I came to get a bad haircut fixed and confined in Elona, and she made it even worse! When I got to the salon she was 30 minutes behind schedule and it was very clear that she was in a rush. I have PCOS and experienced a lot of hair thinning this year. She complimented how thick my hair was then used thinning shears without telling me, on the ends of my hair, and now they are see through compared to the rest of my hair! Avoid this salon at all cost, they quite literally cut corners!

I had the pleasure of getting my hair done by Mary today and I was extremely happy with the results! She is incredibly talented and did such a wonderful job giving me a trim, layers and even added some truly masterful face framing pieces! She is extremely knowledgeable. I will be definitely coming back to visit her and W Hair Studio again soon!! :) Plus, she gave me an amazing blow out to top it all off and it was great getting to chat with her!!

Elona is absolutely amazing! I’ve been trusting her with my hair for 7+ years now and she amazes me with every hair service I’ve ever gotten from her! From balayages, to highlights, to extensions and haircuts - she always delivers the best results. Her passion for hair shows through her work and I would recommend her to anyone!!!

Elona was so great! I've been to a few different stylists over the past two years and haven't loved my hair as much as I do after going to her. She's incredibly skilled and was really communicative about every step throughout the process. Highly recommend!!

Elona's skills are great. I have been coming here I would say for the last 8 months and this last time we did a drastic change and I am loving my new style and everyone that saw me so far has been asking me where did I go and how hard is to take care of the new do. Well super easy and I cannot be any happier. Small place. Mainly men but Elona does women hair and she is pretty good.

I recently had my hair colored blonde at this salon and it was a fantastic experience! So knowledgeable and gave me great advice on which shade of blonde would look best on me. Elona took the time to listen to my preferences and concerns, which made me feel confident and comfortable throughout the process. Incredibly skilled and precise with the coloring process. She used high-quality products and made sure to take extra care to protect my hair from damage. The end result was a beautiful shade of blonde that was exactly what I had envisioned. Overall, I would highly recommend this salon for anyone looking to get their hair colored. They are skilled and knowledgeable, and the end result is stunning. I'm so happy with my new look and happy to say I have found this gem!

This was the worst most unprofessional hair salon I’ve ever been to! I scheduled an appointment for a haircut and color online for $125, I came in with extra money just to make sure I could tip well. My hair dresser was Elona bircaj (the manger) I showed her what I wanted and without telling me that it was a different service then what I originally scheduled for she began the process. She cut most of my hair off but not to the full length I had asked then she bleached my hair and had me sit and wait under heat for an hour, then she asked Oliver (the other hair dresser) to wash my hair, he was very rough and got a bunch of water on my face as well as not completely getting the bleach off (it was all over the side of my neck, and in my ear) Elona was juggling 3 clients at once so they had me wait around. Without telling me anything she used a $30 oloplex treatment in my hair. Then she cut my hair again to the amount I originally asked (after she had used 4 bowls of bleached and charged me for each one) at least it looked great but that wasn’t the problem. I thanked her and we walked to the desk, where she then told me I owed $260. Without any communication on her end about the price estimate or that she was going to use an expensive treatment in my hair without my knowledge. I paid and left believing I had made a mistake, but once I got home, I saw that I was correct in the pricing I originally saw. I came back the next day to just talk to her, she refused to give me an itemized receipt, she never once said sorry, she blamed me for the miscommunication, then she admitted that she never did the service that I had originally made an appointment for even though she never decided to tell me that until the next day. I asked to speak to the manager and she told me she was. I’m out an extra $135 because of a manger who doesn’t communicate. I had to re-cut a portion of my hair today because it was much longer than the others, safe to say I will never be going back to W hair studio again. BE CAREFUL

DO NOT BOOK OLIVER FOR ANY SORT OF HAIR COLORING OR HI LITING. I really don't think he even listened to my very simple request of touch up color on my light brown base (roots) & PARTIAL hi lites after. He talked so fast and I honestly don't think he heard anything I said. He turned my hair blond with lite orange roots. Then I said, this is NOT what I requested. The female employee, who came in to work halfway during my "treatment", could see I was horrified. She jumped in & told him he could add light brown low lites to negate the unwanted blond hair. I should have booked her bc her client's hair looked great afterwards. So Oliver slopped on low lites, like he was on speed, then washed & dried. I looked in the mirror inside and couldn't really see the actual results until I got home. The low lites started 1" below my actual roots and looked grey. It looked as though they grew out from the previous month gone by. The hair near my forehead was light orange. I also saw very dark brown and weird grey/ blond mixed thruout. I showed my neighbor and she was almost fell off her deck. Honestly, I've been getting my hair done for 20-25 years. This is the absolute WORST experience I've ever had. This morning, I had to pay $100 to have my hair color corrected somewhere else. I am so angry. I question whether this guy even has a license. I want my money back. Oliver destroyed my hair. AVOID HIM. By the way, I've never written a bad review for anything. STEER CLEAR LADIES

I got a haircut by Beth and she did an amazing job! She did a really nice job layering my hair will so that it frames my face nicely. Also, I have fine hair that tangles very easily, and she took very good care of my hair and gave me really good advice on how to take care of it in between visits. I definitely would recommend her to anyone with fine or damaged hair that needs some TLC.

I hate writing bad reviews but I left disappointed. First of all I wanted highlights so she did it quickly and sent me back in a hidden area below a heater which is more damaging and she left me under there for almost 2 hours, I’m not exaggerating. Keeping highlights in someone’s hair for that long is really bad for the hair. I stood up and made sure she saw me and then she told another employee to wash my hair. If I hadn’t stood up would she have left me under there for another hour? Makes me wonder. Anyways my hair looked the same except a few pieces were blonde and the rest of my hair was that brassy orange still that I came in to get rid of and my roots were copper. She told me the copper would go away with purple shampoo but nope it did not. Plus this highlighting session made a lot of hair break off badly . May I add it was too hot in the salon and there was no AC on and the way she placed the highlight foils were covering my entire front face, I couldn’t see and she heavily placed them on that one side that I got a bad migraine and had to drive home nauseous. I threw up in my car since I was on the highway and my migraine wouldn’t go away that whole day.

I started to come here because my sister recommended Elona. It was my first time getting my hair bleached and Elona educated me and gave me realistic expectations when it came to bleaching brunettes. Ever since last year in July, I only come to Elona. I love my hair every single time i walk out of the salon. Currently going platinum and Elona is working her magic!! Highly recommend 💕

I’ve been going to Elona for almost a year now! I started with black box dye hair and she was able to take me to a beautiful blonde color safely without compromising my hair over time. She’s awesome at what she does and every time I leave the salon I’m happy with how everything turns out. Elona and Oliver are very professional and the environment is relaxing and enjoyable!

I cannot recommend this salon enough! Staff is super friendly, professional, and KNOWLEDGABLE. Oliver did a balayage for me and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I have gotten so many compliments from friends! Also a major plus that the salon has evening appointments available and easy online booking.
