Rachel applied my beautiful lashes. This was the most relaxing experience I’ve had getting my lashes. She had no problem with my wheelchair use and was very accommodating. She explained everything step by step but during the process was quiet so I could truly relax and enjoy the experience. She is definitely my go to person for lashes. I highly recommend her and the salon.

Love the setup and how you get to choose who you prefer with all of the different options based on experience. Ami is of course my favorite. She is definitely an amazing artist.

Amazing full service salon. All staff members and stylists are multi-specialty staff members with exceptional technical skills, and amazing client service support. App is very user friendly and convenient. Team is personable and friendly every time.

This was my very first time going to this adorable salon! I cannot thank Jordan enough for helping me out after hours and going above and beyond to get me the perfect lash appointment I needed, tells me everything I need to know about her character as a business owner that she would kindly reply back to me so late on the weekend just to help! Next I want to give a massive shout out to Ami! I have been getting my lashes done religiously for the past 2 years. The lash tech I was using would not seem to listen to what I truly wanted and I never got the desired result. Ami gave me exactly what I wanted and even advised me what I may want that would be best! She was so wonderful and patient because I had to interrupt her work twice and she was so kind and polite to excuse me and pick right back up! Ami is super talented and has such a great personality! I don’t have enough good things to say about this amazing salon and its services! Do yourself a favor and check them out!

It was my first time coming to Vivify Salon and it will be my last. When I came in the person at the front desk barely wanted to speak to me and everyone was being really hostile. I was so uncomfortable and when I was taken back to the room the price suddenly changed from $125 to $150. When I made my appointment I clearly stated I wanted volume lashes and the receptionist told me it’s $125. I tired to explain what I was told when I made the appointment but they weren’t listening to me. She went to get her manager which is the owner Jordan and Jordan was extremely rude and unprofessional. I had to ask if there was something wrong from how hostile they were acting. For $25 they lost a great customer I’m not sure if it’s because Im not white but I have never been made feel so horrible as a customer. I will just find somewhere else to get my lashes done. If I could give them zero stars I would.

**see update at bottom** The first time I went in for an eyelash extension appointment, I had a great experience. My lashes looked awesome and stayed looking awesome for over 2 weeks. When I went in for a fill, unfortunately the pads below my eyes weren't applied correctly, so when the lash tech had me open my eyes, my newly placed extensions were stuck to my bottom lashes. She had to pull them apart but it didn't look like the extensions were damaged so I didn't consider it an issue. Not even 2 days later, the extensions were falling off my natural lashes in clumps, leaving behind huge gaps. Jordan was amazing and fixed this for free the next week, but I decided I probably wouldn't get any more extensions because of what a process it had been. 2 weeks later I tried to book an extension removal online but it said online booking wasn't available for removals, so I called and left a message requesting a removal. 3 days have passed without a call back and my lashes are looking rough, luckily a friend is a lash tech and has offered to take them off for free. All this to say, when they did the lashes correctly, it was great, but I won't be going back due to how big of a hassle it has been. **UPDATE BASED ON OWNER RESPONSE** It’s unfortunate that I have to make this update, but based on the owner response which takes no accountability for anything I stated in my review, I have to change to a lower star review. Excuses were made for everything I complained about. For example, I have Vivify’s number saved in my phone under “Vivify Salon” so if I had gotten a call back, I think I would know. I completely understand being busy and booked (I work at a spa), but a call back would’ve been nice. Maybe they called the wrong person, as one of the techs messaged me when meaning to message someone else one time. It happens. But when I say I didn’t get a call back (or voicemail), I can say for sure that I didn’t. Also, lash retention can’t be determined and I completely understand that, but it had nothing to do with waiting longer than 2 weeks to get them done - my extensions fell off after 2 DAYS.

My friend gifted me a visit to this salon to get my eyelashes done for the first time ! Lindsay (hope I spelled this right) did my lashes! I just got the classics, but they were so pretty ! I was super happy with the job she had done . I just scheduled my second appointment with them! I have been feeling super confident and beautiful since getting them done! The process was relaxing, and the environment is so chill and clean! I highly recommend

Have gone several times & each time not satisfied with glamour lashes. Had 1st redone for the 3rd time & much Better Scheduled to have the 2nd set REDONE since most of them were glued to my lids & not to lashes. They keep scheduling with the same tech who has never. Due to coronavirus cancelled. Still have not redeemed credit. Could say more & mention specific names REPLY: Have used ONLY 2 techs. Closed for several months due to COVID. Waiting to get new appointments when salon opened back up. Immediate pain after leaving salon, upon investigation saw glue on lids. I like “promos”, got what I paid for?!?

I got classic lashes done by Tayler and they’re amazing!! It was my first time getting lashes and Tayler was super sweet and the experience was so relaxing. Highly recommend for any lash needs!

This was my first time in the salon, it was very cozy and welcoming. I received a manicure from Rachel Arango and it exceeded my expectations! She was educated and professional, and everything was very sanitary. Rachel listened to my nail concerns and took her time to give me a great experience. I can't believe how beautiful my eyelashes and my eyebrows are! Erica did an exquisite job to make me feel glamorous. My eyelashes look completely natural, yet they give me that incredible diva look. Highly recommend Vivify Salon, and particularly, Erica.
