Fantastic experience with eyebrow threading! I’ve never had my eyebrows threaded before but knew I wanted to try it (and truly needed some professional shaping). Vrunda did not disappoint. I was in and out in maybe five minutes, with the best brows I’ve ever had. On top of the skill, the price cannot be beat. Will be a repeat customer. Highly recommend! (Also, it’s extremely easy to find. Right inside Sai’s, in the plaza next to Costco. Can’t miss it.)

First time here and Runda did a fabulous job threading my eyebrows! i walked out and came back in and asked if she could actually make them thinner, and she happily did so and really took her time to shape my brows the way i was wanting them! also, painless! they use cotten threads she said, and it makes it less painful! i barely felt a thing!

I will not be getting any facial service here ever. Their disregard for my time and poor communication left me feeling disappointed and disrespected. They canceled my appointment last minute (the day before/the day of) and did not care to notifying me. I came across this place at random and decided to give it a chance. I booked a facial 2-3 weeks in advance on their website and received a confirmation email. The day BEFORE my appointment “Brenda” left me a voicemail “confirming” my appointment (I missed their call). Then just a FEW hours before my appointment I learned my appointment had been cancelled and given to someone else. The voicemail “Brenda” left a day before NEVER mentioned they would do this. Not to mention NOTHING on their confirmation email or website stated this could happen. I have been to many spas hence I pay very close attention to their policies and procedures to avoid situations like this. I had taken the afternoon from work to relax and ended up frustrated. I then communicate with “Vrunda“ and she offered a “free service” on a day and time of my choice for their shortcomings. When I reached out with a new date and time that worked for me “Vrunda” informed me she was unavailable. At this point I do not intend to waste any more of my time or energy with this matter. All of this could have been avoided if my initial appointment had been respected and valued.

Was going here for 6visits so far, I even brought my Aunt. For some reason my brows have begun to thin. Haven't been back to try to get fullness back. They're not very personable & very hard to seem to get them to appreciate tips! 🤔

Made an appointment for facial and hair treatment. Got served quickly. The facial service was excellent. Facial made my skin feel good, can't wait to go back. The hair treatment was a little less than expected. The steaming process was not as I would like it to be. However the smell of the oils were so good I went to work without washing my hair! I would go there for all their excellent service etc, the one thing I do hope is that colorism stops when getting any face treatment done. I was born with a darker skin. I am proud of my skin and enjoy the sun, but when it's used against me it can be disempowering. Im not saying this to hurt the great service but I do hope this review works as a teaching moment and hope that everyone is able to enjoy their wonderful services without feeling disempowered.

Vrunda is very professional and is Amazing at her work. I was introduced to this place by my friend and since then have been a regular customer. The charges are reasonable. I would recommend that if you're looking for a monthly cleanup, this place is to be.
