I have had facials from Madison Thomas at Voci med spa for several years now. She gives the most relaxing facials with massage techniques that are superior to any facial I have ever received. She provides the best assessment and feedback while listening to all of my wants and concerns. Voci staff as a whole are the most friendly individuals. The front desk staff are just so pleasant and happy to see everyone.

I love Voci Med Spa especially when I just am looking for some me time. Madsion is fabulous , she is alwasy so helpful to recommend what I need to make my skin glow. Dr. Gina has been wonderful in helping me with the just the right amount to make my eyes sparkle and lips pop. The ladies at the front desk and everyone I have ever had contact with at Voci is fanatstic.

If you are thinking about getting micro needling done, Riley Harrington is the aesthetician for you. I have had this procedure done three times in the past and I have to say it was traumatic at Another place. Riley took such care to make my experience, professional, hygienic, and Pleasant. I was not in pain at any point and she calmed me down and talked me through every step of the way.. I would definitely recommend this spa and in particular Riley.

Let's start by saying Rhonda is amazing. She's very knowledgeable about skin care and I really enjoyed my birthday facial ☺️ I purchased some facial wipes then left and headed over to Ulta (still birthday shopping). After talking to a friend on the phone, she suggested something different for my face. Since I had just left the spa, less than 30 minutes ago, I called and asked if I could bring the facial product back. The receptionist said she didn't think it would be a problem and she would call me right back after she asked. I waited about 7-10 minutes and decided just to head over, because I don't live close to the spa and was still in the vicinity. When I walked in, the receptionist asked me to wait, because she had been busy and hadn't asked. I thought this was odd she didn't know the return policy, but assumed maybe she was new. She came back after to talking to two other individuals. The whole mood changed. She said they didn't do returns/exchanges but could give me a store credit, in which I said thank you. The other receptionist asked me what I decided to go with and when I begin to answer (because I was actually excited about my Ulta purchase), she cut me off and started helping the other employee with the store credit exchange. ...which lead me to believe she only asked me because she thought I was making it all up 😂 When I got back to the car, I looked at my reciept and saw it said "absolutely no returns". Bad on me for not looking first! Made more sense in my mind to just call and ask. Seriously didn't even think to look at the reciept until after I left feeling like I had stole something. I follow the rules. I'm cool with the rules. I could have been told over the phone about the policy and that could have been the end of it. Just was weird unpleasant interaction. I hate I even asked. So the takeaway - Rhonda is Amazing. Absolutely no returns/exchanges 👍🏾

Voci Med Spa has gone down. They stopped carrying the Obagi products that I used to purchase from them for years. When I asked about it, instead of suggesting an alternative or helping find something else that would work, they simply said "yeah we don't carry it anymore, sorry". Okay, fine. My last appointment was lost. I know I booked it, I stood at the desk at my last facial and made it with eh front desk, even putting into my phone right away. When they realized it was never booked, they did not even offer a new one or try to help me get rebooked. Again , just a daul "sorry about that" and I said ok well thanks. And they just ended the call. What kind of business doesn't try to retain customers! Their facials end up being over $200. You would think they would provide better service than this. I'm done here.

I had the endermologie treatments for cellulite on thighs and buttocks. I purchased 10 treatments. I was told that would be more than enough to see results. End of treatments I saw zero improvement. Ask for before and after they would not let me have them. Then offered to sell me another treatment that was sure to work. No thank you. I’m $100s of dollars down and nothing to show for it. I followed all recommendations..water, exercise , diet but no improvement at all with cellulite. Oh and girl at front desk was almost always being very vocal and loud about how much she disliked the south.i would like to add that both ladies that gave me the treatments were very nice and I felt very comfortable with them

I am very new to the self care space and do not know much about how to take care of my skin. The front desk staff when making my appointment was extremely helpful and thorough in explaining the services. When I went for my facial, my esthetician was extremely warm, welcoming, understanding, and informative. She walked me through each step of my facial and my skin never looked better! She also helped me to find products to help my skin which I have struggled with in the past. I then when to get Botox and fillers and my injector was just as great! I look and feel amazing! I felt extremely supported in this space and I would recommend Voci Med Spa to anyone!

I wanted to jump on and say that the only reason I keep coming to Voci is because of Madison. She goes above and beyond her job and truly cares about her clients. She is the most talented and caring individual and Voci is lucky to have her. Along with Madison, I’ve seen Lynn, Shannon, and Kate over the years. I cannot say enough nice things about all of these people! If you book, you can’t go wrong booking with one of them. Be sure to see Lynn for your injections, Kate & Shannon for laser and Madison for your skincare needs!

It was terrible I speak little English. I moved to Charlotte and got a gift card from my husband. The attendant, seeing that I didn't speak English, said that my payment that day would be 110 dollars and that I only had this on my card and my gift card was 300 dollars. I told her to see what happened because my husband had told me the value of the gift. It was a humiliating situation because she took advantage of my lack of command of the language. But mathematics and numbers are the same for everyone. After that, I put it on the sheet that the company gives us to send me a text message for a new appointment. but they just called me and i don't speak english and now it said in the voicemail they left me that i have to pay for the service a percentage because i didn't go. I don't know where they got so many stars, the place and the tight, dark environment I don't recommend. at The Ballantyne Hotel the Spa is much better

Update from prior review: Not sure what is going on with this place. My daughter still loves seeing Madison for facials but some of their best staff members left over the last year and the staff answering the phone couldn't seem less interested in helping. It seems they are offering less skincare options each time I've been in but maybe they are adjusting some things, I'm just not sure. Megan has done my facials for quite a while, she is wonderful. My teen daughter sees Madison for her facials and has been thrilled with results. Linda is awesome at what she does as well, so sweet and I experience zero discomfort from her injections. Recommend these ladies to anyone looking to keep up their self care routine.

Beth is amazing!!! I receive the LPG treatments to improve body circulation and lymphatic drainage. Beth puts great effort and care into my treatments to help me achieve the best results. She also has the most positive, beautiful energy every time I visit. My body changed drastically after only 3 weeks of treatments. My body looks more sculpted. I actually lost inches and weight after the first 2 weeks.

I am new to town and went to the doctor for neurotoxin injections. She gave me the worst bruise and bleed that I’ve ever had in all my years getting injections. There was zero follow up from the office of my complaint. Months later, I still have an obvious, ugly, raised hematoma in that spot. I’m devastated.

I recently booked the light and bright facial treatment (IPL and Frax) with Megan and I am so impressed with the experience! Megan was extremely informative and accommodating. She checked several times to make sure I was comfortable and explained the process in detail before performing each step of the process. Her patience put me at ease, and now I trust her for all my facial services. Megan is truly a gem!…and I am thrilled with the results!

This place has just gotten worse on every aspect. I suggest finding another place who schedules follow up appts to see where & how the results are coming along. It seems the staff doesn't have a good repoire among themselves which seeps over into client happiness with cosmetic results. I suggest finding a place who actually cares about client results. Thankful for the new place I found that corrected the results & the licensed physician who corrected it. The Med Spa @ Matthews saved my face & treats people with kindness.

I have gone to many different salons over the years for facials. By far Voci is the best! More importantly Shannon Bean was amazing! I will definitely be back monthly to see her. Lastly, the reception staff was professional, polite and gave great customer service! If you need a massage Mary is your go to person as well. Well done ladies! Update- I went there last week for a European Facial with Megan. It was amazing! I so love this place. I would go weekly if I could.❤
