Love this nail salon! I have always had nothing but positive experiences here. The technicians all do a fantastic job. The owner, Jason, does a wonderful job as well. He does a wonderful job of making customers feel welcomed. Most recently, I scheduled appointments for my whole wedding party. The technicians were prepared for the group, got us in and out rather quickly and we all left feeling satisfied with the work. Can't say enough good things about VN Nails!!!

Made an appt for my mother and I to get pedicures for family photos/vacation and myself to get an acrylic manicure. The man doing my nails filed my pinky so hard it was close to bleeding and he missed a ton of nail around the edges where there should have been nail polish. Went the next day to ask to get them fixed and when I entered I was not greeted at all and sat for 30 min without acknowledgement. I will be calling asking to be fit in when I get back to get them fixed.

My daughter and I arrived at this nail salon 2 hours before their posted closing time. When we walked in the salon, in general, had an “un-kept” feel. A man who was doing a pedicure on another customer turned around and asked us how he could help us almost before we could fully enter the door. We told him we were interested in getting manicures and pedicures and asked for the price list. He pointed behind us. So we began to survey our options. He then approached us about 1-2 minutes later to ask us what we would like done. We told him that we were deciding at which point he proceeded to say “You have 2 minutes to decide.” I clarified that I heard him correctly and he confirmed that we had 2 minutes to make a decision on our services. We decided based on his unprofessional approach, unfriendly disposition, and lack of customer care that we would not be pleased with the service offered in this salon. If a business is open, we expect professional customer service until they close for the day. This salon obviously was uninterested in serving us as a client and we would not recommend it based on our experience today.

Fantastic! Vu did an amazing job on my nails! He pays attention to detail, and makes sure the nails last a long time! I had my acrylics in for a month and they didn’t budge. They make you feel at home and it’s not uncomfortable there! Will def be back!

Went 40 mins before they closed they had three 10 year olds that I heard them ask their mom what they were getting. After standing there for ten mins and finding out the kids were getting tips they couldn't take me anymore...
