I highly recommend Master Stylist, Irene. She made my hair look exactly how I asked her to, and she is the first stylist in years who was able to somehow cut my hair in a way that it no longer flies in my face and annoys me. I can finally wear my hair down instead of pulling it back all the time. Thank you Irene!

I do not recommend going here for a hair cut. I went in for a simple hair cut and Mimi the stylist did an awful job!! I told her I wanted the layer and blow out look which was already the style of my pervious cut but basically one huge chuck of hair on top of my head and after I told her that I don’t like how thin my hair looked she then sheered it out and my hair has never looked sooo thin and I HATE this haircut. Literally looks like a mohawk. Always she was extremely rough washing, brushing my hair. She nearly pulled my cartilage piercing out with her comb. Never going her again

Swanti is an amazing stylist!!! My hair has never looked so amazing and she gave me great styling and care tips! I would recommend to everyone!!! Also, Paul at the front desk was super helpful. He was busy with customers and was respectful to all and even noticed me looking around and asked if I needed help. The entire staff I spoke with was amazing! Great customer service and skilled stylist!!

Was referred by a friend. Unfortunately the Master Stylist I was paired with wasn't a match. The salon is located in an upscale area, but parking is a nightmare, get there early. Reception area is spacious and employees are friendly. They serve you a beverage of your choice while waiting. My hair appointment was not what I expected, so it was disappointing, tons of redflags while in the chair, had to ask for a mirror to look at finished product. Just make sure they pair you with the right Stylist for the type of cut and style, you're paying for expertise. Not sure I'll go back ever.

Rosa did great with my cut and style! She gave me some suggestions to enhance the cut I was inquiring about. I absolutely love it! I booked an appointment for my mother in law as well in the same day and time. My mother in law is very picky and will let you know what’s on her mind. Megan did a great job at taking it slow with her and really making her comfortable. Best service we could ask for 💕 We will be new regular clients 🥰

Three hours for a horrible $100 hair cut! I was told when scheduling they donate hair- they DO NOT. I thought I made an appt for cut and color. I was scheduled for root touch up and cut. She said she should have called since they did not have a previous formula for me, well she didn't, so we did not have enough time for color. The stylist felt bad and said we had time for temporary color which will be free since it didn't take. I was still charged $30 for the formula (not really free). She was open about never doing a cut like the picture I showed but I said I trusted her and lets have fun with it. I wish I listened to what she was really saying which was "I can't do what you want me to." The cut is something I have never seen before. I spent $130 to leave Aveda looking like Harry Potter. With all of that, my boyfriend laughed at my mop haircut for forty five minutes.

I’ve been meaning to write this review for over a month so let’s first start with my review in short… Absolutely horrible experience and I don’t recommend anyone to go here. I had seen Anna. An “experienced stylist” in which I had payed $125.00 to see and was told she was the best fit for my waist long, curly hair… I had asked for a trim, emphasizing no more than an inch, and needless to say I walked out with more than 4inches off. This had to have been the worst hair cut of my life. The stylist not only kept reminding me about how she was missing her lunch to service me, how “eveything would be ok” and to “trust her” after she grabbed my dry, curly hair, that had up in a bun for the entire day, and decided it would be a good idea to bluntly cut it all off and threw it away in the trash. I wish I was joking when I say that. My heart was racing but what can you do when you’re stuck with botched hair that cannot be reversed? So I did what most would do and sit through the rest of the service hoping it would get better but only got worst. She then guided me to the sinks in which she aggressively rubbed my head with oil and barely shampooed me. I got up soaking wet with water dripping all over me and was told to meet her at her chair. I hate to mention the fact that it reached like weed but I think it’s important to say that when paying for an “amazing” stylist and her service. I will sum my review up with the stylist and say I left with unmanageable hair that was super uneven at the bottoms as well as the layers she had made… I didn’t even get to ask for a bang trim because I was so mortified… (this was even after being straightened even though I wear my hair curly 90% of the time). It was also terrible to smell my hair frying without any heat protectant applied… Now.. the front desk. I was not offered a discount, a refund, or anything. Instead was told they can offer me products at a discount rate… so pretty much telling me I’m more than welcomed to come back and spend more money there but I had no chance I was going to get my money back or even part of it. It is also important to mention I was a first time client who should have received a 20% off coupon upon booking but when I had asked for at least that back I was told no because I didn’t present it at the time of my service. This was after I had waited on hold for 45minutes to come up with no resolution and a basically “that’s to bad” ending… What a joke this place is. Save your time and money. Also never heard from the “owners” even though I was told they would reach out. I have had my hair in a bun since.

Swanti gave me a haircut today, the first one I've had with her, and she did an amazing job. She took her time and made sure my haircut was perfect, and she really outdid herself. She is a fantastic artist with a tremendous amount of talent. Run, don't walk to her!
