Great little hair salon! Booked night before and I’m so happy they were able to fit me in for a blow dry. I have extensions and they washed and styled them perfectly. Great value! Thank you!

I have been coming here since 2022 while I was doing my Residency at Lenox Hill Hospital. Voance hair salon has always accommodated my crazy schedule of being a surgical resident and has supported my hair needs keeping me looking fabulous throughout my stressful journey. They even did my hair for my Residency Graduation and I looked great! I love this place and all of the staff members. Not only did I always leave feeling more confident with my hair, they always suggested products that were specific for my hair needs. Rasheda, the owner of the Salon, is also amazing. She’s professional, transparent with her pricing and up to date with hair trends, etc. I love this place and even after relocating practices to FiDi & Midtown, I still come back to UES for all my hair care needs. Highly recommend!!!

Been going here for over a year for my Brazilian Blowout. I did a ton of research to find Rasheda and she is awesome! An expert who knows and speaks the truth re: hair straightening and products. I have been very pleased with the results which is why I am customer! Highly recommended.

This is one of the few salons open in the neighborhood on Sundays so i went for the first time this weekend to get my hair done for my bridal shower and had the best experience! They were also so friendly - highly recommend.

This is probably the best haircut I’ve ever had. Rasheda does an amazing job and the cut always grows out beautifully. I can’t recommend Voance enough.

I have been having my hair cut. colored and blown out at Voance since it first opened. Rasheda the owner, does my color and is very attentive to my needs and does an excellent job. Taka is a talented stylist and Sylvia who does my blowouts and I see most frequently is excellent. I have been to many of the "fancy" salons and their work is on par. I am a business owner and impressed with how Rasheda runs the salon and makes sure her clients are well taken care of. I would recommend this salon both for their professionalism and how well I feel when i am there and after I leave.

Not a knock on the talent - but my glaze treatment lasted 7 minutes with no noticeable difference, they were not upfront about the price of the glaze and they wanted me to pay extra for a blow dry? What the hell was I supposed to do? Leave the hair salon with wet hair? Bad business model. I didn’t even get the woman I had an appointment with.

I work with an elderly patient and this salon we use . First the owner and the staff is very nice, lots of patient and kind with my client . The salon is very clean. I highly recommend this place hands down……

It was my birthday yesterday so I came here for a blowout. It's the second time I've been to VOANCE and they've done a great job both times! So much care and attention to detail, and a great price as well. Will definitely be coming back!

So happy to have found Voance Salon. Rasheda is an excellent colorist. So happy with the highlights / haircuts and the straightenings she has done for me as well. She is very professional and easy to work with. I have also had my hair blown out by almost everyone who works there and each stylist has always done a really wonderful job. They really go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and help you hair to look it’s best. Great salon in every way!
