This was my second visit with Brooke for eyebrow threading and henna. After spending the last few years trying to find a specialist experienced with threading, I randomly stumbled upon Brooke’s Instagram. She enjoys what she does, makes you feel comfortable, and has mastered the art of giving you beautiful brows. I highly recommend her services to anyone who is selective about their eyebrows and interested in finding their next favorite brow professional!

Second time back, and many more to come. I have to say, the whole atmosphere at this salon is like none other. I felt so welcomed and it felt genuine like I’ve known these ladies for months. My spray tan held up so well and I’m officially addicted. Geneal is an artist and amazing person! 🤩

How this group doesn’t have 5 stars (albeit 4.9 is a fantastic score) is beyond me. First of all if you want to slay so hard at your wedding, photoshoot, or just a taco Tuesday.. Run do not walk to book this glam team. My trial and my wedding day were absolutely unreal! I just cannot get over how stunning I looked. You can go with a lot of different people because there is a lot of talent in Knoxville. But if you want professionalism, punctuality, personality, and porcelain skin you need to book with Geneal for your makeup and spray tan for your big day. I’m also mixed race and was so nervous about getting my hair done, but baby I had nothing to worry about. The photos speak for themselves. They were the first people I booked for my wedding and they delivered. BEST DECISION EVER

Jenn was amazing. She was so sweet, easy to talk to and man can she cut and color some hair! She made 100% sure that I was comfortable and left happy, even fixing a small issue before letting me leave. I left feeling beautiful and confident! She gained a new client from me.

We went in to see Aliyah today and we had AMAZING service. I came in with extremely damaged hair from box dye, and I left looking amazing. Aliyah was very honest about lifting my hair to a different color, and gave her opinion on what she could do to make it look good. She was friendly, funny, and quick at her job. We will 100% be back and recommend this salon to anybody looking for a stylist.

Last weekend I got married to my best friend❤️ I couldn’t have felt and looked so beautiful without Ayme and Cassidy. Both are the most sweetest, kindest, and talented women that I was so honored to have been apart of this special day. They made my bridesmaids and I look and feel so beautiful and went above and beyond to do so. If anyone is looking for hair done, you have to contact volonte salon! I can’t forget the amazing owner, Geneal, who helped make this whole thing happen! Thank you so much ladies for everything and I can’t wait to have your help again in the future❤️

I flew in for my daughter's wedding and needed a place to style my hair and do her makeup and hair. We went to Volonte' and were not disappointed. Jen worked with me and Dakota worked with my daughter. They were amazing!! If you need someone to work their magic on your special day, these are the ladies. I had an amazing experience getting my first spray tan ever for my wedding. I cannot say the same for my bridal hair and makeup appointment the following week. I scheduled my appointment at 10:00 for my wedding that started at 2:00. I didn’t think what I asked for was too complicated or out of the question to do. I was late for my wedding because I didn’t leave the salon until after 1:00. I asked for a simple updo with a low bun and pieces hanging out curled with a braid on the side. What I received looked nothing like the picture I had brought with me for reference and within in the drive from the salon to my venue my hair had already fallen apart. My mother had to re-curl and re-pin my hair before I walked down the aisle. Needless to say, it was very expensive just to have to redo within 30 minutes. I would recommend this salon for their spray tans but not bridal hair and makeup.

Cannot recommend Volonté Artistry enough! Geneal gives the best spray tans! From the quality, to the longevity, to the conversations, I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else for a spray. Hannah has been doing my hair color and extensions for so many years and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with it! She always keeps the integrity of my hair a priority, while always achieving exactly what I want. All the rest of the girls in the salon are all so sweet and they’re all so talented! You can’t go wrong with anyone you see there.

I had a I had an appointment for myself with Aliyah last week she did an amazing job, and that is a lot coming from me because I have fine thin blonde hair, which shows every mark scissors will leave if it is not done right, I am completely thrilled with the cut she gave me absolutely not one scissor mark can be seen in my hair. I will book with her again. !! I had also booked an appointment with her for my grandson as well , She was honest and upfront that it was out of her realm at this time to do those types of cuts so she recommended the new stylist starting on the 20th Jenn. Brought my grandson here for an actual style for his hair. He was having a bad day when I picked him up from school. We were fortunate enough to have our appointment with Jenn and yesterday was her first day as an independent stylist. She did an amazing job on his hair, and somehow managed to turn my grandson’s day around, which is no easy feat as he’s 10 lol, he left, smiling happy and confident with his new look. The salon is very laid-back, clean and decorated nicely, so thank you Jenn we will be seeing you again !!! PS it would only allow me to leave you and Volonté Artistry, LLC five stars when actually, it should be 10 stars !!!!

Geneal and her team did a phenomenal job with my bridal hair and makeup. I was really nervous because I am an out of state bride but she was super kind and understanding at my trial. My bridal party looked amazing and loved their hair and makeup. Her and her team were so funny, I felt like we were all just having girl talk while getting glammed. I would recommend her to anyone getting married in the Gatlinburg area or Knoxville area! Thank you Geneal!

Literally could not have had a better experience. The owner is an absolute blast to be around. I had my make up and hair done. The environment was so chill and felt like being in Hannah Montana's closet. I felt like such a VIP. Everyone is so gorgeous, stylish, and friendly. This is the first time I have ever gotten my hair and make up professionally done and omg I felt like an actual barbie beauty queen dream when they were done. The interior design is absolutely stunning. It takes the whole experience up a notch. Everyone was so communicative and continued checking in at each step of the way to ensure I felt beautiful and comfortable. I cannot recommend them enough!!! If you're thinking about booking them but aren't sure, DO IT!!! I took a chance and I could not have had a more perfect morning to start my wedding day.

Went to get tanned by Geneal and it was incredible. The process was super quick and she makes sure to get the best coverage possible. She was detailed and I was in love with the results!
