Gorgeous pedi! Was skeptical to come here because of other's reviews, but they were very friendly and did a beautiful pedicure. The shop is bright and clean. Dustin and Jennifer did mine and my fiancee's pedicure (he enjoys the foot massages). Will def come back when we're here in shawano.

Absolutely a rip off spent 110 on Fri for a full set with tip it's been 2 days and they are chipping and falling apart. They refuse to fix them or refund me claiming there is no one there that knows how to do nails...... Absolutely ridiculous!!!!

Got gel polish and a pedicure here. The lady was super nice but the reason I’m giving it 3 stars is because literally the next day my gel polish had started peeling off 🫠 gel polish is more expensive since it’s supposed to last longer but mine peeled off right away and I literally did nothing that would’ve caused it to peel off as I was going on vacation.

I did not care for the worker doing my pedicure however it does look good. She just wasn't very friendly or gentle. However, I had two other girls with me and the workers who did their pedicures were wonderful! Very kind. I do apologize for some of the questions/ assumptions of one of the members of my group. Regardless they were incredibly fun and did really great work! The prices are affordable too, although not posted on the internet that I could find.

My nails and toes look great, but the service was painful. Blood was drawn on my foot when the staff was using the scrubber and she proceeded to put exfoliant over it. Blood was also drawn when trimming my cuticles, both hands and feet. They also reused the toe spreaders, and i know this because they pulled them from a drawer full of them and put them back in the same drawer when done. Less hygienic than I’m comfortable with.

The best thing to do if you have pedicures here is close your eyes and enjoy massage chair or sit on your phone. They are rude, and do not understand English enough to converse with. Don't expect smiles or any show of appreciation. Sometimes I feel like they have been trafficked here, honestly. I use them if I need my nails done TODAY. And they are $15 cheaper than my regular place

This place is an absolute shame ! 1st improper removal of acrylics causing damage to nails 2nd they claim to have a 2 week guarantee after 2 days my nails were peeling and breaking off in chips and they said no one there knew how to fix them they would not partial refund me (I understand they also spent time so was being polite) and I had to pay another place to fix them! 3rd improper technique as under my finger nails were bleeding from the dremil tool they use its been 4 days and my fingers still hurt

While overall my nails look good, I didn’t have the best experience. The guy doing my nails was so distracted that at one point when someone walked it he let the electronic grinder spin around my whole finger. Then when he was done w my nails he said to just go wash my hands and I was done. I was so confused bc there was the dip all around my nails still (I got a dip manicure) the other lady told me to just “pick it off.” I also did not get any oil on my cuticles, or lotion rubbed on my hands. Mind you this was $50. Very poor business

Wouldn’t recommend this place. Made me and my mom wait 40+ minutes when we called 2 hours before and made an appointment and showed up on time. They’ve had a long wait for years. I keep trying to give them a chance because it’s the closest nail salon to me but after today I’ll never go back. Plus the last time I came to this location and got a pedicure they ripped the sides of my toe nails out so bad I could barely walk the week after.

Did a great job however the gentleman I had was a little rough with my hands when filing them down, not the. Best at shaping either. I asked for coffin and I got like a coffin square Shape🤷‍♀️ 6/10

I wanted to get my granddaughter's nails and toenails done. Sign says walk-ins welcome. If I was going to get my nails done as well they would have had time to take me but they didn't have time they were all booked up the paint my little granddaughters toes and hands. It is a shame because I need a fill with I was going to make an appointment for another day but not at this one not with that attitude

Woman did a great job on my toes. Neat and polite. The guy however was rude and did the worst fill in I have ever seen. Some nails are crooked and curved. Some are thick and some are bumpy. He offered a $10 discount and smiled as if this is regular. Never again. Treat people better
