Please do NOT color or dye your hair at this salon! Nadia damaged my hair, and she made a whole mess of it on December 24th. I asked her multiple times if she could color my hair without bleaching, and she assured me that she could and that it would only be a little darker. I agreed, but when I arrived, she said she had to bleach my hair. She used the worst bleach, and my hair is now broken in pieces. The color is horrible, and now I have two different colors because she only bleached half of my head. My scalp is burning from all the chemicals she applied. I spent about 7 hours in the salon, just to end up with a dark color that was applied after my hair was already ruined. She still charged me, even though she damaged my hair completely. Please do NOT book hair color with Nadia at this salon. Please, do yourself a favor and avoid it!

This nail salon has the best service and masters. When you walk in to this beautiful salon you are warmly welcomed and taken care off.They provide all service from hair and nails to skin care. I highly recommend VST salon on sheepshead bay.

Very unprofessional to ignore messages on instagram. Yes I have concerns and questions because it’s my hair…and I want to make sure I get the results I want. I really wanted to do balayage with Nadia but unfortunately not anymore because of ignoring my questions and concerns

I love coming to VST exclusive spa salon so much. I get my hair with Nadia done. She always gets my colour right she’s amazing. My haircut is the best I’ve gotten in years it took me a long time to find a stylist so amazing and somebody so intuitive, she knew exactly what I wanted, and she knew exactly what would go for me, I also get my nails done my manicure is amazing. I love this place so much you guys are the best

I love going to VST they are so accommodating even when they’re off they still respond and call you back if you call the salon on a Monday ! I love Angelica for facials she does an amazing Facial.Also Sabina is great my friends and family both come here we love it ! This is the best place for Russian manicures also Eliv is so meticulous of how she does my nails they look like a master piece ❤️ Sadly, Eliv is going on maternity leave :( but I’m going soon to get my nails done by Mia I will update after so exited !

Nadya is the best hair colorist. I came here with very dark black hair and I wanted a very light blonde color, she explained me that it will take few sessions because she wants to keep my hair healthy. The first time I came everything was so amazing. She gave me the best color and haircut I’ve ever got. The second time I came I was even happier because finally I had reached the color I really wanted. Today after almost 1 year I came in for the 3rd time and everything was beyond amazing. This place is a hidden Gem!! We were hesitant to try at first because it looks like one of those places that charges triple the price for everything just for being so posh looking but, surprisingly, everything is actually priced better than most small & fugly looking places. Saw the reviews so we gave it a try and they exceeded all expectations. The stylists are next level, spa treatments out of this world and The owners are also the most welcoming ppl ever. Since finding this place Me and the wife don’t go anywhere else Can’t say enough good things about everyone here, always a great experience

They are pretty great here, I’ve had a previous peel which didn’t work in my favor. I explained what I wanted and I got exactly what I asked for which made me very happy. Plus the atmosphere is great it’s clean and welcoming.

This place is horrible. They charged me $800 just for balayage. And the I got 4 different shades in my hair. They stylist ruin my hair. He changed the base color into ugly brown. I asked for the haircut deep layers and they didn’t even cut my hair properly. I paid $800 for tuning my hair. I had really bad experience with hydra facial before. They literally cut my face. But I let that go and still give them job to do my hair. But I’m really really disappointed and I would like to recommend everyone not to use their services. Here are pictures of my hydra facial and the ugly balayage for $800. Please don’t go to this salon. They are really bad.

Update: February 25, sugaring is back. Appointment only. This is amazing news. I have tried other places since going here and no one comes close. Update: called on October 14 and found out they no longer offer sugaring. Came across this place after getting a Groupon. Went for a Brazilian sugaring and will never go anywhere else. I was going to another place in the 11234 section of Brooklyn and always thought that something was off when they still used strips for a sugaring and I was stuck with ingrown hair and the hair would grow back thicker than ever. Well my instinct was right. A Brazilian sugaring should never feel like that. Went to VS and was sugared by Bota and my perspective has changed forever. Felt so smooth when we were done and as the hair grows back it is thin and smooth. Omg amazing. Highly recommend this place.
