The first thing that was weird was they had me pay in advance. I get a lot of massages and usually pay after. And the massage itself was terrible. Terrible, terrible massage from a female "masseuse." Rubbing haphazardly here and there without sustaining anything long enough to have any impact. My "foot massage" was mostly her rubbing the front of my legs. She just didn't seem to have a clue what she was doing. And then they followed me outside asking about a tip. What a joke. I would avoid.

Very peaceful, clean, and detailed work. So glad I stopped by for a quick massage before the work day. HIGHLY recommend!

I do massage once a week. However, I really had a bad experience there and I changed to 30 minutes session instead of one hour since I feel they are not skilled. I changed it from the beginning 5 minutes. Unbelievable thing is they charged full price at the end. No privacy as well, they didn’t knock the door and just came in when you were changing clothes. I really didn’t want to write bad reviews unless they really pissed me off. They really don’t deserve the full price if they didn’t do the full service.

If you’re looking for a decent hour long, full body massage in midtown for less than $100 this is a great spot. I can only speak on the couples room as I’ve gone twice now with two different friends and it’s a cute room. My first massage they did flip us over, my second they didn’t and I wish they had. Don’t expect bells and whistles - where else in midtown can you get a 60min full body for $50??! The owner is a nice lady, never any problems with the other staff members. Yes you’ll hear noise (the door bell, phone calls, their conversations). If you want high end, pay for it! This ain’t that, but for what it is, it’s great.

First of all, pictures are deceiving. This place looks nothing like the pictures that are posted. Second of all we went in for 2 hours and 15 minute massages. It was chaotic upon arriving. They rushed us into a room and 2 women came in after we waited for a good 10 minutes. They stepped out of the room more than 10 time so that they could answer phone calls, to make appointments, grear guests and open the door. They were on their phones in the rooms and when not on the phone, they had their phones on the massage bed, so we could hear every time their phone was vibrating. They were texting while massaging, so they would use one hand at a time. The towels that they used to cover you were tiny and brittle, it was freezing in the rooms. They opened the doors multiple times, leaving it ajar while we were half naked on the beds, with clients right in front of the door. They left the door open while we were laying there so that they could respond to other customers and other stadc. There is no possibility of having any type of relaxation in that place. Because the reception is right in front of the rooms. They yell at full volume in answering calls, responding to people, fighting with customers for not honoring prices, a total nightmare. The place is sub par at best. They had curtains dangling. They looked like they were taped to the wall. This was the worst experience I've ever had. I recommend that you do not ever take a chance and go there. Cause you will be highly disappointed after the horrible massages. I don't believe these people are actually masseuses, as their is no consistencywith their massage techniques. We complained more than a dozen times, they said they would give us extra time and they didn't, infactthey stole time. They didn't their time coughing and sneezing as well. They had the audacity to ask us when we left if we wanted to give them a tip. Do yourselves a favor run far away from this place, no matter how good the groupon sounds.I feel battered, with a major headache and more stressed than I was before I got there.

Terrible experience and I left after 20 minutes. I asked for Swedish massage and she didn’t know what it was. Supposed to be a hot stone but she said she would do it at the end. When she put oil on my back she just smoothed it on like icing a cake. The place is cramped and unattractive. Groupon shouldn’t even sell this place.

First I wash charged 5 dollars cash. After she viewed my Groupon. With no explanation. Second she asked me what type of massage I wanted I said Swedish. It definitely felt like I was getting a deep tissue massage instead. Her massage wasn’t horrible but I’ve had better it’s almost as if she wanted time to go faster so left the room a few times to grab items and kept staying on some spots longer. I also kept hearing a man in the next room moaning. She cover my entire head with a towel and said it’s so that oil doesn’t get on my hair. That was a first. Then after the service right as I was exiting she asked if I wasn’t gonna tip. That was the cherry on top for me 🫠🙃

Poor service, you're in a 12x12 room, no ventilation. When offered water, you get warm tap water , the whole experience felt like someone pushing you, a back and forth motion, plus they got the nerve upon arrival to ask for a $5 "tax " (tip) b4 service per person , Thank you, but no thank you I've definitely had better, & on 6th Ave come on now SMH . I wish them well ....

The place is minimally clean. I arrived and it was very confused because most staff couldn’t communicate in English. It seemed confused as to who would provide my massage. A woman came in. And first question before anything was whether I planned to pay in cash. She proceeded to snack on pastries while massaging me and the massage was essentially her rubbing circles all over my body for 45 min. No long strokes. No deep pressure. It seemed haphazard and was also not balanced on both sides. Honestly she could have been watching a show on her phone and rubbing with the other hand- it’s what it felt like. Stopping for snacks periodically without shame. I heard her opening a plastic bag and then chewing- 4-5 times. Out of my own guilt for whatever reason, I still tipped her and she clearly wasn’t happy with 20% and then ignored me until I left. I cannot imagine where the 4-5 stars are coming from based on my one visit.

DON’T GO!!! Trust me!! Worst experience of my life. They use too much force both for feet and body. It looks like they don’t even want to give you the massage. And to top it all off, in the end for 20 minutes they asked 80 bucks for two people and pretend that you give them a tip of at least 10 bucks. I didn’t mind the bad ratings at first but now I fully understand them. Please don’t go, it’s for your own sake.

Worst place to take a massage, I went with my boyfriend and they interrupted the Session 2 times getting into the room and asking what time was our appointment, then the lady was on her phone while doing the massage, and they charge the tips before the session, also they were hard on the massage never ask for the intensity that we wanted. Not going back :(

During the 60 min session it started off good and then got very rough. Upon entry the masseuse do not instruct you do anything and they do not ask what massage you’d like to get. They asked if I want it Hard or Medium which was very weird lol. Post Massage my body felt amazing, I can say that’s probably the best part. Prices are extremely reasonable but when I went to pay with my card they charged an additional fee I gave them a $10 tip, which I felt was fair and the lady told me no tip is $20. The customer service overall sucks! I suggest you save your time if you are someone who requires great customer service. I don’t think I will recommend this location nor will I be returning here for anything type of service.

I got a 90 minute Swedish & deep tissue massage & it was amazing. The woman used hot stones too. She did my back, neck, arms, legs, and feet. Highly recommend 10/10

I would give a 10 out of 10 to this place and my best masseuse Erica! She will break all the knots on my neck and my back,she does stretching as well. They never coerce me to tip or anything. For people who gives one stars and ranting about tips.. all I can say is if you give $5 or $10 for an hour massage… you need to stay home and don’t go anywhere for massage. These ladies work hard and they deserve that money.

they will harass you for a bigger tip and start SCREAMING if you don't budge. they need to re-evalute their customer service practices because i did not feel safe here. most definitely not coming back.
