Super relaxing and serene in here. This place was beautiful. Ask for Joel, he’s super professional and gives the best massages. I felt rejuvenated after and didn’t want to leave. Definitely will be back

Such wonderful kind helpful staff. Extremely relaxing! Okay I should add. The staff was so nice & it is relaxing however, I have been getting facials once a month for over a year so I have seen a decent amount of people with my fair share of products. I am prone for breaking out so amazing skin care is something I need which is why I get them from the places I get a facial at. I switched to their green tea & their exfoliation, it destroyed my face. I mean all the process of all the amazing products I’ve used & been recommended to use. Those two completely destroyed the process I am back to my worse break out stage. White heads appearing everyday. It took me about 3 months prior to get it glowing & healthy skin & after using those two products. From the two weeks I used them, it was like I had just used a bar of soap. My face is completely broken out with pimples & I will have to go to a professional med spa to restart the process of fixing my ance. Take this as you will, but I personally believe those are two of the worse skin care products I have used.

Great spa! Outstanding service! I went in for a facial, was about 5 min late but they still did my full paid hour of treatment. I was also one of their last appointment ents but didn’t feel rushed! I even got a mimosa before I left the spa! ♥️♥️

I recently had a girls day at Vivian’s and had the BEST experience. My daughter and I both received facials which were wonderful. From start to finish, it’s a curated experience. We were greeted with the cutest decor, a beverage of choice and then escorted to a spacious and beautifully decorated treatment room. Our facialist was a total pro. She explained every step since it was my daughter's first facial and was careful to tell us what she was doing so we knew if it was going to be a hot towel or the bright light. We LOVED the products she used and ended up purchasing some on our way out. They smelled great and has made our skin continue to have the luxurious feel we had when we left the spa. Our day at Vivian's was perfect and we've recommended it to all our friends!

This was my first visit. The is very enchanting. Very cute setup. The front staff friendly. And my message therapist Tanya was fabulous! Her knowledge and expertise was spot on. I’ll definitely be back.

Vivian's is a true Dallas gem. If you are looking for a mini-vacation and break from the day to day grind, this beautiful boutique spa is a great escape. I have been twice this year - once for a massage and once for a facial. In both services, I received high quality and professional service. I will make Vivian's part of my self-care routine.

I always get treated like family at Vivian's and Jojo is phenomenal! I know I am in good hands everytime I book with Jojo, she is truly exceptional, caring and professional. If you haven't tried Vivian's I recommend booking with Jojo and it will be your forever spa. I have been a customer for about 2 years and I LOVE this spa it is relaxing!

I was so excited upon arrival. The place was decorated flawlessly, so cute. I got a facial with the intent that they were actually going to clean my face, she must’ve put 10 different mask and what not on my face but literally did extractions, 3 to be exact, and when I asked her if she was going to do them she said she already had… uhh what? Lol not the extractions I’m used to. The lady who I went to before moving out to Dallas takes at least 30 minutes doing extractions, to clean the skin, definitely not what I got here. When I got home and looked in the mirror I was so disappointed. If you wasn’t a real deep clean where they actually remove the dirt from your pores don’t go here. It was such a cute place, I was so excited until 3 mins worth of “extractions” we’re done.

We recently did a friend’s birthday at Vivian’s and had the BEST experience. Our facials and massages were wonderful.   From start to finish, it’s a curated experience. You’re greeted with the cutest decor, a beverage of choice and then escorted to a spacious and beautifully decorated treatment room. JoJo did my facial and she’s a seasoned pro. She softly explained each step so I wasn’t surprised by a hot towel or the bright light. Each step of the facial used a decadent product, which smelled and felt amazing.  I’m a big fan of the high frequency treatment and the purelift pro EMS facial.  It’s like a mini face lift. The electric current stimulates your facial muscles and I swear it makes my wrinkles appear smoother and leaves my face plump and glowing.  JoJo was gentle, yet still effective with my extractions, which I appreciate given that's such a sensitive and thin area of skin around my nose. I didn't leave the facial red and splotchy; I left ready for the day -- SPF and all -- so I could head straight to brunch and not worry about any redness. Curtis, Tanya and Joel are all amazing massage therapists.  You are in great hands with all of them.   The massage lotion, music and sheets are all so perfect -- you can tell every detail of this spa has been deliberately thought about.  The massage pressure can be tailored to your liking. You just have to communicate what you want (they can't read your mind), but they make it very easy by checking in with you at the beginning of, and throughout the massage, so you can adjust as needed. All in all, Vivian's is a top rate experience.  It's my go-to place and I will continue to recommend it to everyone in my network.

5-star experience on our couples massage. Tanya and Jolie were both incredibly professional and created an amazing atmosphere. They were also very informational, giving us some excellent tips on sleep and recovery.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. Really the only downside is the limited parking, so I just Uber to and from. But yeah, this place is a treat. They always have cute treatments and specials for the holidays, so be sure to sign up for their email list!

10 out of 10. Got a couples massage because my wife was asking for one. Now I’m already thinking about when I can go back. Maricela was the best massage I’ve ever had. Not to mention the exceptional hospitality at the front desk.

A true boutique spa experience! ✨ My partner and I visited Vivian’s on Sunday and it was truly one of the best massages we’ve had in a very long time. 💆🏻‍♀️ From start to finish it was a pleasure. From the kind front desk staff who were accommodating to re-scheduling/ our working schedules, to the masseuses’ who were so knowledgeable and applied firm pressure! 👌🏼 We were given an option of tea or champagne in the relaxing room before + after our massage. 🥂🍵 Even though we were the last appointment, the staff let us take our time with checking out. My masseuse spoke to me after my massage (she is a nursing student - Laura) to tell me about what I can work on in terms of posture/ knots 🪢 in my everyday life. I really appreciated this as she really knew what she was talking about. Thank you. 🥰 She also played music throughout the massage and lit candles.🕯My partner had Jolene and she was great. He mentioned that she released most of his knots as a dentist (which is a compliment in itself). Overall, I would highly recommend this beautiful spa as a gift, couples massage, or even for yourself.

I have come here several times to enjoy a fun, trendy, themed, spa experience and had nothing but 5 star experiences. But my most recent visit, I came for high stress tension in my neck and shoulders. I was very uncomfortable even holding my head up and moving side to side. I was wanting more of a medical/stress reliever massage… and that’s exactly what I got. I went for the Swedish Massage this time and it delivered. I walked out feeling like a new person. Jolene was amazing. Although I have had great experiences with all the lovely ladies. I could not recommend Vivian Spa more. This place can do it all!

I visited Vivian’s on Jan. 3 2024. The area and atmosphere was very cute, exactly what I look for in a day spa. I was greeted, sat in the waiting room, and offered a nice chamomile tea. My massage therapist greeted me and was kind and professional throughout my experience. The massage (90min) itself was NOT good. And by that I mean I can’t say I enjoyed a single thing about the massage at any point. There are many things I could point out (multiple instances of unintentional touching (hip resting on me)), inconsistent pressure (I asked for medium pressure, it was anywhere from feather light to Rolfing level of deep)), and lack of flow, rhythm, skill, and soothing touch), but I want to keep this as short as I can. I worked up the courage to stop the massage after she worked on my back and one of my legs. (She did technically touch my arms, but I’m not going to count it because for lack of better words it sucked, not that any of it was good). I could not fathom paying $200 dollars for what was I was experiencing. The receptionist let me know she called the manager and that I was not going to pay for the service. I did tip $50 because I believe that the massage therapist worked on me about 50 min and as a massage therapist myself I thought that was fair. The manager called me that evening, apologized explaining that the therapist I had was the top requested in the spa (?????) and was confused as to what happened, and offered me $50 to come back and try an another service. This was a good resolution for me. To wrap this up, I’m unable to visit the spa again in the time I have left in Dallas (not that I was very excited to after hearing what I experienced was the best they had to offer). I was gifted a gift card to the spa, asked for it to be refunded, and they did QUICKLY. Do I feel like my therapist received a massage once and then tried to replicate it on me without any formal training? Yes. But she might have just been having an off day… Do I feel bad for sharing this? YES! This was very hard and embarrassing for me! I’ve never stopped a massage before, never had anyone stop a massage I was giving them, never even heard of it happening! However, I found myself wishing I had just paid to sit in a massage chair at the mall! Management, front desk, massage therapist all handled this amazingly, thus the 3 stars. I can’t recommend going to this spa, but if you do, they will treat you very nicely.

Massage is good, but their customer service is not great. Plus, they only have a waiting room, not a full spa experience. For the price of the massage, I'd rather spend the day at the Crescent or Joule nearby.

Used our Dallasites 101 date night book to book a couples massage. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Massage was very good despite only being 60 mins. Would go back for another appointment and have recommended to several people at this point!
