Vivify was very professional and did exactly what I asked for. She answered all questions I asked and went into depth on information about the procedure. The shots were painless and the healing was fast. It turned out beautifully. I will be going back for all my aesthetic needs :)

I was completely skeptical of laser hair removal mainly because I was scared. Vivienne not only made me feel comfortable but she helped conquer my hyperpigmentation and got rid of unwanted hair. It was not painful or uncomfortable whatsoever, she explained everything in detail and was super kind and gentle. Vivify is definitely my go to med spa!!!!
