I moved to Liberty three years ago now and I've tried probably 6+ nail salons with no luck. There was no consistency, bad services and my nails broke all the time. Vs was recommended to me & my nails have been PERFECT every time! They are kind, appointments are always on time and the quality is unmatched, in my opinion. I've been 4 times now for dip and I've gotten 3-4 weeks out of every set! Not a single break or separation from the nail! Everyone there is great, but special shout out to Ann!

Amazing! My nails were done quick but ended up beautiful. I got them with designs, acrylic, and all hand painted for only $80. I want to know the name of the wonderful woman who did them, I forgot to ask, I will be back!

They do a great job, but i’ve been to other places that can finish the same job a whole hour earlier than this place can. They need to work faster and more efficiently. I don’t want to sit for 2 hours getting just dip 😭

This is a clean & organized shop. The staff was friendly & helpful. Pang did an amazing job on my mani/pedi. I definitely will be returning.

Good customer service is hard to find.. I went in a couple weeks ago and the 2 ladies that helped me were very nice. One was Ann and the other I don't know what her name was, she did my pedicure, Ann did my nails. When I went in originally the 2 ladies that performed the services were great. My review is based off my return when I had a broken nail. However I broke one of my nails Wednesday and came in to the shop about 415pm to get it fixed. Ken... asked me if I knew what color it was and I laugh and told him he was funny that was 1.5 weeks ago and I didn't pick it out the lady that did my pedicure did. We looked at some colors, there was one that looked good to me but he said it wasn't right. It was my thumb nail so it's not like it was going to be right up against the rest of my nails and I'd need a fill in 1.5 weeks anyway. Apparently Ann was off on Wednesday and he told me I should just come back on Thursday when she was there. I told him I didn't think she'd remember the color 1.5 weeks later. He insisted that I come back the next day when she was there. It's not like they were busy, he and another employee were huddled together watching something on her phone. I finally told him he clearly didn't want me as a client and I would leave and go somewhere else. He didn't seem to care. I also told him I'd be sure to let his boss know how he was treating her customers. I ended up going to another salon and getting an entire new fill.

I go to Kim and she is amazing. So many yrs of experience. I'm very picky and she has amazingly fast yet accurate and professional service.

This is how they sent me out the door after going in to have the dip removed. And charged me $10 for it. Is this normal?! Couldn’t have taken a few more minutes to buff them out? Never going back.

Today my family and I visited to get manis and pedis. Typically we go for a relaxing day. However, we felt very rushed, the workers were rushing to get us done and not taking their time as they used to/should. The quality service we used to get was diminished to every other nail spa. One of the workers was also a little rude to my mom…. I do have good things to say about their worker Ken, he did an amazing job on my toes and nails!

Run don't walk to this nail salon! If you want a peaceful grown up experience where they pay attention to every little detail this place is for you. They actually make you feel cared for and listened to instead of a factory where it's a non stop rotation of getting the customers in and out as fast as possible. My nail tech Kim took her time and took pride in her work and was still done in what I consider a reasonable amount of time (under an hour) as someone who has gone to the same salon for almost 20 years the change was hard but I am so glad I went on the recommendation of a friend! (Oh and THEY TAKE APPOINTMENTS!) 💕

Been going to here for two years now! They always do an amazing job on my dip manicures, and their eyebrow services are top-notch. I recently got microshading done there, and it's seriously a game-changer. Highly recommend!

They are okay. I almost never write reviews but they charged me $60 (not including $ tip) for dip on my natural nail. The most I’ve ever been charged for that is about $50, and even that is high! I asked them to file my nails, but they have to shape them anyways so they said that that was another $5 at the end. After I got home I asked the person I went with how much they charged her for a dip with nail tips, and she also had to remove her old dip nails- she only ended up paying $50, not including tip. They did alright on my nails… nothing out of the ordinary, not worth $60. If you do go to this place, I suggest talking about pricing beforehand.

Appreciated them getting me in at 5 when they close at 6pm. Did a wonderful job and the staff is welcoming. Nothing like getting a back massage 💆‍♀️ while your getting mandi-pedi🫶 I will forever love the creator of these chairs! Love my French gel mani. FIVE STARS!! ✨️ thank you!!

Called and asked if they were taking walk in, they told me yes so I walked in about 15 minutes later and they told me they couldn’t see me at all today, no one was waiting and maybe 4 people in the whole place. Nice.

I genuinely hate to leave reviews in general but after trying to communicate with V nails multiple times I really just want to make sure no one else experiences a similar situation. I get my eyebrows microbladed with Victoria and she accidentally sent me a confirmation with the wrong date for my appointment. I came in and Lilly was beyond rude to me accusing me of missing my appointment. I explained the situation and she was very dismissive and told me Vicky would get back to me when she could. I called twice and was told Vicky would call me when she had time… No one ever called me back and sadly I had engagement photos the next week. It was an accident and I was never upset with them, I just wanted to reschedule but they never would. The customer service was so poor and sadly, I don’t recommend V Nails.

Stopped in for the first time early on a Saturday. I was SO impressed with the cleanliness and organization of this salon. The office was extremely tidy and spotless and the entire staff was very professional. Jen applied dip powder to my nails and not only was she quick and thorough, this is probably the most flawless my nails have been in years. My favorite however, was their receptionist/assistant Ana, who spend the entire time straightening and cleaning while taking care of each technician before they even asked for something. While this girl is just a teen, she has one of the best work ethics I’ve seen from anyone and it made the experience so great that it was worth reviewing. I highly recommend this nail salon for anyone who not only wants exceptional nails, but an exceptional experience.
