The pedicure was pretty painful. It hurts to wear close shoes. Hopefully, the peroxide keeps the infection away. Last photo is a follow up after the damage done to my nail bed from this pedicure.

Amazing pedicure experience. It was my first time here. Massage was legit and my pedicure looked amazing. Our techs were Maria & Dona. Absolutely loved it.

Highly recommended getting your nails done by Christy! She did an amazing job at taking care of my natural nails and getting creative about the design. I came in with a picture and she was able to come up with something that was 10x better. Amazing attention to detail and she made sure all my nails looked uniform and perfect before I left her chair!!

I go at least twice once every 1-2 months and I Always love how my toes get left. But today i was honestly disappointed with my service. It was rushed and ugly work done. It’s patchy and missing color in certain areas. Some areas are not fully white. You can see the splotches left on it. Was not worth what I paid. I also REQUESTED square shaped and that wasn’t done as well as to only file my nails down and not cut and she did the opposite. HORRIBLE JOB by this TECH

I’ve been coming here off & on for over 5 years now. In the last 3 months I’ve met a really nice and professional nail tech by the name of Julie. She such a dedicated and polite person. Her attitude towards customers is very positive and polite. Her personality is always upbeat . Her nail skills are on point. She has did 3 sets for me and I’ve absolutely loved them all! She always available for appointments. Even though she will except a walkin if it’s not super busy. If you go tell her Candi sent you!🙂 UPDATE! The NAIL tech who I wrote this review about she NO LONGER WORKS THERE! I’m here today 12/29/2024 and they are being very unprofessional saying that they are all booked up and can’t do my fill in lol 😆 WOW ESPECIALLY AFTER MY REVIEW HAS HAD ALOT OF CUSTOMERS come and get serviced . I will never 👎🏽 forget how I was and have been treated ! DO NIT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE. They are now acting like the customer doesn’t MATTER! It’s clearly about the MONEY AT THIS POINT! Yes I change the star count to one ⭐️ because that’s what they clearly deserve!

Horrible place. I’m reporting them to the BBB. They cut me the first time during a manicure and it hurt and I was bleeding. They did nothing to rectify the situation. Then I went back to give them another chance and have the gel removed and another mani. The lady shaved my nails so thin. She did not use any acetone or foil to help remove the gel or metal cuticle stick. Just the electrical sanding/shaving tool. I told her not to do that because it made my nails thin and weak and she did not listen. I was right of course and four of my nails broke - very painfully. Never coming back again. Oh, and they have HORRIBLE customer service. They’re probably going to reply to this, but they don’t give af. Don’t come here. Better to invest in a salon who respects you and knows what they are doing.

I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I paid $170 for dip powder nails and two pedicures, and it was a complete waste of time and money. The staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. My dip powder nails were done poorly—uneven with noticeable bumps. When I politely asked for them to be fixed, the technician insisted that dip nails are supposed to look like that, which is untrue as I’ve had them done perfectly before. Eventually, she adjusted the nails, but in the process, she completely changed the shape of my nails, leaving both hands looking mismatched. It was frustrating because she blamed me for coming in late and asking for both services to be done simultaneously. If they couldn’t accommodate that, they should have communicated it up front instead of rushing and doing a subpar job. To make matters worse, the foot massage was so weak that I barely felt anything—definitely not worth what I paid. The staff's attitude at checkout was the final straw. Instead of acknowledging their mistakes, they were dismissive and defensive. Overall, the customer service and quality of work were unacceptable. I will never return and do not recommend this place to anyone.

I have been going to Sophia for about a year now and every time she amazes me with her attention to detail and her willingness to put up the amount of time it takes me to choose a color lol. Sophia even knows what colors I like and brings out a new color that she thinks I will like. It is a bonus that Sophia is the sweetest and kindest person ever. The rest of the staff is also friendly and kind. I can’t thank Sophia enough for everything! The salon itself is always very clean and pretty.

I have been going to VMC nails since the opened and have always had an amazing experience. From the atmosphere, cleanliness and the amazing people who work there, it has always been top tier. If you're looking for an amazing nail tech ask for Tammy! All I ever have to do is show her the design I am looking for and she always makes it happen! I am a firm believer is supporting small, local businesses and this is definitely one of them!

I’ve been coming to VMC consistently for a couple years now and have never left disappointed! They have the best pedicures (try the milk & honey!) and Christy is my favorite for my regular fills and full sets. I love how convenient the location is and they can almost always get me in same day, but they also take appointments.

I just left this salon after my second visit and I can’t say I’m pleased with the service. The first time I got my nails done here, my nail tech did a poor job on my French dip nails. Initially they looked great, and within a week they were cracked and chipping. At the time I didn’t realize my nail tech had accidentally left some sparkles on my nails which was not what I had asked for. When I returned for the second time (big mistake), my nail tech mentioned how bad they looked and asked where I got them. I laughed and told him I had done them at their salon. He told me he’d fix it and I felt assured he would do a better job. I had requested dip nails and as he started working on my nails he pulled out acrylic, which was not what I asked for. I told him I wanted dip because it’s better for your nails and he told me that’s the reason why my nails chipped so fast, was because they were dip. Not true. He continued to overlay my nails with acrylic even after I told him it wasn’t what I wanted. He continued and I decided to let him and see maybe if they would last longer as the next day I was going to Florida for 9 days. The nails looked great and I left for Florida the next day. 3 days into my trip and my thumbs started chipping. I called immediately and they told me to go in. I told them I was in Florida and wouldn’t be back for another 6 days. They said it was fine and we scheduled something. Finally, I’m back in Austin and I go into this salon for the third time. Unfortunately, the nail tech who redid my nails didn’t do a very good job. My thumb nails are thick in comparison to my other nails so I brought it to his attention. He was very rough with me and did not care to file off any acrylic that was leftover. After he’s done and I’m not too pleased with how they look, I go up to the counter and I’m told it’ll be $10. The receptionist told me it’s their policy that after a week it’s a $10 fee. So to be clear, they didn’t provide me the service I asked for initially, then my nails chip while I’m out of town, and finally when I’m back from out of state and able to take time out of my day to have them fix a mistake they made, I have to pay $10? I explained to them many times that I had called and spoke to someone and I made them aware I wouldn’t be in town for days after I discovered my nails were chipping. The receptionist was apologetic but not attentive to the situation whatsoever as he kept shifting his attention and talking to other people. Finally, he brought it down to $5. At least inform customers it’s gonna cost before they arrive for the service to fix a mistake made by a nail tech. As a customer, I paid $60 for a service that was imposed upon me and was a major inconvenience. Its actions like this that make customers not want to return.

I’ve been coming with Sophia for about 4 years! She’s a great nail tech and takes care of me every time! She’s experienced and does beautiful nails & great massages when doing my pedicure. she’s gentle and my pedicure is always good!

The light pink and well shaped nails is what I asked for and the other two with white bedding in the background is what I got. $112 with the pedicure (they cut my heel too and toes didn’t even look like a pedicure). The shaping of my nails loooks dreadful and thick and the colour is not what I wanted at all. I’ve been calling but voicemail isn’t set up and messaged on instagram and no reply I want to refund. Wish I could give zero stars after they ignore my asking for a refund

I really like how attentive and nice Laura is! She's really good and did a great job with my nails. I'm very happy with her service! My pedicure was done by someone else and I didn't really get the foot massage and my heels still feel a little rough; I was hoping to get them smooth. The lady was nice but I wish I got the foot massage and a good exfoliation that the pedicure comes with. My ankles were scrubbed but they didn't need any exfoliating especially compared to my feet.

Would not recommend this place. Went to try this place because it was close by but not the best experience. Didn’t have much color choice for dip nails. When getting my previous color removed the tech had me dip my nails in a bag of acetone for 2 minutes and then take an electric filer to my nails. Hold on a minute let the nails soak for a few minted do the previous color to come off, also it would help if you used cotton balls instead of paper towels. There was still the previous color left on my nails and he stared the process of applying the new color. Had to ask him to remove the old color and he goes “oh you wanted it removed completely?” Moving on to the new set I asked my nails to be trimmed one hand’s nails are shorter then the other hand. Again if you would have let the nails soak it would have been way easier to cut the nails. After the dip was applied the sides of the nails did not get filed so now I have rough sides and I asked for a soft square and reminded him about it too but no I got a regular square and the end of the tip is so sharp. One last thing it’s not very professional to grab a handful of candy stuff it in your mouth, wipe your sticky hands on your pants and then do someone nails.
