The day i went, my thumb nail fell off instantly. They didn't have any charms and i saw a rat crawling around. Would not suggest. They burnt my finger while doing my nails and cut some of my skin off. they left me unattended.

Had a pedicure done ..by the next morning one toe had no polish on it all and 4 others were all chipped I took a closer look at my toes and noticed several toe nails were not shaped and they were shapEd in the exact shape as toe nail clippers.OMG!!!YA KNOW HOW EACH SIDE OF THE NAIL IS A LITTLE HIGHER then the MIDDLE. DIDNT EVEN FILE IT !!!! I DIDNT even waste my time going back it was so horrible…NEVER will I return…. Don’t waste your hard earned money in this place!!!!!!

My missus likes going here, they take good care of her. We even bring our grandkids for a rare treat. Bring cash for tips (atm available, iirc). I like that there's no surprise charges.

Please DO NOT go to this nail salon. I went as a walk in, the place was quiet and near empty. I wanted a simple manicure and gel polish. There is a woman ther, very tiny petite size who works aggressively. From what I’ve read from previous reviews, she’s been abusing clients. This woman does not speak only points and jabs at your hands to communicate. Her tool box for drills was an Altoid tin. This is crazy. My simple manicure was a nightmare. Stay away from this place and that little woman who WILL BE REPORTED.

Did not do anything I asked for. Mismatched the acrylic for my fills so I had to get an all over color and wouldn’t do chrome, cats eye, nothing. Also very rude and cut my fingers. I used to go here all the time and had no problems, but they have changed.

I called and scheduled 4 pedicures AT THE SAME TIME. I asked twice while on the phone. When all four of us walked in we were told we were set up and take our seats. 30 minutes later my water is cold and two and only one person has been started. After 30 minutes the second person got theirs started. Two left. He wasn’t honest when I called and now I have wasted my morning in this place and I only have raisin toes to show for it. NEVER AGAIN.

I got my nails done on a Monday, by Tuesday there was a chunk missing from the paint on one of my nails. I got them fixed for free but the following day they were multiple nails ruined. I had to go to another salon to get what I wanted. Whatever paint they have at this salon is garbage. I will not be returning

I showed a picture of what I wanted and he did the opposite shaping and it was a French brow tip he didn’t tell me until after that they didn’t have the powder that goes under it and he finished with doing all brown without letting me put a design.

I went the day before I posted this. Me and my mother decided to get our toenails done with a massage, paid 30 dollars and was in there for an hour. One lady did me first, she did my toenails, she dug into my skin and cut my toe on accident, it’s swollen and red now. She was quiet and didn’t talk. And if I was to do gel with it I would have paid 38 dollars. I got no problem paying but sometimes they don’t need to rush, just have more people on standby even if it’s the weekend.

I’ve always had a good experience here. I know to go in when they’re not to busy. They have a good amount of staff. And are always nice and understanding of what I ask. I went in for a French pedicure. Best I’ve had in a while sugar scrub, clippers with no cutting, warm water, double gel coats, hot rocks, and lotion massage. Total $43 plus tip.

Worst experience ever. I only have one hand, I was born without a left hand, every other salon I’ve been to in my life has given me half off, (one hand, half the work) this place offered me $4 off. The service I received was $35 for two handed individuals, for me, $31. Absolutely ridiculous

First and last time coming here, the lady did my nails and I was so scared, she cut me 2 times and burned me a couple times while drilling. I was scared the whole time, I kept moving my hand every time she burned me and she just smiled. Won't ever come here again.

I took my daughter here to get her acrylic nails removed she was scraping her nails and burned her with the drill. Left her unattended while she worked on her other client…. Then painted her nails poorly and got the paint on her hands while the nail tech didn’t bother to clean it.!! Then I got a manicure they made my nails look sloppy and didn’t care to fix it right. To top it off when we got there they didn’t ask us to wash our hands like they are supposed to!!! WILL NOT EVER COME BACK!

I used to always come here. I never had a problem. I went today and was told twice that its an hour wait. I came back each time after an hour and there was different peopel in the chairs each time. I came back a 3rd time. Waited for over 20 mins without them saying one word to me. Someone who was also getting a pedicure told me that they sat more people once i left .An elderly lady came in and was sat immediately before me. And yet ive been waiting for over 2 hours at this point. They are very unprofessional. I do not feel appreciated as a customer. I will never come here again nor will i recommend it anymore. They are not the same they were when i started coming here 3 or 4 years ago. I am highly disappointed.

I'm not sure if they prejudice or what but we come in m for 2 pedicures they say come back in a hr, we actually witness people go in and get seated right after they said come back in a hr. Then we go next door and go back they told us another hr at this point if you don't like black people just say that!

She burnt me several times with hot rag and before that the nail lamp...I do nails I just can't give myself a foot massage ...it's not the same ...but it was just horrible...she could not figure out how to put on sticker art so Har to re do and re heat the gel nail on my toes... I will never come back

So I took my daughter there and we got mani pedis. I got the delux which was supposed to include the wax treatment and message. I got barely both. Wax was maybe 3 minutes on each foot. And massage was minimal as well. The chairs were old and kind of alarming for being in a more upscale area. I asked for coffin nails which he did but there not shaped properly at all. And they nicked one of my toe nails and made it to short so this morning my toe is completely swallon and hurts. I also noticed after I don’t think they used clean tools, the tips were in an altod container and when she was done she cleaned her tools in the dirty water my feet were soaking in 😳. Then they charged me 130$ . I won’t be going back and I’m just praying my toe doesn’t get infected

So the first photo is what I kindly asked for. I somehow ended up with silver glitter when this was promised to be achieved. It’s not the change of color that even bothered me. I got cut by the e file more then once on the same thumb and then twice on the other thumb, had glue and acrylic stuck on my skin after, and the shape was a bit wonky in the end. There was also sarcastic remarks made when I was being very respectful the whole time.

The customer service was horrible went in and asked how long was the wait for 3 was told 30 mins and when I went back in the lady I spoke to was so rude and they then told me it was a 2 hour wait and to go back later. Horrible place to go

WARNING! Do not go to this nail salon. The last few times I’ve went , my nails have chipped, have gotten infected with fungus , and have been severely cut with non stop bleeding. They do not clean their materials, and have horrible customer service. They overcharged me for starters, and put my nails on completely crooked. When we went back in just minutes later, they didn’t want to fix them telling us there’s nothing wrong with them, and then wanted to charge us. “It’s your nail that’s crooked” you’re crazy to make me believe that my finger was crooked, no, it was you’re poor nail work. The man had drilled way too far down, and hurt my nails so bad to the point I couldn’t hold a pencil.

Will not be returning. Chairs are old, used. Tech caused my finger to bleed when he cut too much cuticle. Pedicure wasn't like other places where you get your feet and legs massaged gently. Here, the tech barely massaged me, felt like she was just touching me.
