I’ve been to many massage places and Viva is by far the best!!!! Clean and cozy environment. Tranquil music and lavender scent. They massage your entire body and even walk on your back if you can handle the art of it. I recommend the hour long massage. They even do the treatment for free. Very kind and considerate and always professional. They keep my life in balance

First time I went to this location it was great. Not sure of the of the therapist but it was the older lady that seems to be the boss. I tipped her well when we were done and she seemed very happy and suprised that I tipped. Second time I went in and she had me pay and choose my tip ahead of time. Seeing as it was the same lady, I went ahead and tipped graciously because of my previous experience. This was the absolute most worst massage I have received. The first 10 mins were great. Then she started yelling and arguing with someone outside of the room in a different language. That resulted in her leaving the room and leaving my door wide open for about 10 mins while I could hear them arguing. She came back in and everything was totally different. It was like she was taking out her anger in my massage. Luckily that only lasted about 5 minutes before she started screaming and arguing again with whoever was outside the room. She proceeded to leave again and leave my door open and it was about 15-20 mins of me laying there wondering what was going on this time. During that time, a younger lady stood in front of my door and barely spoke English but tried to explain the lady would be back soon. I guess there was a change of plans because the young girl ended up coming in and finishing the massage. She seemed very inexperienced and I was having terrible lower back issues at the time and tried to explain that to her and she misunderstood I guess and thought that meant I wanted more pressure on the bottom of my spine. She stood on top of me and put one foot at the base of my spine and used her other foot to massage my shoulder blades and other areas of my back. I thought my spine was gonna snap during this process. I’ve had many ladies walk across my back but this was not the same. All of her weight was on my lower spine on one foot and I could barely walk out of this place when she was done. The massage was subpar and I doubt I even got the time I paid for with how the first lady kept walking out to having a screaming match with her employees. To make matters even worse, towards the end of the massage, I could hear male and female moaning coming from another room. That put the icing on the cake right there. That’s not what I’m trying to hear while I’m trying to relax and get a massage. Sadly, I tipped ahead of time this time and always tip very generously. This has to be one of the worst experiences I’ve had in a massage parlor.

This is a great facility, wonderful staff, very nice and kind. They made sure I felt welcomed and understood the pricing. Booked for 4:30 and showed up early a little early and they were completely generous to that and assisted right away. Definitely would recommend and will be going again very soon.

Made an appointment for noon in advance for a couple massage. We walked in and the person in the business seemed confused and didn't speak English. Just handed me a card. We left without getting service. Waste of time.

As a fitness fanatic I require routine massages. I frequently visit Viva Spa. I have had massages locally and abroad, and I place their services in the top tier. The staff has been consistently warm and professional. Each visit I have been treated with top notch care, addressing specific strained muscles and/or rehabilitative needs. Highly recommend….

(BAD BUSINESS) This was not a good experience for my husband and I. When we were getting our massages they were not that great and my husband was literally in pain during most of the massage and I had to tell the person massaging him that she was hurting him and she proceeded to not make it a relaxing experience. After we were finished, we told them that the service wasn’t to our satisfactory and the OWNER told us we MUST pay a $20 tip because we were a couple. We told the owner about 4 times that we didn’t want to leave a tip and she was trying to force us to pay and we had to constantly explain that tipping was voluntary. The owner was not concerned about the customers experience, instead she was concerned only about herself and getting her money. She never gave us an apology or showed any interest or care. THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DIDN’T CARE ABOUT HOW WE FELT. After we told the owner we didn’t like it, she just didn’t care and demanded a tip. What kind of business does this??? I was going to speak to the owner but she made sure to tell me she was the owner and she didn’t care about how we felt. As we left she had a rude tone and said something rude in mandarin. PLEASE DO BETTER! $80 wasted down the drain. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Awesome, the young lady worked with me to find my rough spots, even using elbows to really get in. Big guy, lots of muscle but she really got in there. 10/10 would recommend

Just had a 90 minute massage with Lily. Wow!!! I feel so good… she walked on my back and it felt amazing! My lower back feels relieved oof pressure. Thank you Viva Spa, I’m going to get my husband a massage for Father’s Day❤️

One the worst place I’ve ever been. Couple of months ago me and my wife went there. The massage lady thought I fell asleep. she stayed massaged one side of the leg only. until the massage time was over. What a waste of money.

Surprised my Husband on our 1yr wedding anniversary with a couples massage 💆‍♀️ it was an aemazing xperience e for the both of is. The staff was very professional, very polite, made us feel very comfortable which made the experience even more relaxing. Within the first 15 min of the massage my husband and I both decided that we were gonna be back for a second visit and possibly make this a routine for us in the future. Will definitely recommend this place to everyone. Best experience ever! worth every penny of it is to 💯

Everything happens for a reason, the other place I went I was treated very badly they send me away and thanks to that I found this place. She gave me the BEST massage of my life, she treated me super well and the atmosphere was very cozy. Today I feel so good and have no pain at all. I WILL DEFINITELY be back! My family of four got the 1-hour body massages and had a terrific time here!! The massage was simply perfect and included everything from light, Swedish touch, deep tissue, oil massage, foot massage, hot stone massage AND head/scalp massage!! The masseuses were very professional and respectable and spoke decent English. The place us clean, well-maintained and we were able to literally walk-in on a half hour notice. Definitely recommend this place — especially if you are visiting / passing through VA Beach and are looking for a nice, relaxing me time at the spa!

Seriously, this place should have more reviews!!! This was one of the best massages I have had in a long time and it was priced AMAZINGLY! I am a person who goes off of reviews and most of the places were booked. When I found this place I was nervous because the price was so reasonable but I figured to give them a try and was SOOOO glad I did, Seriously go here! You will NOT regret it! If I lived here I would come every weekend!

We visited during our short trip to VA Beach. All of us received the head-to-toe. The massages were amazing and very thoroughly done. Definitely worth visiting again!!
