Cole colored my hair and installed extensions, and i have never felt so confident, 5 stars isn't enough! He's so thorough and caring. I've had so many compliments since i had my hair done last week; the word I've heard the most is "Beautiful!" And that's exactly how i feel. Then you Cole for helping me feel like myself, I'm so so so happy!

Cole was absolutely amazing and gave me exactly what i was looking for! The initial consultation was thorough and I showed reference photos expecting to maybe have to walk out of the salon with something close enough due to the fact that i wanted to bleach my previously black dyed hair. nope! I got the hairstyle I was looking for all while in a positive and relaxing salon. I’m new to cincinnati and was nervous about finding my new salon but i’ve left extremely satisfied. I wanted black hair with blonde chunky highlights (see photo).

Cole was so pleasant and made my appt enjoyable. I have textured hair and it’s difficult to smooth/blend with my extensions. My blowout turned out beautiful.

My experience with Amy Lucas is always relaxing and enjoyable. I love how she suggests new treatments and options for better self care. The massages are wonderful and the cupping is nice too! Thanks for all your expertise and treatments. Cathy

I had Sarah as my stylist. She was absolutely fantastic. I tried something new with my hair and she killed it. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else for a haircut.

Cole and April are fantastic and I highly recommend them both. Overall it’s a beautiful salon and everyone I’ve interacted with has been incredibly friendly. They also have a great membership program. I’ll definitely be back!

If I could give this review 10 stars, I would! Cole went above and beyond to ensure I was pleased with my hair extensions and took excellent care in making sure I was satisfied with the color, the length, and the style. As this was my first time getting extensions, Cole ensured that I was comfortable by taking his time to explain everything in incredible detail about the entire process and by the end, he gave me clear instructions to ensure I felt comfortable. The salon is clean, spacious, and chic. Every time I visited, the staff made me feel extremely comfortable and ensured I had everything I needed. I highly recommend Cole to take care of your hair extensions, especially if this is your first time and are considering getting hair extensions for a special event like me! I can’t wait to visit this Salon again!

Julia is phenomenal. She listens to exactly what I want, helps with what she thinks will look best on me, knows exactly what to do to get the payoff I want and it always turns out AMAZING!! I love my hair and have never left unhappy. Prices are fair and they offer so many services you can't not find something you like, and with any drink you'd like while you process! Highly highly recommend W Salon.

I have been getting my hair done by Elizabeth for several years! She is always so patient and she asks me what I want done to my hair, but also gives suggestions. I always enjoy my experience at the W Salon. All of the stylists are very friendly.

Elizabeth has been doing my hair for years. I drive a little over an hour to come. It's not just about the hair, it's the whole experience ! W Salon is everything you want from a upscale establishment , with out the cold pretentiousness you find at other places. I would also recommend checking out the other services too. Some of my favorites are lash lift , lash tint & derma blading. Don't forget to checkout the great wine selection & delicious snack options for that little something extra . Everyone here makes you feel welcome. If you haven't already been, you should stop in for a self care experience like no other!

I had a lovely relaxation massage with Samantha. One of the things I love about her is that she is 100% open to specific requests. For instance, today, my calf muscles and lower right back were really tight, so she focused more on those areas, shortening the time on other spots. At other locations, I have requested that certain areas be targeted, but they don't always do that. Thanks, Samantha!

I just moved to town and visited W Salon & Spa. I am so happy that I got to find a wonderful hair salon from the very first week i moved to Cincinnati. Julia is so professional and an expert in hair color and highlights. She is amazing, got it perfect and exactly like I discussed it with her. As always, Samantha was amazing. When she had a last minute client schedule for a manicure a half hour before my appointment - she'd contacted me as soon as possible to let me know that my appointment may need to start at a later time to accommodate the client - and I greatly appreciated her thoughtfulness. Not only do my manicured/pedicured nails look beautiful and feel so much better, but I left refreshed and relaxed.

I always have a great experience with Samantha - she really cares about her customers and making sure everything is done properly. She is also great at keeping a conversation, and I feel like she is listening, even as I ramble. The W Salon & Spa is a beautiful place with a nice atmosphere. I like the complimentary coffee and that I can purchase other things if I want to do so. I was worried about trying to find an unfamiliar place, but the signage made it easy to see on the main floor of the condo building. I would highly recommend both Samantha and the W Salon & Spa.

This is my 2nd appointment there and my Hair is now extremely damaged and compromised. Had to go somewhere else to get it sort of “fixed” and had to do a big chop unfortunately and I will be on a long hair journey back to health now. Upset that the stylist didn’t tell me anything once about the integrity of my hair during or after the process etc. just a waste of money and now I have hair that I didn’t want and have to let it heal and hopefully grow back. I had breakage all over. Will not be coming back unfortunately. I went home and cried about my hair outcome. Just unfortunate because the first appointment went fine and I felt good and now my hair is ruined.

wonderful salon, very attentive the hairdresser respects what you want and did a great job and the way she was beyond accommodating really honored what I wanted. Sara did a wonderful 100% endorse her for somebody that you should see to have your wishes fulfilled. my hair looks so good I feel great about myself. she saved me from the most horrible haircut I’ve ever had.
