I love my wax lady Tyana. She does a great job doing my Brazilian and she also gives me tips and instructions afterwards and I love that. I gained so much knowledge after my appointment. I’m never going anywhere else. Everyone there is very knowledgeable and has great customer service. The ambiance is nice and I love the decor. They also have two locations which is so convenient. I visit the Newport News location and I love it. Make sure you support. You won’t be disappointed.

I was so nervous about getting my first wax I asked so many question over the phone. When I first walked in Vsheabelle, I said I was coming back and didnt even get service yet😊 When you walk in Vsheabelle its peacefulness/calmness . Definitely a 5-star experience from being greeted at the door, the ambiance (low lighting made me totally relaxed), my wax service, & convenient check out. My underarm wax service was done with a gentle touch and great conversation. Professional in every aspect… protected my clothing from getting wax on my dress, no double dipping, & checked my comfort level. Result was smooth and the products used did not leave an oily residue. I’m doing this review a day later as I have very sensitive skin and I am happy to say the products used did not irritate my skin. Thanks for the 5-star experience VSHAEBELLE!

Belda was very professional and had magical hands. She worked out kinks in my body that I didn’t know I had. My wife booked this wonderful experience for my birthday. I’m a truck driver so I’m sitting and constantly taking a beating on my body. I feel so much better, honestly haven’t felt like that in years 🙌🏾. Will definitely be back

Loved the foot detox, when finished I felt like a weight off my shoulder. I already made a point to go back at the end of the month. Customer service was great as she gave us alot of insight about the detox and made is feel comfortable

My service was amazing. Very professional and down to earth. Definitely knew what she was doing, she asked what areas bothered me the most and made sure she focused on that area along with the rest of my body. I felt like I was a whole new person when I left out. I will definitely go monthly because she was great.

Problems scheduling. No return call as promised. Finally got an appointment. Showed up and she had not written it down. She did not call back to reschedule. I was using a groupon so maybe that is the problem. She may be great at what she does, but very poor customer service. I wasted too much of time and never got the service that I purchased. I have yet to be able to get a refund either which may be a groupon issue. I hope this review is helpful because you can see she put a lot of time and care into her business. It would be unfortunate for it to not succeed because of poor communication. Wishing her all the best.

This place is wonderful and I mean it 😍 The young lady is very well educated, respectful and beautiful 🤩 The hospitality is on point🙌🏽 It’s clean and the furniture is so nice I didn’t want to sit 😂 The service even better✨ this was my first Spa experience and definitely NOT MY LAST I recieved the vaginal steam and foot detox, I didn’t know anything about the service but once she gave me the run down 😌 I was intrigued🥰☺️ See it for yourself 🤗NO DISAPPOINTMENTS

This was my first massage. My husband and I really enjoyed ourselves. Delaney was aware of my tenderness and she still managed to work out my kinks. We will be returning very soon. 10/10 would recommend! The vibe of the facility is very nice and relaxing. I fell asleep!

Words couldn’t even describe my experience with my first wax with Delaney, she was so professional and knowledgeable normally my wax hurt I use to go to different people to do my waxes I’ve found her and I’m never in pain she’s is gentle and will talk to you to keep your mind off of the wax, I will never go anywhere else. She’s always available when I need to get my wax done which is a plus ❤️❤️
