Went to VOSS for the first time today and absolutely loved it. The staff was so kind and accommodating. They gave me not only a mimosa but a delicious coffee while I was getting my service. I went to see Stevie for a hair cut and he was perfect. So kind, listened to what I wanted but also gave good feedback. Highly recommend and can’t wait to go back!

Best haircut I have had in Dallas thanks to Kris! She did exactly what I asked for and made the whole experience great. I love Voss and will always go back. Booking is so easy and their staff is so kind. Parking is easy and free.

Got my hair done by Haylie black at the Dallas location and sat in a chair for over 5 hours after she messed up the first time for the most basic hair color.. she reached out to me via instagram and said it would be half off for "content" and they charged me $250(full price).. walked out crying bc my virgin hair was ruined. To this day I still look in the mirror hating my hair. She needs to be fired and go back to school.

I had a Brazilian Blowout with Bobby M today, and he did an incredible job! I have extremely long hair (past my hips), and he handled it with such care and attention to detail. He explained every step of the process—from the thorough cleansing to applying the treatment, blow-drying, and flat ironing to seal it in. Even with the length and thickness of my hair, he worked patiently and skillfully, making the whole experience relaxing. The results are amazing—my hair is soft, smooth, and shiny! If you’re looking for someone who truly knows what they’re doing, Bobby M is the one to book. Highly recommend!

I left the salon with orange yellow highlights on virgin hair and damped hair very disappointed. I would not recommend this salon. Overpriced salon had to go to another person and have them fix it. The other stylist said it was done harsh big pieces where bleached and that there was no toning involved. Stylist was Gabe.

I found Rhiyan aka Yani three years ago, so when she moved to Voss, I knew I'd be following her. I've had gorgeous extensions, fantastic color, and the best hair cuts of my life from her - from long layers to trendy bobs. And seeing what she does for mens' hair indicates she'd kill a pixie cut should I ever feel so inclined. I always leave feeling glamorous and ready to take on the world. Plus, she's just fun to hang out with. And this time at Voss was no different. I highly recommend her services! The salon itself is nice, but the greeting I got upon entering was so warm and friendly that it definitely sets the vibe for the whole experience. Sometimes salons can be a little cool or uninviting and I definitely didn't feel that at Voss. Get your hair done by Yani - you won't regret it.

I met Yani 10 years ago and it was a match made in heaven. I have and will follow her anywhere! She is a blonde genius! She has cared for me and my hair through so many styles, colors and trends and continues to do so. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my locks!

Julie gave me the best haircut ever. She listened carefully about my hair type and what went wrong with a previous cut, she was delicate with my fragile hair type and gave me the perfect style for my hair thickness and texture. She's extremely talented.

My Stylist, Valentine, is a sharp young man! He is knowledgeable, he listens and delivers. Voss Solon has a lovely, comfortable atmosphere and I enjoy spending time there. I highly recommend the Dallas salon on McKinney!!

The salon itself is very nice and I had a very nice cut by an associate last time. I paid for a cut with Manuel my first time - who never showed up to the cut. I was told his Uber was late then lost. I was still charged for a cut with Manuel, waited far past my appt, and then got a cut by the associate that happened to be present. I then took my daughter for a cut and somehow got assigned Manuel again despite letting them know what occurred last time. Manuel proceeded to arrive more than 10 minutes late for the cut and spent the rest of the cut and wash doing his best to rip my daughter’s hair out. She sat there is obvious pain with her head being yanked back and forth. At one point I got up and told Manuel that she was “tender headed” to try and reduce this. He didn’t seem to pay any attention to what he was doing to his client as he apparently was more concerned with turning an 11 year old into his next salon picture. He did not ask either of us before snapping pics of her hair. Essentially, hair looks fine but a kid that loves blow outs spent an hour and a half getting her hair yanked out “trying not to cry.” Strongly encourage the salon to stop comping products for the prima dona’s behavior and teach him some customer service skills.

Worst hair salon in dallas. Fried my entire hair and never did anything to make up for it. And I don’t mean monetary compensation, after my hair was fried they denied to blow dry my hair and I had already payed $400+ for the bleach. The people they have working there are not experienced at all. I would never recommend this salon to anyone.

Rhiyan is the best! They say hairdressers aren't magicians but she is! Was ready to grow out part of my undercut so I went with extensions. Amazing! And the compliments keep coming!

There was a mix up with the girl who was supposed to do my hair, but they gave me another stylist who did an AMAZING job. I’m so happy with my hair. And the salon gave me a large bag of free products to make up for the mistake. Definitely will be returning.

I booked an appt with Angela after not having my haircut for nearly two years. I feel like a new person. I actually enjoy wearing my hair down now and don’t just default to a ponytail. I have long straight hair that never really held any movement. She gave me layers all the way around and now it air dries as if there are natural waves. I am so happy and will return to Angela!

Do not go here! Or atleast don’t book with BAILEY. She absolutely left my hair like trash. I went in asking for ash blonde highlights and left with a weird brown golden color. It is now 3 months since I got my service done back in April and I thought I’d get over it but unfortunately I just can’t. Everyday I look at my hair and hate it. I spent $300 and it’s just down the drain. The first week of getting my hair done I requested a refund/ partial refund because I didn’t want to go sit back in that chair after this disheartening experience but all they offered was a toning service. Bailey acknowledged that my hair wasn’t the correct color over our texts but yet still tried to say it was my fault cause I may have washed my hair too early but she hasn’t told me any preventative measures to takes before after or during the appointment.I spoke to the manager and she basically said good luck filing a dispute and that they’ve never seen any disputes with their bank go through. Please don’t waste your time and hard earned money or healthy hair going to this place. UPDATE.. the email you provided is not valid/being found. I have tried emailing you twice and it’s showing an invalid email address.

I needed a quick trim and was able to get in with Bailey within a couple days notice. She gave me a great haircut and also so recommendations for different ways to style my hair that are a little more “in style” right now. The products she recommended were also helpful. Looking forward to my next service in a few weeks. Front desk was also friendly.
