My experience at vividhairr was beyond what I expected. Rachel and Avery did an amazing job on myself and the client who was there during my appointment. Not only did they both do amazing vivd hair color but they styled it beautifully! Snacks and beverages were provided and encouraged to take while getting my hair done. She sent me home with gifts from her gift drawer and even some for the kids. The entire atmosphere was exactly what I was looking for in a salon. Rachel and Avery do amazing work. Thank you so much Rachel and Avery for making me a customer for life! 🤗

I have been seeing Rachel for about 2 years now. She always does an amazing job! She takes care of my hair so well when dying and cutting it. I have curly thick hair. It looks so much more curly and healthier because of Rachel! She always does her best to give you want you want.

I had over processed, unhealthy hair and I'm so glad I found Rachel. I've been doing vivids on my brunette hair for four years and I learned so much from her in a couple texts before my first appointment. She really knows what she's doing and I can't believe the difference in my hair after a treatment appointment and a major vivid retouch.

I have lived in Dallas/Richardson area for many years and have yet to find a stylist that is as thoughtful, knowledgeable and passionate about her craft as Rachel is. Definitely recommend coming here! Rachel made sure I was comfortable the whole appointment and made sure I got the color I wanted. Before doing anything to my hair, she’d explain what procedures she’d be doing and ask if I was okay with it or preferred something else. The staff was very sweet and also offered me snacks and drinks throughout the appointment :D

I am OBSESSED with this place. Rachel, the owner does an amazing job at making her salon super welcoming and it’s SO cute in there and just has the best atmosphere. Avery did my hair and she did an INCREDIBLE job and Rachel was super helpful helping me understand what I was wanting to do to my hair. I highly highly recommend, the salon!! <3

I booked with Rachel because of her excellent reviews and now I can confirm that she knows exactly what she’s doing. Whether you want rainbow hair or just want to cover up some grays, she can handle it. Clean, comfortable space, friendly environment that comes with snacks and a treasure drawer. Will keep going back!

Let me tell you guys something.. RACHEL IS A MAGICIAN!!! Ive had a horrible relationship with my curly hair and I feel like only recently media picked up on hair care for curly hair but I’ve never found my curl pattern on any platform so from a young age I never knew how to take care of it. My hair is curly but my curls aren’t tight so finding ways to take care of my hair were always a bust (trust me I tried everything). I stumbled across Rachel and she genuinely took the time to teach me how to take care of my hair and I couldn’t be more thankful - I’ve never had anyone pay so much attention to my curl pattern and help me learn how to give it the life it deserves!! The products she uses works like magic on my hair and my haircuts???? AMAZING! Coming to her has given me a huge confidence boost and I couldn’t be more thankful 💗 I went from doing one style for my hair and hiding behind just black hair and now I’m here playing with more color, dimension, bounce, gloss, and overall health! 100000000/10 cannot recommend her enough

Rachel is amazing!! I love the way she takes the time to sit down and talk to me about my current hair routine, what my hair goals are and how to get there. I get a gloss and cut when I go, and my hair always feels so much healthier after :) I really appreciate the fact that she gives out samples of the products she uses before I decide if I want to buy them. I would definitely recommend, she is the best!

I have struggled with haircut anxiety my entire life, and to top it off, I have sensory issues that make going to most salons a very unpleasant experience... HOWEVER, Rachel is SO kind and welcoming. During our first visit, she was so kind and patient with me while helping me figure out what kind of style would look best on me. She's a fantastic communicator and instantly put me to ease. She lets you know exactly what she is going to do before she does it, and constantly double checks with you about how you feel about the changes before she makes them. Something a hairstylist has never done for me before. 💛 I highly recommend Rachel if you struggle with sensory issues and/or haircut anxiety. 💛 She took my fine hair from boring/flat, dead looking, to the cutest fringe-y/shaggy haircut I have ever had! She also recommended the products by Amika for my hair. A true game changer. Also, Rachel's salon is very cute and comfy! (If you like kawaii things: her room is loaded with adorable decorations and characters.) She always offers free snacks and drinks! She ALSO has an adorable free goody drawer full of cute hair accessories, stickers, and other fun things. I cannot thank Rachel enough for her kindness, patience, and hardwork. She is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about what she does, and it def shows!💛 She's truly a gem in the DFW area. I highly recommend that you visit her at VividHairr!

I went to her since I saw that she does curly hair and did a consultation. Right off the bat she was letting me know everything that would work with my hair which is what I’ve always wanted but many other regular hair salons didn’t want to risk with my hair. She brought back to life my hair and gave me such a cute cut. She has gained a loyal client. I don’t care how far I gotta drive to see her I rather go to her than risk it at other salons who don’t listen. Thank you again. Her salon is also very comforting and has snacks and cute plushies everywhere 😂

Rachel is a true hair wizard. I have jet black hair and she's been able to fulfill my dreams of vivid hair without bleaching the life out of my locks. The color always lasts too! I've gone 8-10 weeks between touch ups and my hair never fades to weird colors. Her salon is super cozy too with plenty of snacks and drinks. I highly recommend Rachel for cuts and color, especially fun vivids.

Rachel is an absolute doll! She is very creative and talented. She has the mind of a chemist when it comes to mixing her colors. She meticulously and methodically configures the precise color you choose and helps you determine the perfect shade for your skin tone. She really listens to you when you are telling her and showing her what you want and what you don't want. She also knows what your hair can handle by looking at the condition its in and takes the necessary steps to get you to where you want to be, over time if needed, rather than just giving you what you ask for in the first step while compromising the integrity of your hair. She communicates beautifully and makes sure you both are on the same page before moving forward. She takes the extra time that is needed to make sure your hair goes through a healthy coloring process. A lot of hair dressers want to get you in and out as fast as possible so they don't always put your hair through the best process for you...you may get the color you ask for but then you notice over time your hair is breaking off and thinning out... you won't get that with Rachel. She cares more about the quality and preservation of your hair than anything else. I have had massive hair fall out 3 times before I met her, so I am thrilled to know that when I come in to see her she will take the extra time and steps necessary to make sure that doesn't happen again or to minimize the fallout if its caused by external circumstances. My two daughters and I all have different hair color and texture and she has managed to continue to give us what we ask for and bring our hair back to a healthy quality as well. Between the process she administers in the chair to the products she sends us home with to maintain that quality, as well as her communication skills, she is hands down one of a kind.

Rachel is the best at what she does. I left with beautiful curls and a gorgeous cut. Having to switch hairdressers is never easy however, Rachel listened to what I wanted and delivered.
