I was utterly disappointed with service and it’s expensive I had to pay $20 to remove my nails. My nails were $80 big design including $15 tips somewhere else First of all he wanted to just remove by picking at the sides to remove it, $20 for that ? I told him no if you will charge that much I want them drilled off to not damage my nails. If I wanted to pick off I could’ve done it at home for free. He looked a bit bothered. I then told him I wanted to retain the length of my nails he proceeded to cut all my nails off not leaving barely anything. He later asked him cash tip or card I said none due to bad service. They proceeded to get upset I won’t be going back nor will I recommend anyone

This is my go to place!! Love their work! My whole family comes here. When I do my nails my mom and dad also do their nails. 100% recommend.

This is my first time coming here. I don't have much experience getting nails done, but they must be doing something right with decent reviews. I got a gel manicure and pedicure. Both were basic, no design nor acrylic. First it was expensive. Then the gentlemen was making sly comments about my feet and looked disgusted, even though they aren't bad. this is the worst i gotten, skin around cuticle lifting, nails lifting to where hair was getting caught in my nails.

I have been coming here since they opened. I got my full set done this last Thursday and noticed the next day my thumb was lifting. I was going to leave it until I needed a fill. It started happening to more nails. I am not a swimmer or swim instructor. I called her today bc at this point hair is getting caught in my nails. She said come at 10 and she can fix it for me. I told her I just came Thursday and they are lifting. I waited over an hour for her to even fix them. At the end of her fixing them she said I needed to pay $15 for half a fill. I told her no I shouldn’t pay if it’s only been 5 days and there wasn’t even growth. She started getting loud saying maybe I washed dishes too much. I said I’ve never had this problem I come every time I need to since you opened. I did nothing wrong for me to pay. She said I didn’t either. Clearly they shouldn’t lift after 5 days! I gladly pay for fills when needed and broken nails. If I just got and paid for a full set why would I need to pay again for a fill that’s not a fill. She told me that’s fine don’t come back again. That’s so horrible, been a customer since she opened. Come here even after I moved to SSF and she provided such poor customer service when it wasn’t my fault. I told her to stop being cheap and provide better service. I can’t believe how I was treated. I even called my mother who also came here too and she was surprised she started yelling and told me not to come back again. Shame on you for being disrespectful, rude and being cheap when I was a loyal customer. How disgusting.

Love the ambiance of the location, the staff is super friendly, and the quality of the pedicure, nail, eyebrows services are superb. They have my feet so smooth and soft. Definitely a go to spot.

Made an appt for 9:30 with Jenny. Waited 20 mins, and inquired again, is she on her way. That's when I was told there are 2 Jenny's. Ticked off, why didn't they tell me that when I made the appointment that previous Thurs.

Great place for delicious sweet treats Those treats have been around for a very long time. Excellent choice for a walk down memory lane. Helpful for the waistlines also. Everything in moderation. Enjoy

I Really liked this place it was very nice and quite they where super nice. They didn't have the exact stuff to do what I wanted for my nails but they should did try. A for effort. I will be back to get a fill and Recommend people.

I love this place. The couple is so nice and considerate. They will try to always accommodate your request. The only downside is, NOT MUCH PARKING. Other than that, I highly recommend this place..

It’s my first time to get my nails done at this salon. Andy removed my acrylic nails(done from a different salon) and replace it with a full set dip powder nails. Since i want to try dip powder for the first time. He’s very meticulous and careful. He took his time to make sure everything is perfect. The side of my nails are filled, my nails are evenly shaped and underneath of my nails are cleaned off from excess dip powder. All the things you expect when you get your nails done.

The older men helping me was hurting me a lot and seemed to be upset because I changed my mind on not wanting just manicure but instead a new set of nails. The older men kept. Hurting my nails and burned me a couple of times with drill then he put some nails cricket and when I asked to fix them he just yanked one and that’s when I asked to be helped by someone else then the younger gentleman finished the job and was also hurting me he kept on pulling my hands and filling them really hard I felt like they were doing it on purpose now. I couldn’t wait to get out of there!!! When I finally finished 2hours later and it was simple color nails I noticed one nail he had over filed it and it looks very uneven. Please ladies take your money somewhere else this business clearly doesn’t deserve it. I paid $60 to get hurt and not be content at all. The nails/service were definitely not worth it at all!!!

I’m writing this review for my wife and daughter. The shop they normally go has been closed because of covid. So after reading reviews they came to this shop. They had a great time with excellent service. My wife and daughter are in love with the work done on their nails and toes, etc...

They did a horrilble job on nails and horrible job on feet. They were outrightly mean to me. I called back for a refund and they are not responding. They scammed me of money so I will be reporting them to BBB. Horrible Service please dont use.
