannot understand how someone could mess up this badly. My sister looks adorable with the bangs either way, but it wasn’t at all what she wanted and the hairdresser completely ignored her requests. She said she held back tears while in the chair and immediately came home and cried, and hasn’t stopped talking about how frustrated she is. This is why so many people nowadays cut their own hair, because hairdressers never listen to what the customers want.

Erika did an AMAZING job and made me feel sooo comfortable while I got my first spray tan ever! I recently got engaged and I had an appointment to go start finding a dress and wanted to feel confident and knew I’d be wanting a spray tan for the wedding as well. Anyway, Erika is a great conversationalist and keeps things very professional but fun! She picked a great color for a natural tanned look and I was not streaky or orange in the slightest! I felt like I just got back from a week in Florida! She also explained to me what she was doing and what each thing was for and gave me verbal and written instructions on how to care for my tan afterwards! I will definitely be going back before my wedding and bringing my party with me to get tanned!

I cannot say enough good things about the ladies at Viva la Diva salon! I’ve been going to Krista for a few years now for my brows and they have never looked better! For years I’ve struggled with shaping my brows. Krista has made it soooo easy for me to fill them in now, it’s relieved so much stress in my makeup routine! She is so unbelievably talented, kind, sweet, quirky, funny - I just love her!

Viva la Diva salon is the absolute best. If your looking for a comfortable, relaxing, fun environment to treat yourself this is it. I have been going to this salon for years. Stacy is extremely educated in her trade and her passion shows. She has invested time in her team and they are wonderful! All of them! Rachel is my go to for my hair which she delivers every time, even an occasional mullet for my son. Krista is my go to for facials and waxing. However all of the ladies there are extremely talented and will provide amazing service! I have watched Stacy and Jill with extension applications and I have never seen better results. I always leave happy with my realistic results. You will not find another salon like it! The service, products, knowledge, and vibes are the best around!

Went in for a brown balayage. I asked for the same color as last time that was BROWN. She said it might be brighter than last time but it's okay you like bright colors. How can brown be bright? When the other young girl started blow drying my hair it was neon copper. I said I didn't want any red and she offered to wash it to fade it . I asked her to darken it , which she did . Then the young girl half straighten my hair had to be finished later by me. I was charged for her to fix her mistake. So $320 and 6 hours late I left with hair I hate and I've been crying for hours .

first time i went there and got my hair done was today, jillian did so amazing on my hair i literally cried afterwards!!! the owner, stacy she is so intelligent and professional i have learned more about hair from just listening to her talk than i have anywhere else!!!!! seriously cannot express how much i loved this salon!!!! viva la diva does it right , all the girls are so sweet, and it smells amazing in there AND it’s super cute !!!!!

Classy, clean atmosphere! Rachel did a great job with the consultation, offering suggestions and listening to what I wanted before she started. I added a conditioning treatment to my haircut and it was WONDERFUL! The hair mask did serious repair work on my dry hair. Will definitely be returning 😊 My women's hair cut (including a wash), add-on deep conditioning treatmeant, and styling came out to $42 with tip.

Very disappointed with my last appointment. Mel botched my hair. I currently have a bronze/orange stripe down the middle of my head. She was working on another client and my foils were in for an hour…I am not a stylist but THAT does not seem right. This was on her second go around because the first time it was NOTHING like I had asked for. The day after getting my hair done, I left for two weeks to go on vacation and cannot get back there for it to be fixed. I will be going to a different salon after this to get it fixed because I definitely do not trust this one.

You will NEVER regret going to see Stacy! She is absolutely amazing. She takes her time with you and never makes you feel unimportant. Her main focus is to make you feel good, look good and are comfortable at all times. Even if it’s going out of your comfort zone -which sometimes we all need! I will never go to anyone else. This woman is where she needs to be in life!! I so look forward to my hair appointments with her because she truly makes a woman feel AND look great when she looks in the mirror!❤️ Mel, Erin and Krista are all phenomenal as well!!!! This shop is filled with amazing ladies!!!😍 go check them out. You WILL not be disappointed!
