A beautiful salon with the best hair services! I’ve gotten my hair blowdried by Vu and it’s honestly the best blowdry I’ve ever gotten. Seth is an incredible colorist and I can always trust him to do an amazing job!! So happy to have found this spot in NYC!

No way I could possibly rave enough about my experience. Every person was fun and kind (and they definitely didn't have to be because my day was kind of chaotic and I showed up late). Very much appreciate everyone there and *dang* did my hair look *amazing*!!!! Thanks to Vu and all for making a very quick trip from Iowa so so so much better!! Oh, and even if this place was absolutely terrible...it would be worth it just for the view! Check this place out!!!!!

Danny is the best!! He really listened when I described the look I’m going for, and from visit to visit, he is helping me move toward it. He’s a sweetheart! The salon atmosphere is also airy and bright, so it’s a nice break from the midtown madness 🙌🏼

Danny Salles,my stylist at Vu,was a total professional and gave me the best cut and color I've ever had. Don't be put off by the need to enter the Peninsula Hotel lobby-it's a quick ride to the penthouse, where you'll step into an intimate salon, which manages to be both contemporary and cosy, with stunning views. Danny is so warm, really down to earth and charming, but best of all, he really didn't need any input from me at all to give me a wonderful hairstyle. The rest of the staff were equally lovely. Danny -thanks again and I'll be seeing you soon!

I can’t say enough about Dann Salles. He is truly amazing. To be honest, I hate my hair. Always have, but my wife goes to him and convinced me to give him a try. As always, she was right! He is the first person who has ever been able to make my hair work for me. He’s a great colourist too! He is meticulous, patient, and detailed. I now get so many compliments. He is now my guy!

I recently went to Vu and had my hair cut by Danny. He was absolutely incredible! I was doing “the big chop,” cutting my mid-length hair to a pixie and donating it as well. I couldn’t have been styled by anybody better. He was patient, took pride in his work on my hair and did an incredible job. I would highly recommended to anyone looking for an amazing cut done by an amazing person!

I went in today to Vu Salon to finally take the plunge and change up my color. Danny Salles was so patient with me, as I have had the same color for a long, long time. He took the time to ask me questions and get to know me and understand my reservations and concerns. He made me feel at ease and turned my worries to excitement. I am totally thrilled with my new color and Balayage highlights. What a talented and charming young man. I cannot wait to come back soon for cut!

Highly recommend it!!! The staff is great, very friendly and the service is excellent. I got my hair done by Danny, who is very very talented and the sweetest person ever. He took his time with my hair and I loved the results. Everyone is complimenting my hair and has been telling me that I should have gone blonde long time ago. Danny Is the best when it comes to highlights or bayalage!!

Vu Hair New York is the best salon in US, I have totally changed my hair color from dark brown brunette to super blond and they made it professionally.
