The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The quality of service and price are hands down amazing! The spa is a small, quiet and clean. I do like the spa experience. I would really like to give a 5 star review, but the reason I'm not is because it was VERY cold, 63 degrees. (It was cold outside, and they did try to change the thermostat). Being located in a hotel, I understand that it may be hard to adjust the temperature. I had a very hard time relaxing because I was freezing. My masseur was fantastic. The staff even had the bed warmer on for me. A little space heater in the room or extra blankets, something. Being unclothed and the moist skin from the massage products, I literally could not feel my toes and fingers. All I could think about was getting warm. They do have showers in the locker room. I really do wish there was an option to change in the locker room. Change into a robe even if there is an upcharge for the robe (more of a spa experience) and then go into the massage room. We were asked to change in the massage room. However, there is no chair or bench or anything to sit on to change or to place your clothes. I wasn't fond of just laying my clothes on the floor. After the massage, I was really hoping to take a shower. I really needed to warm up, and it would have been nice to rinse off the massage products. If they offered the robe idea and the choice to change in the locker room (im not really sure what the locker room is used for), this would have been truly a much better experience. It is also possible maybe the spa is willing to make these changes, it sounded as if they recently moved to this location (the women's bathroom also did not have warm water, so maybe that is also why they did not offer the opition to shower(the men's locker room did have warm water)). I would go back to this spa!

Why would anyone go anywhere else?? We had the most amazing and relaxing experience. Girls trip to Orlando and this was an absolute highlight. There were six of us and all the Technicians were incredible. Highly highly recommend! This Spa is a hidden gem--especially for the price!!

Literally just left the spa and had the most amazing experience! My roommate and I were gifted gift certificates for Christmas and were just able to redeem them. My therapist Sandra was fabulous! We both got the Deluxe Spa Package and it’s such a great deal! Thanks again for an absolutely relaxing time!

This is my second time coming to this spa, but my first time at the new location. My roommate and I had the deluxe spa package gifted to us for Christmas and my massage therapists Kit and Gabby gave me the most incredible experience. Thank you, we will be coming back!

Had a top notch experience at Vivian’s Spa/ Top of Palms Spa. I highly suggest the spa package. It was the perfect treat for myself while my husband golfed nearby. My body feels great and face is glowing

Have been visiting Orlando for TEN YEARS - just to go to Vivian's. Surprising quiet location, attentive staff - they even remembered my birthday and anniversary. Amazing staff - we always feel revived after visiting this special place!

If you're looking for a relaxing 2.5 hours, take advantage of one of the very reasonably priced packages at Vivian's Spa. I chose the Serenity Spa package which began with a warn shoulder pad and paraffin wax hand treatment by Stacey. Next, I had a relaxing massage by Betsey, where she spent some time focused on my lower back and hips which are problem areas for me. That was followed by a warm and soothing facial and some additional shoulder and arm massage by Angela. Stacey finished up with a lovely foot massage. The entire experience left me feeling pampered and relaxed. I would highly recommend visiting Vivian's Spa if you are in the Orlando area ... I will definitely be back on my next trip. Thank you, ladies, for a wonderful experience.

Stacy was fantastic at getting my group of 5 in for their package specials. All 5 of us received our packages in 3 hours! They did a great job at juggling all our treatments efficiently. Both the massage by Gino and the facial by Stacy were incredibly relaxing. The entire team was incredibly professional and attentive to our groups needs. What a way to spend a few hours on vacation.

We came here during our Florida trip after looking at multiple spas and we did not choose wrong. It is absolutely a hidden gem. Our massage therapists were very good. My husband got a deep tissue massage and I was able to book a prenatal spa package. We always try to get massages done on vacation, but these far surpassed the quality and depth of any “resort” we’ve been to. They were very reasonably priced for an outstanding service. Will be coming again when we visit Orlando

i haven’t even booked a massage here officially and the experience was already bad. i called asking about a prenatal massage and she wasn’t sure if she could do it this far along in pregnancy. i’ve gotten several massages in my last few weeks of pregnancy so i wasn’t sure the hesitancy, but she said she would call me back after asking and seeing what was available and she never did. On top of that, i coughed once on the phone and she started questioning me if i was sick or had allergies because i wouldn’t be allowed to go in. it was very awkward and unprofessional. like are you serious? LOL. after speaking to a few other friends who were looking for massage places, i told them about this experience and they made sure to remember to not book an appt here.

Called to book a massage for my wife and I for our anniversary that was in a couple days from the call. I was politely told due to the high volume of appointments because of mother's day that there was only space in the morning, which did not work for me. The next day I received a call saying they could squeeze us into the afternoon after all. We were treated very well when we got there and had an incredible overall experience. I truly appreciated them not only fitting us in but also they way we were treated while there.

I’m on vacation and wanted to get a nice massage for an affordable price. Vivian’s Spa was amazing. They were able to schedule me at the last minute and were very kind and professional. I was able to get 4 services for under $200 dollars! They got started right away and the place was very clean. Would definitely recommend.

Local resident - have been here several years ago with a friend and decided to check it out again. In the Food/Bev industry so body pains and aches are present all the time. I don’t really invest in my own relaxation, so this was an unusual feeling for me. Got the serenity package and it was so worth the money. $130 (or $140 if you want medium or firm pressure) which includes a massage, facial, foot massage and hand paraffin wax treatment, a 2.25 hour package. The same package at a big name spa would cost several hundred dollars (the spa at the company I work for would have charged at least $400 for those combined services). It is a quaint little place that’s been open for years. My only two qualms - it takes everyone on staff at the time to handle a reservation. That means that no one answers the phone when you call sometimes - and when you are the one with the reservation, this means you can hear the phone ringing in your treatment room. Kind of detached from the peaceful setting. The other thing was the steam machine during my facial was “not working properly” so I didn’t get to enjoy that part of the service. Hopefully they fix it. Other than that, it was quite enjoyable. My FAVORITE part is that they allow me to enjoy the peace and quiet of the service without filling it with chatter. I am not a shy person per say, but I definitely enjoy some silence during a spa treatment. They did ask (when necessary) if everything was enjoyable and if I needed any more pressure. I have consistent knots in my shoulders and have had a lot of aches lately and this massage package set my weekend off just right. The second I got home, I ate a quick meal and knocked out peacefully for a nap. I call that a win. Still feeling great a few days later. Will definitely be a customer again.

So glad I drove here instead of going downstairs to the spa at the Gaylord. At Vivian’s I had the best massage and facial! The facial is a relaxing type facial, mostly an extension of the massage hour and it was the perfect accompaniment to Bernadette’s massage. I am surely no expert, but I have had both services in a few different states and Bernadette and Stacy were top notch, both gifted in their healing arts! Do not sleep on this place!

The BEST massage of my life. I have never felt more relaxed or well taken care of. From the get go with scheduling they were so sweet and helped suggest the best care! Then they confirmed our appointments the morning before (That seems so simple but what a major stress reliever to not do while on vacation). Then the massages themselves!!!! I got the deep tissue massage and he also works on athletes. It was so relaxing after a hot day in Disney.
