I had the most incredible massage by Holly. The Voie spa is worth every dollar. Take the time to spend some time here before your service, soak in the hot tub, sit in the dry and wet sauna , bring a book and just sit and read in the corner in one of the comfy chairs It’s peaceful and so relaxing Thank you again Holly for the best relaxing massage

Xavier was working the front desk when I stopped in to see the spa. He was very helpful and thorough when going over all of my options. The day of my massage Kristin was running the women's spa area and provided anything I needed while I waited for my masseuse. They had waters, small snacks, and my massage came with a spa pass to access the jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, and lavender showers. I booked a couples CBD massage for Thanksgiving morning. Danny and Holly were our massage therapists and it was the best massages we've EVER had. I go a lot back home in Boston because of chronic neck pain and I've never felt so relaxed. I'm very grateful they were open on the holiday because it was the perfect activity before our big feast. 💆🏻‍♀️

Really bad massage. Paid for a deep tissue, very disappointed. Getting a massage in Vegas is probably a mistake in general. They know you’re just visiting and customers are forced to pay a 20% tip before the massage, there’s no reason for them to try to do a good job. This masseuse at this place didn’t try to do a good job.

My massage therapist, Lynda, is absolutely phenomenal! She takes the time to really listen to your needs and addresses them thoroughly. I have come back multiple times just for her (I make it a point to request her!). She really looks out for her clients and wants to make sure they feel the full benefits of massage. I cannot say good enough things about her!!

First, I was blown away at how everyone of the staff here was so nice. I was staying at the Paris Hotel along with all my wedding guests for my wedding. I wanted to get a relaxing day before my wedding. The atmosphere was spot on, everyone of the staff was so nice and welcoming. My massage was more than words could explain. i might have partied hard the night before at my bachelorette party. Jacque gave me one of the most relaxing messages I have ever had. Thank you so much. I cannot wait to go back. This spa is worth it’s weight in gold.

I recently stayed at Paris and went to the spa every day. It was such a treat! Kristin was so kind and helpful. Her voice was soothing and she was so present. My massage with Daniel was so fantastic that I booked one with my sister for the following day. The hydra facial was great! It goes by so fast tho. I really enjoyed the sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi. My favorite scented shower was the jasmine I left on a jasmine kick. It was just so lovely.

Second time @ Spa and I’ve enjoyed my quiet relaxing me time here. Services were exceptional so much so that I came back for a Swedish massage today and requested the same masseuse. I’m thankful that my experience was of a professional therapeutic healing well-needed kind. Carlos was very professional caring kind very polite and a very experienced massage therapist. I’ve had massages through the years and this massage with Carlos is top ranked in my book and this is coming from a licensed Master Esthetician- so I know what I’m talking about

A wonderful full spa experience - always worth the 5-hour drive from AZ when I need to truly unwind. The staff is gracious and hospitable, each taking the time to ensure a serene experience. Your booking includes time to use all the spa amenities; I did not want to leave. The jacuzzi, sauna, showers, towels, care products, water, tea, and coffee are all available to aid you in your relaxation process. Ohh, my masseuse Kioko (sorry to the misspelling) had wonderfully tender yet strong hands with attention to detail.

I was married at the beginning of April in las Vegas. My wedding planner suggested this place to get my hair and makeup done. It was so awful. The makeup she caked on layers after layer it started cracking right away and you could see the green layer under the foundation. I had to wipe off all the makeup she put on me she help wipe it off. Then She put false eye lashes on but they fell off before the wedding which was only 2 hours later. I PAID $125 for nothing. After the makeup disaster. I was booked for an updo for my hair with a different lady. I showed her the picture of what I wanted she said she wanted to do a old Hollywood wave. At that point I just didn't think she could do the updo that's why she was trying to talk me into something else. I was on a time schedule so I said go ahead. I wasn't happy with the results my hair pins were falling out as soon as I got to the chapel which was directly after I got my hair done. I just didn't want anyone else to go through what I went through on there wedding day. Please do your research.

The Spa was a bit difficult to find within the casino but it was well worth the hunt lol. My husband and I went for facials and it was amazing! I opted for the hydrafacial and could not be more pleased with the results. My skin looked and felt way more plump and had a youthful glow. Even though I just had one session, my skin has NEVER looked better. I have extremely sensitive skin and I did not experience any irration whatsoever!

Beautiful spa. All the employees were great friendly and attentive. I had a Himalayan stone massage by Angel and it was incredible. I had a pedicure by Victoria and she was very attentive and did a beautiful job with the gel polish. I highly recommend both Angel and Victoria.

I was disappointed with my experience. The heating bed during the massage was cold, making it uncomfortable, and despite being an hour before closing, they denied re-entry to use the spa facilities that were paid for with the massage. I also had to ask for a razor and other amenities they listed but didn’t have readily available. Not the relaxing visit I had hoped for.

I’ve tried a lot of spas all over and I’m Vegas and this is the best one for the money. The massage I received was perfect. Steam room and sauna were also nice. Scented showers and great water pressure as well. Only downside is there are spa products in the mirror area to get ready with. I do like when spas leave out products like toners and moistures for the brands they use

Overall, had an excellent experience. Hospitality at its best. All staff were professional, polite and had an attitude of making sure customers have a great experience. The spa was very clean. There is a comfortably seating area as you wait for your appointment. The seating area had ottomans so you can elevate your legs while being surrounded by soft, gentle lighting. There were even folded blankets and books if you want to get even more cozy. Refreshments such as water, tea and coffee are also available. The jacuzzi area, I didn’t get to try it but it looked very clean. The showers were sectioned as lavender or eucalyptus etc. I got a facial treatment which lasted about an hour. The lady I had was very calming and gentle the whole time. Making sure I was comfortable etc. I have no cons to be quite honest. I wish I got to enjoy the sauna etc before my facial treatment. Would have loved to spend more time there!

Absolutely wonderful! I suggest scheduling extra time to enjoy the ambiance! All of the staff was wonderful and the tour was great. Between the comfy robes and blankets, the scented showers that we could choose from (lavender, jasmine, mango, and mint), the toiletries provided to help you start your day, the hot tub, sauna, and steam room... Luxury! We had a wonderful time enjoying our champagne and reading some fun books provided, while resting in cozy chairs in the lounge area. We will definitely be coming back on our next vacation! Oh and the massage!! Amazing!! Relaxing, warm table. Both of us had incredible masseuses!

Avoid these scammers! I normally don’t write reviews, but this place deserves one, After spending a fabulous week at Paris hotel for my 40th birthday and after going to the qua bath at Caesar palace we decided that will be great to have another relaxing time before taking our flight back home, so we booked 2 days prior a spa day pass at Voie since it is at the hotel we are staying it was convenient for us, the day before we pass by to the spa front desk and reconfirmed our reservation and ask to ask my BF name because I couldn’t do it online, the lady said everything looked good, so this morning we woke up early to enjoy our spa pass and instead of getting out relax, I got out super stressed and pissed, after we paid they took each of us to the spa facility, I waited about 5 minutes for someone to show at the female facility, and then the lady I believe her name is Martha showed up telling me that she just received a call from her manager to Inform that the Female facility was not working for the day, and she just like that asked me with not even an apology you want me to call your BF and void the transaction or what ? I have worked in hospitality before and I know that every time. Shift starts they inform on a meeting what’s going on, what’s new etc, then my BF realized that what they did was not telling us upfront so they at least could charge for my boyfriend services, terrible customer service and terrible support from the hotel staff. Avoid this place take your money somewhere else worthy, like qua baths spa

Got a deep tissue massage later in the day before they closed, and they told me I could come back the following morning to enjoy the spa since there wasn't time after the massage. Great massage and environment, very relaxing and a great end to a vacation.

I had such a relaxing experience at Voie during my week-long stay in Vegas. I decided to book their seasonal massage and was able to access their spa facilities for the rest of the day. Every step of the process was seamless. I was able to get in with a masseuse the same day. My masseuse, Sergio, was fabulous. He was incredibly professional and managed to find every knot and ache in my body from all the walking and biking I had done the previous days. Kristen, the spa concierge was so kind and helpful and it was apparent that she took so much pride in keeping the facilities pristine. Seriously, not once did I ever see a towel out of place, a used blanket, or anything that looked like the facility was occupied by others despite the fact that there were other women there. I’m honestly not sure how she did it all! The aromatherapy showers were heavenly. Don’t overlook this gem just because there are newer and fancier spas on the trip. An absolute highlight of my Vegas trip- my husband came back to the room later and immediately commented on how relaxed I looked!

My family and I went to Vegas to celebrate my sisters 50th birthday! We decided to book hair and makeup! I called to make the reservation and when I received the confirmation it was for a blow up instead of up-down do! Well when I get to the appointment I said I needed tight curls because my hair is thin and wanted the curls to go from tight to relaxed. I had to say things because I really wasn’t being asked. Well the hair stylist didn’t change the curling iron said she got me and it would look great. Well I was shocked she used the big curling iron but hey she knows better right- Wrong- she curled my hair and it looked for about a half hour. My hair basically had not much curl and if it was for my aunt using a curling wand my hair would have looked like crap by dinner. Mind you I have had none professionals curl my hair and it holds up for two or three days after being done!!! Now for makeup- I was asked what I was wearing and I showed a bright pink shirt thinking my make up would match a little- Nope I also asked for cat eyes and didn’t get them! My daughter also got her hair and makeup and her hair was uncurling within a half hour as well! I paid for eye lashes as well which irritated my eyes all night and one side was falling off;-( I do not recommend getting hair and makeup here because it’s not worth the price!! I could have done better but it was a special occasion and we wanted to treat ourselves! I paid over 400.00 in services that didn’t last long! Oh and they make you pay a tip no matter what! I’m posting a pic and you can see the straight pieces that should be tight curled( also I changed my outfit) but if makeup was done right it would have looked amazing with the new outfit!!

My husband and I had a couple massage for our 25th year anniversary. The massage was amazing but the spa itself is outdated. We were bummed that there wasn't a co-ed spa. After our massage, we spent it apart in our own hot tubs and sauna. The champaign wasn't free like other spa's, that was shocking. It was too expensive for the experience. We will not be coming back.

When to Vegas to meet a dear friend of mine that I haven't seen in over 20 years. The spa was wonderful! They had me sooo relaxed and pampered. It will be my goto the next time I am in Vegas! I got the hot stones, scalp, feet, and deep tissue massage. Oh and a pedicure! They have essential oil showers, saunas, jacuzzi and complementary drinks, heavy soft robs, and hair products for you to use when you are all done. You will love it!
