I have been a customer with Vi for years now and it's for many different reasons. She is consistent, in a business like this I find it can be easy to slack on customers, constantly run late, or rush appointments which is something I have experienced in the past with other aestheticians but not with Vi, she has always maked sure she thorough, has not "cut my time short" and is very meticulous. When I comes to quality I always get compliments on how natual my lashes look, because of the materials, time and care that is given to Vi's customers. Since I started coming to this shop Vi has always made sure to improve her products, do research, and just update her services and inventory to give the customer a good experience, and we'll as a healthy experience. I think another important factor is the upkeep of the building, the whole ambience has always been positive and relaxing, with the lighting, the feel and music. I think when your looking for personal services like what is offered (lashes, and facials) you deserve to feel like your able to get away and relax. Is just an amazing place.

Vi is professional, her quality of work and her lashes product is exceptional. I always receive so many compliments on my lashes. I’ve been receiving the hybrid set for over a year. Her studio and table are also quite lovely for relaxing.

I could never recommend anyone other than Vi! She’s been doing my lashes for years now and she is the most gentle lash tech I’ve ever had. I often fall asleep while she works her magic. Her office is clean, comfortable, relaxing and she is reliable! She also gives the best most relaxing facials! If I could give 1000 stars I would!

If you’re looking for lashes that last, this is the place for you! It’s so nice to feel like you’re wearing a full face of makeup when it’s really just lashes! It’s a very relaxing environment and Vivu lashes can do any style you want. Definitely a must go!

Vi has been taking care of me for several years. She is so professional and always does an outstanding job. She has the latest equipment and great products. I am so happy I found Vividity Aesthetics. I have had my lashes done many other places, and was always disappointed with the short time they lasted; I would start shedding lashes in a few days. At my first visit with Vi, she explained that since my natural lashes are short and sparse, they couldn't support heavy, long extensions and showed me I can get great looking results with lighter weight lashes. For 2 years now Vi has consistently given me beautiful perfect lashes that last over 3 weeks. She is sweet and gentle and provides a pleasant spa environment with lovely background music. I highly recommend Vividity Aesthetics for a happy experience and great results every time.

I found Vi after a year of getting my lashes done and there isn’t anyone better! Every visit is 5 stars. My lashes last through my tough outside job along with only seeing her every 3 weeks!! I’ve been exceptionally lucky and impressed by her professionalism. I recommend her for lashes and skincare. I will be a forever client! She’s amazing! 10/10!!

I love getting my lashes done by Vi. She’s a true professional that knows what she’s doing and does everything to make sure you are comfortable and relaxed. Her lash technique is perfect and I have great retention of my extensions. If you’re looking for a spa experience, this is the place. I can’t imagine anyone ever leaving disappointed. Vi is amazing! Very reliable, professional, punctual, accountable & talented. I had a whole Brittany moment and cut off all of my eyelashes because an eyelash tech from out of state for a wedding I went too made me look crazy!! I thought there was nothing I could do. Vi worked her magic and brought my lashes back to life!!! I’ve never gone to anyone else ever since. 10/10 recommend!

I contracted eye infection after eyelashes from here. Needed medical treatment. Ended up clearing after eye treatment. Glue was left on lower lash line which irritated the skin. Was told it was something I did/ didn't do. Stopped going to this place.

I have been many times for brow wax/tint as well as lash lift/tint. Vi always does an amazing job. The location is always clean and inviting. I’ve never had a bad experience and will continue to go there.

I decided to try this place out for eyelash extensions because the reviews I read seemed really positive and it was much closer to home than my usual place is. However I felt a little unsure from the start since I was trying to explain to the girl the look I wanted and she didn't speak English, she looked very confused and asked the other girl to come over and I explained to her and she relayed the info. I have never experienced PAINFUL application of eyelashes until today. I don't know what she was doing but it felt like she was pulling out my eyelashes one by one, I told her it hurt and she didn't understand what I was saying, she glued the corner of my eye closed and then had to call the other girl over to help. The girl I usually see does one eye and makes sure she's acheiving the look I want , this girl would not let me see, she kept saying when I'm done... when she was finally done she showed me and I wanted to cry. I paid almost double what I usually pay and it was not even close to what I asked for, I even showed a picture since I wasn't sure she was understanding when I spoke to her.the other girl who did speak English came back and asked me if I liked them, I told her no, it's not what I wanted at all and I was very unhappy. She just kind of chuckled and told me to pay now. 2 days after the application my eyes were still very sore and hurt to wash along the lash line, and by day 5 my right eye was basically naked. I will never go back here and would not recommend to anyone! As a matter of fact I have told my friends and sisters to avoid this place at all cost. Not worth the time, money or pain.

If you're thinking of somewhere to get eyelash extension, eyebrow, permanent makeup or facial go to this place. They all super nice, sweet and funny. Beside that, they always do a great job, very gentle, customized, and meticulous. I'm beyond happy every time I go here to get my eyelash and facial done!! Highly recommended

Vi is the absolute BEST I’ve been to a few other places in town been getting lashes done for 3+ years now and she always provides the best looking and longest lasting lashes, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
